The location was great, right next to Arc de Triomphe! It was a great pleasure to commute from here as the metro was very close by and you could easily take a walk by Champs Elysees. It was surrounded by cafes, McDonalds, we had a very nice Korean restaurant just on the other side of the hotel. Stuff was absolutely great and helpful!🤍

The room was smaller than what I anticipated but it was still very clean and comfy. The only unpleasency we had was thin walls (we heard one specific couple having exceptionally good time for about a good hour🫣). But other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Cleanliness and location

No fridge or coffee facilities inside rooms. My card was pre-authorised 8 times before my arrival (and some money was actually withdrawn from my account without me knowing about it) although booking.com says no prepayment is required

Overall great experience, a boutique hotel experience with a true Parisian vibe (felt like I was staying in one of those chic Parisian apartments). I loved my room, it had a view of the courtyard, which provided that Parisian aesthetic. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was modern and with a great shower. The bed was also pretty comfortable. I also found it to be the perfect location, right near many restaurants and a quick walk to the Arc! I would absolutely stay there again. I traveled alone, and felt very safe.

1 Warm reception. Hotel staff are kind and polite, which count a lot. All request promptly answered. 2 Water fountain to fill up bottles. Grateful in such a hot weather. 3 Room was very quiet and comfortable.

Some serious cleaning was demanded. 1 As we entered the room, we immediately notice black smears on the wooden floor. It won't be difficult to scrape them off. Also it seemed there had been no serious vacuum job for few days under the bed. Lot of fluffy dusts were visible. 2 In bathroom sink we found blond hair dangling 3 There was a big black cut visible on the ceiling paper. It was pity because other than these few problems the hotel was quite new and clean

A very cute little hotel on a quiet street. Fabulous breakfast - the homemade quiche each day was delicious and a good variety of other delicious options too. Front desk staff were lovely, very accommodating, gave great directions and advice and organized a taxi for our trip to the airport on our last day. The hotel is an easy five minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro. Oh, and I also loved the fact that they have glass bottles of water in the rooms that can be refilled whenever needed at no charge.

I was traveling with my sister-in-law. She thought the room was a little small, but I used to be a flight attendant on a private airplane and stayed in some of the most expensive hotels in Paris and the rooms in those hotels were also pretty small so I wasn't surprised at the size of the room. I liked it.

The location is perfect, the staff is polite, the hotel was clean and recently renovated. There is good quality of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The single bed was large and comfortable and the room was spacious.

As there was a small part of the hotel still under renovation there was an incident with a false alarm, which was quite worrying since the guests had no idea it was false. A call from the reception to warn us that there is no need to evaluate the rooms/building would have been helpful. Other than that (which I understand was a simple bad coincidence) the staff was great and the hotel recommended.

The staff was really helpful and polite, always with a smile and ready to help. We checked in really late and asked them if they could kindly add a kettle to the room so we could prepare tea, and they promptly did. The room was nice, well cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. The location is really good. Very close to the metro, easy to go everywhere, lots of restaurants and markets around.

The only thing was that the room was very close to the lift and anytime some used it we would hear the bell. But cant say we were very bothered, as the guests were all quiet and at a certain point we got used to it. I do recommend the place and will probably go back when I am in Paris again.

It was perfect for what I needed. I stayed in an individual room, which was very compact but had everything I needed (similar to a cruise ship cabin). Hotel was right in the city center, allowing to walk to many famous places and it was also close to many metro stations and bus stops. Breakfast was really good and staff was very friendly. And the hotel was always kept very clean and tidy, even though they were doing renovations at the time.

If I have to say something, I didn't like the shower very much. The position of the shower in this room didn't leave much space to move around, and it was very easy to bump your elbows in the very hot water tap.

The location was very nice and the small balconies so cute.

But i was surprised and not happy by the price of the room it was increased when i payed and not the same as when i booked on booking.com . The breakfast was ok maybe should put more varieties .
