Located close to subway station and not far from Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. Small but comfortable room for one person, probably it would be a little bit overcrowded in two. Reception is open 24/7 and ready to help. If you plan to spend your time in the city and need a hotel only to stay overnight, then this hotel offers perfect value-for-money.

Elevator is really very small, so do not take big suitcases with you. 80 EUR taken from your card as a guarantee is quite an outdated model of hotel-guest relationship. Small kettle to make a coffee or tea or small bottle of water to welcome are more or less standard today, but it is probably naive to expect this in a two-star hotel.

The building is quite old, but charming it has its uniqueness. The bed was comfortable, and we liked the balcony tiny but still gave enough space to sit out and have your morning coffee (too bad it was winter when we went. Summer would have been good). Very close to everything, close to the shops, metro, food places. All in all, it's a good place to do a short stay.

Unfortunately, being so old and small space, you can't fit a fridge or kettle to make coffee. In saying that, the hotel does offer a buffet breakfast For 8 euro per person. Or coffee for 2 euro, which is cheaper than buying outside.

Absolutely incredible place! I love location it’s so close to most important touristic places in walkable distance. Also, taxi is in affordable price as it’s not long distance from everything. Metro station right on corner. Staff is so kind and supportive. I got my room cleaned and done bed every other day. It’s safe and quiet place, no trouble to sleep at night, there’s no noise outside. Room is clean and has everything you need for staying. Balcony is your room is another amazing thing about this place.

Then before leaving that day we asked him gently if we can go to the toilets at the reception... He was not welcoming at all about this! It was very embarrassing! I think they should pay attention about such reactions from the reception!

The hotel fulfilled all of its undertakings, with good comfort, cleanliness, location, and friendly efficient staff. There were no complications in regard to the booking system via booking.com. Good breakfast choice at very reasonable price.

A few times the street below got noisy late at night, but we would not change our good room on the first floor because of that.

The location is perfect! Great metro train connections. The staff is superb. Especially Mehmet Ali Ayan and Edmond. They made my stay super comforting and accommodated my request for an earlier breakfast pre Marathon (Paris Marathon on Sunday - April 7th). I am so grateful for their hospitality and graciousness. They attended all guests with so much respect and care. This hotel is 2 stars but the customer service is 5 stars. Great value for money. My room was for one person but it was quite spacious. Clean sheets, extra pillows. Comfortable mattress. Highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced room in the heart of Paris. Big thank you to Mehmet Ali! He made my stay super special. He is a star!

The hotel is convenient located next to the train station and also very close to Triumph of Arc. It is very clean and comfortable.

The room has no kettle for boiling water, but I was later informed by the staff at check-out that if they can send you one at request (unfortunately I didn't know during my stay). The room is a bit room but value for money. Overall quite comfortable and meet my expectations.

Excellent location close to many main attractions and metro station. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and I would book again for my next visit to Paris.

The lift is really small, it fits one person only with a couple of bags and it’s really narrow but that didn’t affect our positive experience overall.

Very central location (very central, nice restaurants, close to subway and RER). I booked this hotel quite early for the Paris Olympics at a decent room rate. Based on my experiences with greedy hotels at previous Olympics I was afraid that my booking would be cancelled. I am very grateful to staff and management that it was not cancelled and so I had a wonderful stay in Paris.

It was really perfect for me.

The location was the best feature, very close to the Arc and Champs Elysees. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It had nice design and furniture. The staff was helpful, as well.

Nothing, really. We had a technical problem with the bathroom but they fixed it. I personally believe the deposit was a bit too much (80 euros) but we got it back with no problem, so that’s fine.
