It was a bit further from the center, but the nearest metro station was 30 meters away. The room was clean, cleaned every day, the staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. I can only recommend it.

This was an unexpected gem of a hotel which we booked mainly for its location close to the Bois de Boulogne and an art exhibition we were attending. It's a very pleasant, comfortable, clean hotel with good facilities, well-equipped rooms, an excellent breakfast and helpful staff (French and English spoken). The hotel was busy during our stay with visitors of all ages and nationalities, including families with young children. We loved the local area, which was peaceful and pleasant but still accessible to central Paris. Neuilly sur Seine is a lovely suburb of Paris with pleasant streets, parks and an excellent range of restaurants close to the hotel. It is walking distance to La Defense business and retail centre and has excellent public transport links into central Paris (the Metro was temporarily closed for refurbishment in August but the alternative bus service was quick, cheap and reliable). It's a lovely place to come back to after a busy day sight-seeing and is accessible via the tram to places outside Paris eg Versailles.

The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent — it’s very convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. You can easily reach most attractions on foot or by metro, and the surrounding area feels quite safe and pleasant. Despite being so central, the hotel is actually rather quiet at night, which makes it a comfortable place to rest after a long day out. The staff were polite and check-in went smoothly. The overall cleanliness of the room was acceptable, and the bed, although small, was clean and fairly comfortable.

The biggest downside is definitely the size of the room — it is extremely compact, to the point that it’s hard to move around or even open a suitcase fully. There is very limited storage space, and the wardrobe had a noticeable chemical or paint smell, which made it uncomfortable to use. It seems the room might have been recently renovated, but the smell of materials or varnish still lingers. In addition, there was not much ventilation, so the air felt a bit stuffy after some time. For a short stay it’s manageable, but for a longer visit or for travelers with large luggage, the room might feel too cramped. Overall, the location is fantastic, but the room size and lingering smell slightly reduce the comfort level.

The location is very good, with public parking close by and Metro close by. The rooms were clean, with working a/c. The staff were very friendly.

The rooms were rather small, but for the price in Paris, that is to be expected. The beds were on the hard side, especially for my wife who recently had hip surgery. I myself slept comfortably. Our bathroom was pretty small, with the shower in the bath not very comfortable (narrow and low). Breakfast was minimal, and the coffee machine a mystery - a card with operating instructions would be really helpful - a necessity really as we were far from the only guests struggling with that machine.

Reception staff are there to help. We had our room changed to a lower floor. Breakfast catered for all taste and was well stocked with a relaxed atmosphere. Convenient for transport into the city and attractions around. Comfortable air conditioned room with good ensuite facilities. We would go back on our next trip.

Paris has a lot of development work taking place. The boulevard outside will be amazing when it's finished but don't let that put you off. The rooms have good glazing and the work is only in the daytime.

Room was small with cramped work area, but comfortable bed. Hotel is located in walking distance to my destination, groceries and restaurants and very close to metro. I had reserved a deluxe room so had a mini bar with soft drinks refilled daily. Other rooms do not have this amenity. Staff at reception were pleasant, courteous and helpful.

The lifts were not working properly which was bothersome for me being on the 8th floor and needing to rush for appointments. There is no lobby area at ground floor as most hotels have, no comfortable place to wait for your room to be ready after a long flight. You may need to go out or pay extra for an early room.

Very good location. The metro line 1 was across the street, a two minute walk. Just two stops from La Defense with really good shopping. Just four stops to the Arc de Triumph (Champs Elysees). The staff was excellent The room very clean The breakfast was very good considering the breakfast area was not so big. The selection was great. The coffee was very good.

The bed was a little too firm for our liking. The hanging lamps were a little too close to the bed and we would bump into them often.

Great location, if you do not want to be closer to the biggest tourist attractions. Very well accessible with metro, good restaurants around and 300 m to forest (Bois de Boulogne) for running. Absolutely great breakfast. Friendly staff and air condition in the room.

Well, if I'd like to be very critical, I would have liked to have kitchen-prepared Cafe au Lait for breakfast, not a Nespresso coffee, but to be hones, this was not a big issue.

Friendly, helpful staff, quick and efficient check in and check out. Room was great, small but everything you need for a short stay. Very comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom and everything spotlessly clean. Kettle with tea and coffee provided in the room. Great location, close to Fondation Luis Vuitton and a good choice of bars & restaurants nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was expensive and as we don’t eat a lot we decided not to have it in the hotel.
