The location is really good. The hotel is clean and small, but it is ok for Paris. Breakfast was served between 07-10 am, it was for a 7 mark. It was fresh, but there was problems with the coffee machine. But, the location and quality of the hotel compared to price for Paris - is really great.

An unpleasant moment was the one related to the staff. No communication, no help… i asked for my invoice on email - nothing. I asked for a taxi - they recommended to order it by myself. During our stay, there were construction processes taking place near the hotel, the mornings were not quiet.

I stayed at Hotel des Deux Avenues during my vacation in Paris in early June 2025, split into two periods: from June 6 to 9 and again from June 11 to 13. I booked a duplex room. Overall, the experience was excellent. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed linens were of high quality—super comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep, which is exactly what a traveler needs. The service was truly outstanding. The reception team was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank the kind lady at the front desk and the gentleman (possibly the owner), who went out of their way to assist us when we had a bad experience with a private airport transfer company. I'd like to extend my special thanks to the reception team for stepping in to help us during that situation—even though it was outside their responsibilities, they acted with such generosity and professionalism, and we deeply appreciated their support. My advice: stick to the official airport transport services—they are far more reliable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. As for breakfast, it was a light continental offering (jam, butter, etc.). It may work for some guests, but I personally prefer a cooked breakfast, which was not available. In summary, I have no negative comments. The stay was comfortable, the service exceptional, and the location ideal. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely yes—and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

– Excellent location: just a 7-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe, and public transportation is easily accessible. – The room was small but very cozy and comfortable. It was more than enough space for the two of us. – A lovely touch — high-quality L’Occitane toiletries: soap, shampoo, and shower gel. I liked them so much I bought some at Duty Free on the way back! – Daily housekeeping kept the room spotless. – Our room faced the inner courtyard — which turned out to be a great advantage. We were in Paris during a football event, and it was quite loud on the streets, but our room stayed peaceful and quiet. – Friendly, smiling, and helpful staff made our stay even more pleasant.

Upon booking this was a cheap option close to public transport and within decent walking distance to different destinations. From looking at the pictures we had few expectations and just wanted a bed to sleep in. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming, even though they barely spoke English. The room was small, comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was served in a charming atmosphere in the basement.

Unknown to us, the hotel was undergoing some renovations during our stay. However, seeing as the work happened during the day when we were out and about, it didn’t really bother us. If you are an early riser, the coffee might not be ready. We came to breakfast as it opened in the morning and arrived before the staff. The receptionist had set out the food, but the coffee was made a little later.

Location is the best. It’s a few minutes walk to the arc de Triomphe and Champs De Elysee. Easy access to metro and bus. Near to many restaurants, groceries & shops. My favorite is the Thai Siam Rest. near to the hotel and Korean street rest. The best , friendly staff. Very accommodating and always assisting for your needs.

Would have been nice to have more selection for breakfast. But breakfast is still good.

the location was convenient, its not too far with the main tourist spots but also not too close that its crowded and noisy. I love it. The room was decent, we expected the small elevator and room but its modern and upgraded so i like it but the best part was the blonde lady at the front desk, i forgot her name but she was so nice and helpful throughout our stay. She accomated all our request and even helped me when i got injured ( i closed the car door with my hand on it ) she was very accomodating and friendly.

It was a pleasure to stay at this property🤩. From the start to the finish everything went smoothly and great. Staff is amazing, specially the lady at the front desk, such a sweetheart and very helpful. Location is fantastic, you walk 5min to the Metro 🚇 or 10 to the Arch of Triumph. The room was perfect and super quiet. Everything looks fresh, clean and of a great minimalist taste. All the L’occitane products add an additional touch to it ☺️. It was our first time there but definitely not the last. We loved it!!!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the Arc de Triumph and Ternes metro station, making it very convenient for exploring Paris. The front desk staff were cordial and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or needs.

While the room was small, it wasn’t a major issue since we were out exploring the city most of the day. Just a heads-up, the stairs to the breakfast area were a bit steep, so that might be a consideration for some guests.

Location was brilliant - 5 min walk to Arc de Triomphe. Rain shower was brilliant and they have l’occitane products in the bathroom. Room was quite small but we found space for 2 small suitcases and were able to hang clothes up.

The lift has a bell when it reaches your selected floor and our room was next to the lift; so we could hear everyone coming out the lift at night time.

Room was small but very clean and it had all required for comfort. Breakfast was very good. Location close to most of the main attractions.

Booking offered a free taxi to the airport, but the driver never showed up. The driver called me when I got to the hotel after a very long walk.
