Staying in this hotel for the second time. It's a perfect price-quality ration. Perfect location, walked everywhere on foot, very quite at night slept well, super clean. The stuff is amazingly friendly, smiley and kind. I really enjoyed the stay there and I will definitely come back. I stayed on 6th floor, no stairs, but I'm young and that was okay for me

The hair drier was rather old and when overheated stopped working. Also I had a window without curtain in the bathroom. I put a towel on the window to close myself from other windows in nearby buildings

Amazing location for the Arc/good for Eiffel tower. Quite a way away from the train stations and other central locations but that's not the fault of the hotel. Friendly staff who were happy to speak English. No issues with the wifi easy to connect and worked without problems.

My room having it's bathroom outside in the hall was strange but manageable. Having a shower and a sink inside was good though. The room itself is very small and the staircase is quite tight but honestly everything was perfectly good for a solo traveller or perhaps a couple without much luggage

We were a group of four guests, staying in rooms on the 4th and 5th floors. There is no elevator, which wasn’t an issue for us since we’re young and athletic. However, carrying luggage up and down the stairs—especially for a longer stay—could be inconvenient. The room size was comfortable for a couple, and the heating worked very well. Everything was exceptionally clean. The location was excellent, right in the city center, with easy access to metro stations and a great selection of restaurants, pastry shops, and supermarkets nearby.

The only area for improvement is ensuring that extra toiletries are restocked during room service. We ran out of toilet paper, but it was promptly replaced in both rooms upon request.

Excellent accomodation! The room is very confortable, the bathroom is very functional, the amenities smell so good and evertything was clean! The building is very gorgeous and silent. Everybody in the staff is very friendly, especially Youssef, who was very kind and seemed so happy to help us! The localization is amazing, the street is calm but the neighboorhood has quite a movement. It's very close to the metro stations around. I wish to come back soon!

We could have a shelf to use during shower, so we can put the amenities more confortably.

Warm and friendly small hotel with charm and character , our room was on the 4 floor there’s no lift but staff helped us with our bags and the stair case was wide and not too steep. Comfy beds with a TV, en-suite. There was enough hanging space for two if you are on a long weekend break. Breakfast was excellent value , coffee, juice, cereal, warm bread/ croissants with jams, ham & cheese ( served between 7-10 am). The staff were very friendly and happy to give advice about places to eat and drink. The Hotel is in Poncelet on a lovely small street with cafes, market stalls, and lovely bakers and butchers . It’s about 5 mins walk to Ternes metro ( line 2) which is great for getting around the city & the Arc de Triomphe is 10 walk mins away. Overall great value for money & in a perfect location to explore Paris.

This is a no-frills hotel, in a super location. If you’re out & about all day exploring Paris & need a simple, clean room & comfy bed at the end of the day then this fits the bill. The staff were pleasant & the hotel was very clean. As a lone, female traveller the area felt very safe & there are lovely restaurants & shops nearby.

There is no elevator but they make that very clear in their description. I’d recommend travelling with small sized baggage for ascending/descending the winding staircase.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, it's a few minute walk from arc de triomphe. The staff of the hotel was very nice!! We arrived earlier than check in time and left later than check out time but the staff was very attentive and let us store our baggage. Our room was on the top floor, which gave us a nice view of the nearby street :) The room was also very clean and allowed us to have a very nice stay!!

There is no elevator!! For us, it was no issue, however it might be something to keep in mind when booking your stay, especially if you have some health issues. The room was also very spacious, so including a mini fridge or kettle might have been a nice addition to the room amenities. But these are just really minor things, overall we had an amazing stay!

A memorable stay in a spotless hotel with the sweetest and most helpful staff, in an excellent location just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées. The neighborhood was wonderful too, with a fruit market, restaurants, and a boulangerie just steps away.

It was not a big deal for us, but I can see that it might be a bit of a challenge for some elderly guests to climb the stairs, especially with luggage, since there is no elevator.

The hotel is in a good area, withing walking distance to the Triumphal Arch. Very close there is a Monoprix, if you need a supermarket type of thing. The room was small but lovely. It was cleaned every day. Everything looked new. The mattress was excelent for my back, a bit on the hard side, which provided a very good night sleep. The internet in my room was very good. There was always hot water for the shower. There is ventilation system that, probably, can work as AC and heating if needed (I did not need either of them as weather was perfect during my stay). They offer breakfast for 15 €. I did not take it. There is an automatic coffee machine at reception that works with coins, if you want a drink and do not want to exit the hotel. But across the street from the hotel there is a boulangerie (bakery). Amazing products! They also sell coffee, so I would definitely recommend getting your breakfast from there. The reception is open 24/7 so whatever, whenever you need, they are there.

The walls are a bit thin so if you have loud neighbours, you can hear them easily. Luckily, mine did not come late during the night or talked too much on the phones and I was also very tired from all the walking so I did not have any trouble sleeping. I hope I did not cause them problems during the night as my room had the toilet on the landing and every time I would exit the room, because the door was rather heavy, did make a bit of a noise, no matter how hard I tried to be quiet. Nobody did complain, though, so hopefully it was not that loud.
