The bed was large and comfortable. There was daily housekeeping. The window of our room opened to the charming and quiet street below. The location could not be better, right next to champs elysees and the arc de triomphe and very walkable to the Eiffel towers, the seine, the Louvre, and surrounding areas. The staff was incredibly kind and hospitable. Will definitely be staying here again one day!

The room was a bit small so that’s just something to know- but this is the heart of Paris, so any amount of square footage is precious!

The location is obviously amazing. The check in process and preauthorization too. The rooms are big enough for Paris, the bathroom more than comfortable. The AC worked well and it was warm. The towels were fluffy, bedsheets clean. Good coffee for breakfast. Amazing Cristine (Christina?) at the reception desk. Generally I would not stay anywhere else in Paris as the price is really good.

Organization of breakfast is just bad. In theory it starts at 7:00. We came down at 7:15, every day. It was never ready. Each day was worse - either half of the products ready or almost none (pancakes were always cold and dry). One of the ladies (Asian) touched cheese with her hands! Dreadful. The French receptionist on the third day smelled very unfresh and he did nothing to prepare for 7, then he ran around nervously, forgetting about things (and smoking outside he did not even see people coming down for breakfast). If you can't be ready at 7, start serving at 8, easy as that. Also - walls are very, very thin, but you can't do anything about it. If you're lucky, you will have quiet neighbours :) (We weren't.).

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean they do change linens and towels every day . Bed was comfortable and the location was the highlight of tour stay ,neighborhood is very nice and safe close to everything metro /train station , bus stops, coffee shops and restaurants

The hairdryer could be better. A mini fridge and a small kettle would be a nice addition. A bigger trash bin in the room ( other than the one in the wash room) would be also good addition

I had a nice two-night stay. The room was small but comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a good night’s sleep. The staff were also very nice and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The location was ideal, close to major sights like the Arc de Triomphe Champs-Elysees, making it easy to explore key landmarks, and it was very convenient for my plans, as I was attending a concert at Salle Pleyel, which was just a quick stroll away. The neighbourhood felt safe and was well-connected to public transit, so getting around was a breeze. Overall, it was a good choice.

First of all, the reception staff were wonderful. Especially Elise (sorry for misspelling), whom our kids fell in love with :) Great location - next to Arc de Triomphe. Parking isn't included in the price, but in Paris it rarely is. So it was a plus that the nearest garage was 20 metres away :) Room was clean and air conditioned, windows have good sound insulation. It was good value for money, especially for central Paris.

We had a family room - connected rooms, and each of them were quite small.

Location is just supreme. Nice staff clean room.

It is a bit tight room but anyhow for a couple of days will be more than perfect.

1) Exceptional location. 2 min walk from the Arc de Triumph. (close to everything!!! Metro, hop on hop off bus stop, supermarket, Starbucks). 2) Very friendly & polite hotel stuff-reception. Hospital stuff always there to provide instructions and help with any request.

Very small rooms!!! For 2 people is ok but for 3 the room was really really small!!

The staff was amazing, breakfast had few options but they were delicious. The location is amazing, you can easily walk to the Arc, same thing goes for the Charles de Gaulle Etoilee metro station (take the Wagram exit and the hotel is in a 5 minute walk). You have several metro lines in the surroundings as well as buses and the RER train that goes straight to Disneyland.

I don’t think the room service was cleaning the room everyday in detail but overall it was clean.

Very clean & excellent location. 2mins walk to train station & taxi stand. Close to restaurants, shopping area, Champs Elysee, Eiffel Tower. Good breakfast. Connecting room available. Good bathroom size. Very helpful staff, Ms Hazel & Ms Svatlana were amazing.

Small desk, not ideal for work trip. Room size is small but it is common in this area.

Perfectly located near the Arc and Champs Elysees. This hotel could not have been more perfect, I will be staying here every time I go to Paris in the future!!! the staff was amazing. A friend called to send a bottle of wine and flowers to one of the people on our trip for there birthday. The man at the front desk went out to the local wine and florist shop to pick them up and it was one of the most genuine things I have ever seen. The staff was so friendly and even shared a glass of wine with us ❤️ the rooms were the perfect size for a boutique hotel and the location is truly unmatched. 100/10 if I could !!!
