Great location, excellent room, even if we had some remarks, the hotel was great and we will happily return!

The first night, they gave us the wrong room, different from what was ordered, we had to ask for a change. We asked by email communication a birthday cake or else the morning after arrival, we got a positive answer from the hotel manager but in the end, nothing was there, just disappointment. We forgot a cream bottle in the first room, and it was never found... room service should have found it.

The hotel is a charming boutique hotel ideally located within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe, with the Metro stop conveniently nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, communicated well in English, and the clean, spacious rooms were equipped with amenities like a mini fridge and French doors that provided a new cool September breeze. The hotel offers a breakfast spread, which we did not take advantage of as there was a Starbucks across the street and a fantastic outdoor market with Patisseries, Produce, and Cheese shops nearby. The overall experience is highly recommended for its excellent location and service The market I am referring to is Rue Poncelet Market. This market is located near Hôtel Céramic and features a variety of outdoor produce stands, an indoor pastry shop, and an Aldi store. It offers a vibrant selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and baked goods, making it a popular spot for locals and visitors.

The location is just perfect for visiting Paris, just steps away from the Arch and Champs Elysees. It is extremely close to 2 metro stations (Charles de Gaulle Etoile and Ternes) and also from a public underground parking (very important if you use a car). Many eating options nearby. The neighborhood seemed very safe. The guys at the reception are very helpful and nice and they do their best to help. I arrived earlier and they give us the room almost three hours in advance. Thumbs up! The hotel has a small nice patio where you can stay and sip coffee or wine, but we didn’t use it. A big plus is the luggage room, where you can leave your baggage before or after chech-in/out (i wish they had a scale). Breakfast is quite nice and varied, packed with good quality products, and the breakfast room is never too crowded, as they have an extended schedule till 11 am for the late sleepers. Even though the room was rather small, we never felt cramped. The bed was confortable and the shower pressure was excelent. Our room had a balcony, from where you can see a glimpse or the Arch. There were a table and chairs on the balcony but we didnt spent time there as weather wasn’t good enough. The room was also fitted with a safe and a minibar (affordable prices). Very pleased by the daily cleaning service and the refills. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good, fair priced hotel in downtown Paris.

The minibar chiller in our room didnt worked. That didnt bothered us much, unless that we had to use the chiller at the reception for a medicine that had to stay cool. The toilet is fitted in a small room, separate from the rest of the bathroom, and it was at least akward. Also, in the bathroom and toilet room there were ants coming and going from time to time. The climatisation fan was rather noisy and could easily bother the light sleepers. Even though the room have a nice layout and design it needs refurbishing, not much, but some touches here and there, would make they stay much better.

We stayed at Hotel Elysees during our visit to Paris and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, the breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the front desk staffs were truly excellent. A special thank you to Mr. Snoussy, who was incredibly helpful and patient when my daughter accidentally left her iPad in the room. Thanks to his support and the team's consistent communication throughout the UPS international shipping process, we were able to receive it. We’re deeply grateful for the care and professionalism shown—thank you all again!

1. The balcony and the view of the superior room are an absolute masterpiece. 2. The location is super central and 5 minutes walking from the Champs Elyseee and close two main tubes. 3. The design of the building and of the superior room. 4. We really liked the transfer from the airport at our arrival in Paris.

1. The hair dryer of the bathroom is a broken and this took long time to dry long hair 2. There were not any shelfs in the shower to place our beauty stuffs. 3. Would suggest to propose a cost for a transfer to return to the airport within the main price.

location was good and the area was safe even at night. The room that was given to us had a nice terrace with good view.

Room is not that clean, bed is not comfy and they only give 1 pillow. When we checked in the room, it smells like paint. The girl in the front desk was kind enough to offer us a different room the next day since they were fully booked at that time. Fortunately the smell lessened significantly, we just left the windows open the whole time to improve ventilation so we did not transfer anymore.

The room is quite spacious for family room in Paris. Very clean room and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Location is good as it is near to metro and walking distance to Champs elysées and arc de triomphe. The staff are all very polite and patient with our needs.

The toilet and shower area are in different cubicles. Sink is in shower area so you have to use unwashed hand to open the door and get to the shower room to wash hands. Only 1 bottle of water is provided in the room each day. The hair dryer is the traditional attached to the wall type and it took forever for me to dry my long and thick hair.

It was in a fantastic location, we had a free upgrade to have a room with the view as it was a celebration for my 40th birthday. They even left me a message and a box of chocolates for me. Which was a lovely touch. The hotel was very clean and staff very attentive. The room was spacey and had everything we needed. We were thankful that there were plenty of mirrors, having 4 ladies in the room they came in handy! The breakfast was lovely a nice display and plenty of choice. We would definitely stay here again!

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

The hotel is located near to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees. The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet and bathroom were clean. There is a lift to all floors. Breakfast was included and the breakfast room was easily accessible. The hotel is also easily accessed by metro stations - there were 3 metro stations within walking distance of the hotel.

The only thing that might be a problem was the air conditioner/fan system didn’t get very cold. Thankfully we could open our windows to let some fresh air into our room.

Location was perfect for main attractions. Staff were friendly & very helpful. Building was beautiful & charming. Reception area welcoming and comfortable. Continental breakfast was fabulous, so much selection & quantity. Quadruple room size was ample with a balcony which was a very pleasant surprise. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you.

Only slightly negative aspect of the stay was the beds & pillows in our room were a little too firm.
