The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Before my arrival, they answered all of my questions via email with great care. When I arrived, they welcomed me with big smiles and were very attentive throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the small Nespresso corner in the lobby where you can grab a complimentary coffee — such a nice touch! Every corner of the hotel was spotless, and the rooms were cleaned daily with great attention to detail. The location is in a quiet, safe, and elegant neighborhood. There was a lovely square nearby with various places like a market, bakery, restaurants, and bars. The metro station was also very close. If I ever come back to Paris, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It’s truly a great value for money!

Ic you prefer walking everywhere, getting around might be a bit difficult. That said, using the metro or uber makes transportation very easy.

Perfect location, walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Three metro-RER stations within 5 minutes (line 1, RER C, RER E). They upgraded our room before arrival. Very friendly staff. Room on the large side for Paris standards. Newlt renovated. Croissants and the free brownies in the reception were good.

It was not a problem for me but the closet was relatively small, and had no doors. It was enough for me but may not be so for others. Also, the luggage station was big enoıgh for a carry-on, not a midsized one. Still, no big problem.

The location is fantastic, just 10 minutes walk from the "Arc de Triomphe" and the "Champs Elysees". There are also metro and bus stations quite close. The hotel is practically newly renovated and in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly and kind.

Nothing to complain about. Maybe the elevator is a bit small for claustrophobics, but my wife liked it, because I was forced to hug her as we went up to the 5th floor.

A traditional European hotel with simple rooms, completely updated with modern amenities. Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, located on the attic level. Very convenient location near the Porte Maillot metro station and M1 line. Plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, but not overly touristy. A good value for Paris.

Room was small. We had trouble getting cold water one morning; the water was scalding hot. This was fixed after the staff was informed. Shower is a hand shower in bathtub, so you shower sitting down. No big deal. It's Europe.

The bathroom was a great size. It felt huge compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in the past. It was also really easy to find and was in a good location for us because it was in walking distance of Champs d’Elyse and Arc de triomphe. I also love how it was decorated. It felt clean and our room was spacious.

The breakfast was ok, i think if i were to stay again I would prefer to not book the breakfast. For what I spent I would rather just go out to a restaurant.

The room was cozy and clean. The location is excellent. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially the one that was in charge late at night. We're waiting for our bus that was scheduled at 3am in the morning. We have nowhere to go so we decided to stay at the lobby although we have already checked out. The staff took care of us, by providing us water, some snacks and fruits. There was an electric issue as well that night so he was busy too.

The cleanliness and the staff who were very helpful and pleasant. And during the heat wave, the A/C worked beautifully!

As a solo traveler, it worked. But I wouldn’t be able to stay here with my 2 young children just due to space constraints in the room.

Beautiful, modern n clean rooms. Huge comfortable bed with comfy pillows. Large bath room (very good size) with toilet amenities provided. Free coffee and water at hotel reception. Good location with lots of restaurants. Will come back if to Paris again.

Lovely and welcoming stay. Staff member were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Smaiil who always answered any questions we had and plesent to speak with, amazing personality and hospitality skills. The room was small but made up by great location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and other landmarks of Paris. Easy to get around paris with a metro and train station nearby. There are also many restaurants around the area to choose from.

Quite small room and bathroom. Can be quite loud outside at night.

The location was perfect ~ close to Palais de Congress & Port Maillot metro stop. The neighborhood was lovely & it was within walking distance from Arc de Triomph & the Champs Elysee. The hotel although 3 star was superb. Our room was comfortable, quiet, tastefully decorated & clean. We appreciated the free coffee & tea in reception & the kettle etc in our room. The staff were all friendly & spoke English.

The hotel was expensive because of the Rugby World Cup unfortunately.
