The hotel was according to the expectations. Great location on Metro Line 1 half way between the business district and the historical center. Charles de Gaule - Etoile station with connections to different parts of city is also within walking distance. Walking a few minutes in the other direction you get to Porte Maillot station with a direct train to Versailles. The room is for a reasonable price & clean. It was a bit small, but given that I did not come to Paris to spend my time in a hotel and used it only for sleeping it was sufficient.

The breakfast could have been a bit richer for the price. The walls are fairly thin and a lot can be heard through. I was lucky to have good neighbors that were quiet during night, but I recommend bringing earplugs just in case.

Room was very clean. Air conditioner was the best thing ever! You can adjust the temperature as you wish. Location excellent: market and restaurant as a neighbor, champ elysees couple hundred meters away. You can walk to all sightseens inside 3-6 km or use metro, bike or buss. Staff is very nice. Bed was comfy.

Breakfest could have been more diverse. There were only baguette and croissant and yoghurt to eat with marmelade, butter and nutella. Coffee was good!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in April 2022. It was Easter weekend and I had to find a hotel to stay in Paris because I was meeting family. When I booked this place, I was a little concerned about how it looked from the view of the outside. I was pleasantly surprised to find the boutique hotel very nice and very well maintained. The people who worked there definitely took pride in their hotel and it showed in the way they bent over backwards to help not only me but everyone who walked in the door. There are 3 buildings all back-to-back heading away from the street. I was in the 3rd building, 2nd floor. Hotel has no elevators, there were 18 stairs to 2nd floor. Room was small, but it was a single and all I needed because I was rarely in my room…it IS Paris after all!! Very clean and all COVID protocols maintained. Continental breakfast with great coffee (I was the last to arrive for breakfast one morning and was given the entire carafe of coffee on my table after I said “good morning…I NEED coffee!”) The L'Arc de Triomphe view I uploaded is literally a 5 min walk from the hotel!! EXCELLENT location!! I would stay here again in a minute! HIGHLY recommend this place…I honestly review hotels by how I’m treated when I stay there…these guys knocked this out of the park!

Location - so close to Arc and major train station which links to everywhere - CDG Étoile. Also buy Navigo weekly pass at CDG airport (2023 - €30 but bring passport photo as needed for the pass), take RER B from airport to Châtelet Les Halles, take RER A from Châtelet to CDG Étoile. Very handy. Great shower power and air conditioning. Has a fridge. Bed extremely comfortable. Not a sound in room until I was up in the morning - so peaceful despite being so close to the Arc. Very friendly staff. Felt very safe in the hotel. Very small place so didn’t see other residents which suited me too. Would highly recommend. Little shop on the road stays open late too so you can get food, drink, alcohol and snacks.

Lift is very tight - you and your case and no more. I didn’t get breakfast so whilst there was a kettle and a paper cup, a few teabags and milk on day of arrival would have been just what I needed.

Check in was fast. The rooms and the breakfast areas were super clean. Ms. Alexis and the other staff members were so welcoming and pleasant. The location of the hotel was perfect. Right next door was a super market/convenient store and the hotel is close to all the restaurants and shopping areas. And the price for four days was great and cheaper than most hotels we looked for in that area.

Honestly, there wasn't anything we disliked. Its a small hotel, which most hotels in Paris are quite small. And the elevator is extremely small. Only enough room for one person and one suitcase. It was actually quite funny. Other than, there wasn't really anything we disliked about the place.

The location is great! It is very close to the station where are the busses for the Bove airport, and close to the Arch de Triomphe. It was clean, warm (we visited in the winter) and comfortable. There was always someone at the reception so our late check-in and early check-out were not a problem. I would recommend the hotel it is a good choice for the money.

The door to the bathroom was not very massive.

Small breakfast area and social spaces. They should work on the small terrace behind the hotel to have a nice place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. It would be nice to have an umbrella for the tables.

We loved the location, it's truly excellent having so many Metro lines nearby, the Palais and park. The staff were also extremely friendly to us and helpful which we greatly appreciated. Considering it was the Olympics we were also pleased with the price.

The room wasn't ready which was slightly problematic towards our plans, but they did their best to accommodate. The lift, as normal in Paris, was comically small

Location is perfect, everyone on the reception desk was extremely helpful, made everything smooth and easy. Thank you!

Only thing is the toilet only was in one room, and the lavatory and bath were in another, which I found odd and a bit unpractical but not a big deal, I think not all but only some rooms are like this

Great small hotel in a very convenient location (close to the Metro Argentina M1; Convention Center, City Center). Although the hotel is almost in the city center, the room was very quiet and along with a very comfortable bad gave us a good rest. The room (double) was not large, but still comfortable for two people. The room and its bathroom were very clean. There were a small supermarket and nice breakfast, coffee/ lunch places just next to the hotel (very useful). The staff in the hotel was very nice and helpful (special thanks to Aleksandra for her hospitality!). We will for sure come back to this place when planning our next trip to Paris. For sure recommended place.
