Location! Location! Location! in a pleasant area only a 3 minute walk from the No. 1 line of the Paris Metro. Staff are wonderful: friendly and genuinely interested in each guest having a great stay.

The only slight downside is that the bedrooms are small, without a properly sized desk or writing table and limited closet space. This is a little challenge for someone who is in Paris on business, but manageable. On the other hand, my room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms are small, as is typical of Paris hotels, but they are very clean, and the mattresses and pillows are comfortable. The hotel is cozy, and the staff are very friendly and willing to help at any time. I would mention them all by name, but I only know Ghazlan and Sumaya. Thank you all for making our experience special. On the first day, we asked to change our room because we had too many bags and it would not fit in the room with street view. They changed it to something more suitable. Thank you, Ghazlan. A wonderful hotel in the centre of Paris and close to the metro station. We will definitely stay here again.

Thank you to all the hotel staff for your attention and excellent customer service. Thank you for assisting me when my daughter got sick and I had no idea how to handle finding a doctor. Thank you for always giving me a smile when I needed it the most. I’m a well travelled person and I have nothing but positive things to say about your hotel, the employees at the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t keep your names) and at the restaurant. The location is superb. Close to restaurants, steps away from the metro, minutes away from arc de triumph, etc. thank you for making me feel at home. We’ll definitely be back.

It was a nice stay but it was just noisy with drunk people in a bar down the streets, they’re there until dawn which interrupted my sleep for the entire of week of my stay, really close to groceries store/ small restaurants which were mostly Asian which was really good/tasty as well

I can’t connect my Netflix app on my phone to their TV monitor, so they need to upgrade that since they’re in Paris, their furnishings are a little bit dated but other than that everything was great!

Ideal location just next to metro station, cafes and few meters walk to Arc De Triomphe. Staff are very welcoming as compared to other hotel staff or reviews you read of Paris on the site. The staff gave good suggestions while the room service was done frequently as well. The best part was one of the belongings got broken during room service. However they were quick to inform us and compensated through complimentary breakfast.

Fresh fried eggs could lit up the breakfast. Also the room was connected to a neighbouring room through a door. We realised it quickly enough before locking the door. This could be informed beforehand.

It was a comfortable room, quirky design which was really cool and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of charging ports which was great. Multiple mirrors which was also very helpful when it’s two women travelling together who need to do their make-up! The bath was very deep and also very comfortable. The lamps over the beds were very cool, loved them! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lady who checked me in was also SO patient when I was having issues with my credit card, she was so kind and helpful, I can’t praise her enough! Other than our neighbours’ door opening and closing, there was barely any noise. A really great little hotel, it was a very enjoyable stay!

The air conditioning machine wouldn’t work so the room got quite warm. About half an hour before we checked out (after 3 nights here), it suddenly turned on when we weren’t anywhere near the remote so it seemed like it might be controlled centrally as we tried everything to get it to work before then and it wouldn’t turn on.

The location is superb, neat to most of the attra tons (arc de rriomph, tour eiffel tower, there is as well a metro station just at the corner. The stuff is professional and so friendly. Rooms are small however they are clean.

The heaters at the bathroom was not working, however the stuff provided us with a portable one instead.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in the heart of Paris, France, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's prime location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city's famous landmarks and vibrant neighborhoods. The rooms was clean, and provided a cozy retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful stay in the City of Light. I can't wait to return and create more unforgettable memories in this wonderful hotel in Paris.

The personnel are very good. Very quite good breakfast. Convenient mattress and pillows. There is a ceiling lamp. In number 4 of a light source. Magnificent lighting. L'Occitane cosmetics. Minibar, teapot. A magnifying mirror in a bathroom. Windows are glazed by wavy glass that protects from inquisitive glances of the neighboring house.

There is no place for dresses and trousers - only for short clothes. It is a pity that there is no welcome water, and in a minibar - only 1. At first the conditioner, and then and the TV in the switched-off state made very loud sounds. But the personnel instantly offered other number. When I worked in number - hung up the plate "Not to disturb", but all the same persistently knocked on number.

Superb location, close to Arc de Triomphe, very convenient to travel with different metro lines which are nearby (hotel is next to M1 Argentine, close to RER C (Neuilly), M2 (Ternes) is not that far). It is a cozy, compact hotel (several rooms per floor) with several dining options in the same street (rue de Acacias). Although it is not freshly refurbished, but everything worked fine, breakfast was nice (if you are into coffee - there was no strong coffee or espresso (or at least I couldn't find it)), fresh orange juice. Compared to other hotels in Paris in similar location (16 - 17e Arrondissement), for similar price (~200 EUR/night) and experience I with hotels in Paris before (I go to Paris regularly, once-twice a year), this hotel was really good and I do recommend it to others.

The table in the room seemed quite small to me (and I do not consider myself very tall guy). As I had to do some typing with laptop, it fit on the table, but it seemed a bit tight. Using shower without splashing (at least some) water on the floor was a bit uncomfortable/tricky: if you wanted to use shower without taking shower head in your hand (i.e. hands free), you had to turn it to the side (as vertically it was too low), but then the shower glass wall did not extend enough to cover the water stream from going on the floor. It's not fatal, but affects comfort.
