Great Location, right next to our shuttle bus drop off from the airport and beside the metro - Very convenient for getting to all the main attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful with information and fulfilled all requests straight away. The room was very nice with a great balcony, it was a decent size - The bathroom was small and the toilet was separate to the bathroom, but this wasn't an issue. The rain fall shower was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was just amazing - the hotel, the room, the decor, comfort, location, bath products, bed, staff. Literally everything. Really really recommended.

My only “complaint” - and it has NOTHING to do with the hotel itself that location was too touristic. So, if you’re looking for a more authentic Parisian experience (if it’s only possible in the city like Paris), check out accommodations in other streets or arrondissement.

The hotel was very clean and well kept the interior design was fresh and cosy. All staff were very helpful, polite and attentive. The room was very clean and I loved the French doors which is a lovely feature! Our room was cleaned daily, fresh towels kindly provided each day. The location was absolutely perfect, really close to the metro station, very quiet during the night and a cafe on every corner. A big thank you to all the staff at Hotel Le 10 BIS for making our stay so lovely. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

we had tickets at an event at the Palais de Congres which made the location of the hotel excellent, and you still have a metro/rer station closeby. I was very satisfied with the room (not that big, but it's Paris after all) and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful

the mattress on my bed was a bit too soft for my liking, it's a pretty small hotel (it is wheelchair accessible, but I wouldn't really recommend it), if you want to visit the main attractions in Paris, it is a bit far from the center

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They offered us a room after the check-in so we could shower after running. The comfort of the rooms, the robe, the toiletries, the shower, all of them were pure luxury.

Nothing major. The corridors are narrow and dark and there were only a lift, so sometimes we had to wait a bit, but perfectly fine.

It was a beautiful property located in a great location, walkable from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées but far enough away that the area was quiet and not at all crowded. The room was perfect for what we needed for a city break - clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were excellent and recommended restaurants to me ahead of staying in the local area. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean, nice and in a great location. The metro and the bus station( that goes to airport) are very near and you can manage everything very well. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby.

We would like the room to be a lit bit more spacious, or to have a bigger wardrobe but in general it was really great and comfy

The en-suite was very compact and doors banged against cupboard when opening. However, this would not stop us returning to this hotel.
