First, the hotel’s location was its greatest advantage. Its walking distance to the majestic Arc de Triomphe, which was an exceptional view that welcomed us on our first day was, I must say, unbelievable. We could even enjoy it from the balcony of our room which was a plus. Nonetheless, the hotel’s vicinity to other marvellous landmarks in Paris was outstanding. Second, were the staff Veronique and Ahmadou. They were both splendid, friendly and accommodating. Veronique gave us directions where to eat and Ahmadou was very helpful lending us with a 2 pin adaptor. Third, the hotel housekeeping was superb-made our room tidy after our first night and gave us clean towels and cups. All of these really made our stay in Paris such an unforgettable wonderful experience. Merci beacoup!

I hope the lights in the room were all working. There was only one that didn’t. Other than that, it was flawless.

Booked two rooms in advance of Paris Marathon & loved the quaint prime location & balcony view of the arc & it's open space to see the Eiffel (access to arc de triumphe & districts all within walking distance), quieter street, modern neutral color styling, comfortable bed & mirror to open space & hooks/storage for efficient use of small space think Ikea; didn't opt for brkfst w nearby cafes but avail for purchase. Would stay here again!

Upon arrival, there was scaffolding/construction on the building directly in front of entrance/our rooms - had secured 2 rooms - one double w terrace and one single* (*two terrace windows w balcony!) adjacent on 5th floor - were told by reception that they didn't know either but work being done was by the city as needed. Thankfully, the workers completed the work the next day & moved down toward the next rooms. The small rooms & elevator do make it a tight squeeze for large luggage & there isn't really air conditioning but rather fan/heating. Fortunately, opening the windows provided cool air at night during warm spring temps.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. There is a metro station seconds away from the hotel which makes getting around so easy. The view from our room was amazing!!! Staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Hotel felt very safe as had to ring doorbell for reception to unlock door whenever someone wanted to enter. Would definitely stay again, if I was to return to Paris

The room wasn’t the cleanest- the curtains were covered in layers of dust and the room was showing signs of “wear and tear” with bits of wallpaper coming off wall. Having to leave your key at reception whenever you left the hotel was a bit annoying as you felt like an annoyance if you were only going back to the room for a couple of minutes but understandable why they do it for safety reasons.

The room was clean and the view from the balcony was nice; however the balcony is very very small so only room for one person to sit or stand on balcony. The room had kettle and tea bags and instant coffee, which was nice.

The place with fine and there was nothing to complain about - Did not try the breakfast. There are too many nice places nearby to eat breakfast and within 5 min walk.

Could walk to everything: Sacre Coeur, Notre Dame, Louvre, Eiffel Tower. Metro just outside to the catacombs. Very quiet in the hotel- couldn’t hear anyone beside or above us. Serviced the room every day. Safe street- nice restaurant at the top - quick bagel place (Bagelstein) a few feet away. Friendly staff- hold your room key while you’re out, obtained an extra pillow for us since we each wanted to use 2.

Bathroom was pretty! just very small shower stall. Could use a shelf to hold shampoo etc since it was a very tight area to bend over and pick up shampoo/soap from the floor. I don’t think there was a top sheet? just a comforter, so we adjusted the room temp a little warmer than what the hotel had it set to. Overall a tight room (as expected) but we made it work.

1. The location is great, it is a few distance from Arc de Triomphe Etoile, and Champ Elysees Street. 2. Staffs are top, and friendly. 3. It is clean.

1. Rooms are very small, even you can't walk around the bed easily. 2. Breakfast is very poor, and I recommend not to offer, I even don't consider it as a breakfast.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The room. The room was small, but it had everything I could need. The bed was super comfy, there is a table to put some of your stuff, the closet, the safe, some tea and coffee, kettle, the bathroom (very clean, hot water is running instantly, fresh towels). The room in general was clean and cozy, makes you want to stay in that bed all day. Another thing about the room, that blew my mind was the view. The spectacular view of the Arc de Triomphe, it lights up at night and makes the whole picture just unimaginable. The staff. This is the most kind stuff I have ever met. You need advise about the transportation ? Done. You need help with choosing a restaurant? Done. Always there, literally 24/7 available to help you with anything you want. I had this request to deliver water to my room daily. No problems at all. But what I admire is not that. The kindness and the hospitality that I encountered , this is just amazing. The building itself has a very rich history. There is a Russian speaking man ( his name is George )working mostly nights, who can tell you all about it. If you like history, you will be shocked. This man is the most intelligent person I have met in years. Big thanks to him personally for all the information that he provided. The location. Well, there cannot be a better location, literally. And I don’t mean by that the fact that the hotel is in the center. No. If you look at the map, you can see that the Arc is in the middle and around it, the roads are spreading like a snowflake. By taking one of those roads you can reach the main attractions, shops, restaurants. The location is also perfect if you like to walk in the late evenings / nights. It’s safe there.

Supersweet staffs. All of them were amazing. Pretty close to arc de triompe and getting to major landmarks were easy through metro.Quiet neighbourhood. Amazing view from balcony.AC working fine.

Pretty small rooms. Not ideal with big luggages. Basic amenities. Could have designed better balcony furnitures.

Good location. Small but good bed and shower.

Did not like having to keep room keys at the reception. They said it was for security, but i did not like having to go over and ask for my key every time. Receptionist could know more about main tourist attractions, as some of the information gave about tickets were wrong

The location was very accessible to everything. From cafes, shops , train or metro station. Walking distance to one of the famous tourist attractions in Paris. The lady receptionist( just forgot her name)in charge was very nice, very helpful, and accommodating with our concerns.

The towel rack is too high .Not suitable for short people like me .
