Very clean, almost everything you need on a short stay, including good bath cosmetics, facial tissues, hairdryer, safe box, kettle.

The rooms are small and very close and the soundproofing is not good, but luckily there weren’t any noisy neighbors. It lacks a refrigerator and a pair of slippers.

It was of a 5-minute walk to the metro station and near the Arc de Triomphe with some decent supermarkets, eateries and cafes nearby. It was also quite spacious when I was expecting tiny rooms and came with some basic amenities. The staff did some express cleaning every day even when I didn’t request to make up the room

The elevator was designed only for 1 person with 1 large suitcase and I had a little trouble trying to get out of the elevator on the floor to my room because of the direction of how the door opens. I could hear my neighbor easily even though I had the corner room.

The location is spot on! Just a few minutes' walk to the Arc de Triomphe, and close to the Metro and buses. The room was nice and quiet, with everything we needed. The staff at the reception gave us a really warm welcome.

The bedsheet had stains and blood on it when we arrived on our first night. It was nearly 11:00 pm, and we were too exhausted to ask for a replacement right then, so we just used the duvet and avoided the sheet. The next morning, we asked the cleaning lady to replace the bedsheet and duvet cover. Apart from that, everything else was great.

The room was comfortable, though small. The bathroom was well appointed. The air-conditioning was excellent. The breakfast was good and very varied with cereal, fruit, pastries, cheeses, cold meats, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, and excellent coffee. The location was great, near the Arc de Triomph and the Charles de Gaule-Etoile station. The staff were friendly and helpful

Very good location near Arc de Triomphe. We found a variety of grocery stores, restaurants and cafés in the area, all with different prices, so there was a lot to choose from. We had easy access to different places of interest, and we used the metro, which was a quick walk away. The room was very cozy, the surroundings and the cleanliness were very pleasing.

It was a bit warm in the room, so we tried setting the room temperature lower, but we couldn't feel any difference. We had to open the window during the night, so sometimes we could hear the noise of the local people, like the beeping of cars/motor scooters at night after a football match, or the moving of the belongings from the apartment building nearby since the early morning hours. However, this did not cause much discomfort. Overall, we are happy with the hotel. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay, this hotel has everything you need, great comfort and the staff are so kind, helpful and always smiling. The location is superb and much closer to both metro and RER than said in the hotels own information. The area is super nice, so close to the main city center (minutes from Arc the Triumph) but still feels like a local neighborhood. Don't miss the local restaurants, bakeries and the wonderful market close by. Actually the best stay I have ever had in Paris, and of great value. Will definitely book this hotel again for my next trip to Paris.

Excellent location on the M1 metro line, and a very safe area in general. The street is quiet. The hotel rooms aren’t as tiny as in many other Paris 3* hotels. In general, it’s a good solid 3* hotel. Seems generally clean and cozy.

The hard mattress. Felt like sleeping on a piece of wood. A bit of mold in the bathroom…. But that’s not so untypical of hotels in France :) :)

I spent 6 nights at acacias etoile and booked 2 rooms. We were upgraded to superior rooms. They were big (for Paris standards) and very well kept and the beds were huge and comfy. The hotel is 1 minute walk from the m1 line and about 10mins walks from main lines like rer an and rer c. The staff were amazing. This is just the perfect hotel by the arc de triomph

I stayed for two days in Paris when I was taking part in the Marathon. The location is central, so many restaurants and shops within a walking distance. The staff are really friendly. I was really greatful for letting me use the shower after the marathon even though i have already checked out earlier that morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly front desk staff, especially Moises. Extremely accommodating for my son and I. The night attendant was also extremely friendly. Great location and nice restaurants very close by.

Shower was a bit outdated but we liked that we could wash our clothes and hang them on the heating rack. I was expecting a mini fridge in the room but their was none but the staff kept my food in their fridge.
