All was fantastic, but firs i want to separately appreciate to cleaning staff, you are great. 1. Very nice personal in hotel. They all so positive and attentive. Special thanks for manager Antony. 2. Rooms was small, but everything what you need inside. Coffee machine, kettle, tea, snacks, water, soaps, bed sheets, safe locker etc... all this small details made a full picture of comfort. 3. Some parts of room interior was old but everything so clean. Housekeepers made they job really well. 4. Nice breakfast 5. Fantastic view from room on Ark. 6. Excellent place in city. Wery close to all most famous sightsings. Metro station really close. Hotel in center, but on very quiet street. 7. Man, who made a design of room key cardholder- Genius. There is small pocket map and subway scheme, useful things, hotel rules inside. Very useful. Next visit to Paris i will stay here again 99,9%

Stayed in a lot of hotels in paris, this one is definitely my favorite, the Location is perfect, you’re close enough to the Champs-Élysées and the arc de triomphe, but the area is quiet and very safe, there is an amazing boulangerie right across the street and the restaurant right next to the hotel is also great, the staff were beyond amazing, They upgraded me and you have the first night u get whatever u want from the mini bar, price for paris is very good value for money, the view from my room was spectacular, and you all the amenities you could possibly need inside the room, the rooms are very cute and lovely, i really enjoyed my stay will definitely stay here again

Loved everything the only tiny thing that maybe they could work on is the tv channels for foreigners , only thing i could find in english were news channels, but that didnt affect my stay at all, i had my ipad with me and was out most of the day

We recently stayed at this charming hotel and had a great experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and with excellent metro connections to the rest of the city. Whether you're looking to explore Paris or simply want easy access to transportation, this hotel is perfectly situated. The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, and the manager offered us complimentary coffee/tea and cold or mineral water, which is always available in the lobby—a nice touch! Additionally, they provided convenient luggage storage, which was a huge help as we explored the city on our last day. The room is smaller but comfortable, with a cozy bed which provided us the good night rest. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, allowing us to easily stay connected. A small hiccup occurred on our first day when the hotel manager informed us of a temporary electricity problem. However, the manager handled the situation with professionalism and the receptionist offered us free breakfast for our entire stay as a gesture of apology. This unexpected perk added great value to our visit and left us feeling well taken care of. Overall, our stay was great and truly worth the money. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Paris.

It can be awkward to have a glass shower in front of a bed. Although I knew from the pictures that the shower was all in glass and just in front of the bed, I think the option to add a curtain or something else to make it a bit more private would be good. Small space Check in was a bit complicated

The property is located in a very good position, close to the Metro. Walking distance from the Champs Elysee and the Tour Eiffel. The welcome at check-in was very nice and we were offered a free room upgrade that was appreciated. The room is relatively spacious and the bathroom was clean and with Rituals washing products. There was tea and coffee available in the room and the minibar was offered for the first night. Breakfast was good with a selection of pastries and eggs. At the reception there was also tea and coffee always available and complimentary.

The hotel is located in a very strategic position, just a short walk to the metro of Charles de Gaulle square from where it is easy to utilize the metro lines heading to the most popular spots in Paris. The general impact when arriving is very positive, it looks like a very nice boutique hotel and the staff was very friendly and organized. Cleanliness of the room was flawless and cleaners were very careful to notice when I was out of room to make their work. Some reviews tell the rooms to be small. Yes, probably the word “spacious” does not apply, but honestly said, the room was not as small as I expected to find it. In my opinion, it was conceived to be sufficient to accommodate two persons and their luggage without particular issues. To make it short, I liked the hotel style, location, cleanliness and friendly attitude of the staff. I felt totally comfortable since the first minute I checked in and that’s what I needed to start a great vacation.

Very, very, very close to The Arch of Triumph. It takes just 2 mins to walk, and you can see it from the window. The hotel provided shared umbrellas during our stay, which were both stylish and functional, and could even make for great photo props.

It was renovated from the pre-war building, so the elevator is tiny and can only occupy a maximum of four people without luggage; imagine if you have a big suitcase, you have to wait for several turns. During my stay, someone was shouting and screaming at midnight in this hotel. I can't tell whether he's in the room or in the corridor, but the sound insulation of the room is definitely a minus.

We booked this hotel because we ran a marathon and it was 10 min by walk from starting point. From our window we could observe Arc de Triomphe. Lots of restaurants, cafe, groceries nearby. Very welcoming staff. Optional breakfast for 16eur was also a great value for the money, so we ate at the hotel. Free unlimited coffee in lobby (very tasty). Free minibar until you request a refill. Comfy beds, clean rooms, spacious bathroom with Rituals cosmetics. We enjoyed our stay

The hotel is located in an amazing area, even though it is close to one of the major attractions in Paris (Arc du Triomphe), the hotel is placed in a nice quiet corner around restaurants, boulangeries and little markets. The room was very curated, newly renovated, clean and it had everything needed. I particularly appreciated that everything from the minibar was included in the price, the presence of the kettle boiler and different teas, coffees and cookies. I also particularly appreciate a well-done bed, and this was one of them! Amazing view and great quality of products (they use Rituals products). A honorable mention goes to the female front desk manager! I stayed at the hotel 1 night, checked out the next morning and left my luggage there. However, during the course of they day I came back to the hotel to relax in the lobby during the time between the appointments I had (the lobby offers free teas and coffees). The multilingual front desk manager welcomed me, was extremely professional and we had a very convivial chat throughout the day. I do not take this level of humanity, hospitality and relation for granted: bravo and thank you for the professionalism! This makes the difference, I will definitely come back.

The room was a little small, but it had everything that I could need, it was modern and very clean.

Wonderful place. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, 2 minute walk from the metro station. You can see the Arc de Triomphe from the window. There are several restaurants, shops, and bakeries around. It feels like a quiet residential area and not touristy. The room was on the smaller side but very comfortable. There's an open space bathroom with a glass shower cabin. The toilet is separate and closed in a small corner. Everything was super clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay.

Rooms might be on the smaller side for some. Room sound insulation can be an issue for some people, as you can hear people in other rooms.
