Upon booking this was a cheap option close to public transport and within decent walking distance to different destinations. From looking at the pictures we had few expectations and just wanted a bed to sleep in. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming, even though they barely spoke English. The room was small, comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was served in a charming atmosphere in the basement.

Unknown to us, the hotel was undergoing some renovations during our stay. However, seeing as the work happened during the day when we were out and about, it didn’t really bother us. If you are an early riser, the coffee might not be ready. We came to breakfast as it opened in the morning and arrived before the staff. The receptionist had set out the food, but the coffee was made a little later.

the location was convenient, its not too far with the main tourist spots but also not too close that its crowded and noisy. I love it. The room was decent, we expected the small elevator and room but its modern and upgraded so i like it but the best part was the blonde lady at the front desk, i forgot her name but she was so nice and helpful throughout our stay. She accomated all our request and even helped me when i got injured ( i closed the car door with my hand on it ) she was very accomodating and friendly.

It was a pleasure to stay at this property🤩. From the start to the finish everything went smoothly and great. Staff is amazing, specially the lady at the front desk, such a sweetheart and very helpful. Location is fantastic, you walk 5min to the Metro 🚇 or 10 to the Arch of Triumph. The room was perfect and super quiet. Everything looks fresh, clean and of a great minimalist taste. All the L’occitane products add an additional touch to it ☺️. It was our first time there but definitely not the last. We loved it!!!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the Arc de Triumph and Ternes metro station, making it very convenient for exploring Paris. The front desk staff were cordial and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or needs.

While the room was small, it wasn’t a major issue since we were out exploring the city most of the day. Just a heads-up, the stairs to the breakfast area were a bit steep, so that might be a consideration for some guests.

Room was small but very clean and it had all required for comfort. Breakfast was very good. Location close to most of the main attractions.

Booking offered a free taxi to the airport, but the driver never showed up. The driver called me when I got to the hotel after a very long walk.

Fabulous, fabulous and fabulous! Location is wonderful, it's super clean and amazing value for money. It felt like home! Supermarkets, pharmacy, cafés and the metro all down the street.Special mention goes out to Omy, Rachid, Amokrane & Abdel. Love, love, love! Will be back again soon!

The staff are amazing The rooms are fresh and modern, small though in the usual tiny Parisien style. Location is great, easy walk to Arc De Triomphe and Champs Elysees, with a metro also super close and another 10 minutes walk away.

There is construction happening across the road which starts quite early. Not the hotels fault but worth considering if you sleep light and want to sleep in. Otherwise location is quite quiet.

Situated in the heart of Paris, this hotel offers a great base for visiting nearby landmarks, such as the Arc de Triomphe and the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, as both are about a twenty-minute walk from the hotel. It is also close to the Charles De Gaulle Etoille metro station from which you can easily get to the Louvre Museum and many other landmarks. The hotel staff are very friendly, and they will go out of their way to help customers. When we checked in, the receptionist was so kind as to print off the pictures for our travel cards free of charge. When we asked for extra towels, they made sure we'd always find more towels in our room. They did such a great job making our stay pleasant and we are thankful for that.

The only downside I can think of is the availability of power sockets. Aside from the ones to which the tv and mini bar fridges were connected, there was only one power socket available in our room and we could have used a couple more. Then again, this is by no means a complaint because we enjoyed every minute at this hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff - we notified them that we were arriving in Paris early in the morning and when we arrived at the hotel at 8am the room was ready! This was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated after an overnight train ride! Great location, only a 5min walk to a metro station and 15min walk to Arc de Triomphe, lots of bakeries, cafes, restaurants on the street the hotel is on. Very plush and comfortable bedding. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room.

Everything was amazing. The location is perfect! Just a 10 minute walk for the Triomphe arch, and less than five minutes walk for the metro station. It even has a little boulangerie down the street that as very good fresh bread. The room was very clean, and daily clean was made. It had everything that we needed to pass a couple of days. They even keep our luggage after the check out since we had a late flight returning home. We will definitely coming back in our next stay in Paris.

The staff could improve their sympathy but not the night shift, he was very kind. They did not gave us many tips or advices for our stay. The room could have a better lighting, Wi-Fi connection, and could add some electric plug.
