This quaint boutique hotel is ideally located in the centre of the Arc area with access to the many wonderful cafes just steps away. The view from the balcony is simply iconic. The rooms are small but have all that you might need and the renovated decor is charming. The beds are incredibly comfortable with exceptional linens. We were greeted by the friendliest staff at reception on arrival and throughout our stay. Housekeeping were also personable and made us feel at home. The bath is a godsend following a long flight and long days walking around with the sit down shower for washing your feet. We highly recommend. Be sure to stroll to the Arc and go up to the roof.

Hotel is good. Location is right near the Arc of Triumph which makes it a very good location with a lot of restaurants and coffees nearby. Both expensive and cheap. Champs Elysees is very near with all the fashion stores. Eiffel Tower is 20min walk which is also great. Breakfast is good and meets expectations. Room is tiny but they are all tiny in Paris. Overall great experience. Staff is really friendly and you can enjoy free coffee and tea in the small lobby bar all the time.

Room is small but I guess it is what it is. A little renovation in the room might be of use as well.

Excellent location, room was cosy and had everything I needed apart from a kettle. However there was a tea and coffee making facilities downstairs so you could take tea/coffee to your room. It would have been better if there was one in the room. I read the reviews beforehand and took my own teabags and travelling kettle.

The only thing I did not like was the broken shower stand as it made it a little difficult to take a shower. Other than that everything else was great and had a really good time there. Staff are super friendly :-)

Excellent location. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent and replenished regularly. Front of desk staff were very knowledgeable. Close to the Charles deGaulle metro which has all the main lines. All in all a great stay

Rooms are small. I suppose this shouldn't be a criticism as this would be typical of Parisien rooms. Price was a bit on the high side but it was the height of summer and Olympic games were in progress.

The view was amazing with great staff service. However the beds are comfy but we asked for a double bed and they gave us two single beds which had wheels that’s couldn’t be stabilised, so we were sliding about when we pushed the beds together. There were no other rooms available for a double bed. So definitely would recommend a double bed if travelling with a partner.

The first night in Paris, no matter the budget, had to be special. And it was. The magical, Parisian view from the window. The rooms are clearly not new, but very thoughtfully designed and maintained. A friendly porter in a cosy lobby with vintage furniture helps you forget about the difficult road to Paris and here you are. There are a few nice cafes, a metro station and shops within walking distance, but it is quiet at night and even with the window open nothing to disturb your sleep.

Lovely place, and the staff were great. It was nice having someone on the main desk 24/7. Rooms could probably do with a bit of a new paint job and a bit more lighting (a little hard to read at night). But it didn’t bother me too much as the rooms were very clean, had a super comfy bed and the bathroom was a good size. Great location!

My room faced the road and there was a bit of road noise at night, didn’t bother me too much but something for people to be aware of if they need a really quiet place. I think there are rooms that face away from the road that would be worth requesting if you need a quiet sleep.

I really like the reception and the location. The hotel is very clean and has a good bed and a good shower. I would go back again, great location.

For me the only problem is heating in the room, it didn't work very well and when I tried to turn on the air conditioning, I couldn't because the buttons were disabled. In the bathroom, the heating works very well.

Everything was great. The Rooms, Views, Location, Staff, connectivity and out of all the Bed. It was so comfortable we couldn’t get up and slept till late everyday. Rooms were neat n clean. Washrooms were well built. Balcony was amazing. Connectivity was amazing Rer, metro, bus all were just 2mins away. Better location than Pullman. From here u can directly go anywhere u want be it Eiffel Tower, Montmarte, la vallee or Disneyland. And the people we interacted at the reception were very kind and helpful.

The location is excellent, walking distance from so many places as well as metro stations. If you don't feel like walking 45 mns to St Germain, just walk 3 mins and hop on a bus or take the metro. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and warm. It is a comfy & cozy hotel, with comfortable and clean rooms. Housekeeping was doing an impeccable job! I loved it and I will definitely go back.

This is a 3-star hotel and it delivered upon expectations. There is nothing that I didn't like. There are few improvements as extras that can be made to make the experience even more flawless such as be more flexible with earlier check-in, I understand they were doing some refurbishing to some floors so it wasn't easy to accommodate, breakfast can have more variety, especially healthier options, they could offer more choices for afternoon coffees & happy hour drinks...those are really extras but they can enhance the experience even more.
