We got upgraded in a club room. The room was very good and with a great space. Everyday we get 2 mineral water bottles for free. There was an iron in the closet which saved us a lot. There was a kettle with Nescafé, sugar, milk and tea. Although the breakfast dining place was small but they had good breakfast of eggs, sausages, pork, cheese, croissants, pain au chocolate, cereal, fruits and orange fresh juice. Location is so close to bus stations and metro stations and 15 mins walk to RER and arc de triumph and champs elysee.

Location is very good. Close to two metro station and a train station. Within walking distance to arc de triomphe and Champs elysees. Several good restaurants in area. Also, market and pharmacy. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Scrambled eggs and sausage, yogurt, cruisance, fruits, cheese, toast, sliced meats. Elevater is vfairly small, but works and is adequate. Near major streets so easy to get taxis. Staff was very helpful with directions but not able to book things, no concierge. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Couldn't figure out air-conditioning so room was hotter than we wanted but not that bad. No restaurant on site,can be a problem on Sunday night when many places close. But undetstood this going in, as it is a 3 star hotel.

The location is great, in a safe area, 15 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Also metro stations are a few minutes walking distance. Breakfast is quite simple, but enough for a quick breakfast.

The room is very small, the bathroom as well. It is quite clean, but not spotless. You can hear noises from inside the hotel, but the outside is not noisy. One morning we arrived for breakfast and almost all food was gone, we needed to wait for around 10 minutes until they resupplied.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is a 10 minute walk from Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees and a 30 minute walk from Tour Eiffel. The rooms are somewhat small, but adequate. The breakfast we very good. The staff, especially the people at the reception desk, were always ready to help. We will definitely use this hotel again when we come back to Paris.

The bathroom sink leaked slightly. Everything else was OK.

Room was clean, receptionists very kind and the hotel is conveniently connected with metro and suburban train, allowing for easy exploration of the city. Everything in the room was in good working order and the furniture relatively new. The room was also quiet (no traffic noise). Worth it from my point of view.

The room was facing an access alleyway (which meant no traffic noise on the good side) and being on the ground floor, you need to keep the curtains closed, otherwise anybody from guests or staff could look at you when they pass by. But I guess this wasn't such a big issue since we had come to explore Paris, not stay in the room.

Every person from the reception to the restaurant is really nice and supportive. The breakfast doesn't have many options, but everything is good quality products. The location is to 15 minutes walk to L'arc de Triomph and parc Monceau

The floor from the rooms is really bad as it makes noise at every step. The hallway is very narrow

The location was great within walking distance of Arc de Triomphe & lots of restaurants. The area is very safe and clean, and the hotel room itself was clean and comfortable. There was a lift which was ideal for our large suitcases even being on the first floor.

Our room was a bit small for the size of our luggage and there was minimal hanging/cupboard space, however this would be fine for a short stay or those travelling with fewer items.

Room was well equipped and comfortable, but small. Room size is typical for Paris hotels. Breakfast was great.

Our room was located right beside the elevator, and the housekeeping trolley was parked at our door, permanently. The corridor space was very tight. Heat/AC defaulted to a higher setting daily - too hot, but adjustable to suit. I found the bed was very warm, slept on top of the blankets most of the night, (in November)

Well located and very comfortable bed. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and wonderful choice. Room was very quiet despite the lift being adjacent, good soundproofing.

Photographs showed walk in shower but room only had a bath and a shower wand, unfortunately there was no high level fixing pointy for the wand so it was extremely difficult to shower at all.

Location is perfect (7 minutes from the Champs Élysées), honestly a great location, quiet neighbourhood and the staff was super friendly even though we arrived really late on the first night.

Nothing we didn’t like, the room was a bit small but that was expected and the hotel itself was a bit noisy but no major issue at all.
