This is my second visit and a longer stay only reinforced my positive impression of the Neuilly. It has a lovely atmosphere, with a quirky, art deco adjacent vibe, and all the staff are super helpful and friendly. I didn’t really need a 24 hour reception but it’s actually very reassuring. My room was quite spacious for the price (for Paris anyway!) and the bed is very comfortable. Although there’s no air conditioning, an excellent fan is provided and I was fine during the most recent heat wave. The location is another plus. It’s hard to imagine a more convenient combination of bus, Metro and RER. It’s worth sorting out the RATP app on your phone before you arrive though since the system is now primarily digital. And in August, when many businesses still take the traditional summer break, the Neuilly is well served by shops, bars and restaurants. Despite being so close to these and being quite a big hotel, it’s very quiet. I usually feel like I’m the only guest, even when it’s full. A wholehearted recommendation from me :-)

It would be wonderful to have a kettle in the room. I drink a lot of tea!

Small friendly well kept hotel in a quiet location in an upmarket suburb but close to public transport and within walking distance of the Fondation Luis Vuitton and the Bois de Bologne. Comfortable bed and very fulsome breakfast by French standards and the staff were delightful. There are plenty of local cafes and restaurants close to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel doesnt have air conditioning. We had quiet rooms at the back so were able to open the windows wide but might be a bit hot in height of summer. The room size was adequate but not much space to move around.

On a quiet side street, with plenty of shops, bars and cafes within 5 minutes walk, and convenient for both the metro and RER lines. Easy to get into the city centre within 30 minutes, and you can walk back from the Notre Dame area in about 90 minutes along the Champs-Elysees. Helpful and friendly staff, with a coffee machine in the foyer and a bowl of fruit, so easy to get a quick coffee and snack. The standard double room was small but fine for a short stay.

The en-suite bathroom was functional but in need of a bit of renovation. Some building work seemed to start at about 7.30 in the morning in the hotel so an early start to the day was enforced!

Fabulous hotel. It's a cliche to describe hotels as a home away from home but I will use it here. I spent three weeks at the Neuilly Park and every day the staff expressed an interest in what I had done or what I was going to do next. The room was nice and had everything I needed. The room was cleaned daily, bed made which was so nice after a long day at work. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options and also was available for a long time, I think 7-10.30 maybe earlier but at least that which was very convenient. The hotel is in a really nice neighbourhood, close to the number 1 line of the metro which makes it convenient wherever you need to go. It was hot in Paris when I stayed but the combination of closing curtains during the day, fan and window open at night made the room fine. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone.

We loved this hotel. The location was perfect for the Fondation Louis Vuitton ( Hockney exhibition). And even if you weren’t doing that, Neuilly is a chic and charming area with great public transport links. It was very good value for money, the staff were charming and helpful, and when I phoned the day before arrival a real person answered my call promptly and was very helpful. It will now be my ‘go to’ hotel in Paris. The rooms are small but have charm and anyway why go to Paris and stay inside?

The location is fabulous, super quiet but a short walk to restaurants, bars and a very quick Metro link into central Paris. Though the Neuilly-Sur-Seine and Bois de Boulogne area is also well worth your time. My room was also very comfortable and cosy, and all the staff I met were delightful - very friendly and helpful.

A kettle in the room to make hot drinks is always appreciated. There’s hot water available by Reception which was ok since I was on the first floor. But it’s nice not to have to leave your room.

Hotels in Paris are always a hit or miss and this one is most definitely a hit. Location outside the touristy center, but easily reachable by metro. Located in a good and calm neighborhood with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Small but cozy rooms, very comfortable beds, small radiator available for extra heating. Cleanliness outstanding. Breakfast selection was great and very fresh. Possibility to get tea and coffee at all times. Highly recommended for a traditional Parisian hotel experience.

Nicolas on reception was really welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was comfortable and our room was perfectly adequate and updated. . Location was ideal - mostly quiet. Neuilly is a quiet and safe area to stay in with plenty of restaurants and cafes and some superb nearby boulangeries! If you arrive by the Eurostar, take the RER to Porte Maillon rather than the Metro! Only two stops!

The room was very dark as there were not enough lights in the room. (An extra ceiling light would have improved this "gloomy" aspect.

Our room had a little balcony that overlooked a busy commercial street Madeleine Michelis. Despite the busy commercial area, the street was quiet and had wonderful magnolia trees still festooned with Christmas lights. We felt very much part of the neighborhood particularly when one of the hotel staff delivered fresh croissants from the bakery across the road. We had booked this hotel to be close to an exhibition at the Foundation Louis Vuitton & we were charmed by the location & by the friendly, welcoming & helpful staff and their excellent multi language skills. Viva Neville Park Hotel!

No complaints!

Was only here for an event in Paris for one night so did not spend very much time in the hotel.the receptionist when checking in was very friendly and helpful when we came back that night the gentleman on reception was just as friendly and helpful. The room was small but had everything needed including a couch and a table and chairs the decor was very unique some might think a bit dated but it felt like you were in a French boutique hotel. Great location just a few mins walk from the metro station, the street the hotel was on and the area around it was very nice very quiet and most of all felt very safe we didn’t arrive back until midnight and didn’t feel any panic walking up the street. Didn’t have any food here purely because we were not there and dinner time and had a very early flight the next morning.

Nothing a great place to stay for a few nights with great staff.
