The classic room we chose was beautiful and bigger than we expected. We had heating, clean towels, a bottle of water and nice sweets every day. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great! There was a train and a metro station nearby. There was also a bakery , a supermarket, and some restaurants very close to the hotel with kind stuff too. Also a pharmacy nearby.

Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The location was ideal— in a quiet, safe neighborhood just a short walk to the Champs-Élysées, Metro, restaurants, and shopping. I also appreciated being a few steps from a clean and well-equipped public laundromat, though the hotel did offer same-day laundry service for anyone who wanted to send it out. The in-house breakfasts are fantastic, with two coffee machines, juice and fresh fruit options, several yogurts and cheeses, meat and salmon daily, bread and pastry selections, cereal, and a hot station with eggs, sausage, vegetables, and bacon. The lobby has a well-appointed sitting area with wine and alcohol options, coffee, and tea 24/7. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a mini-fridge, luxury toiletries, slippers, and a powerful shower. I have family in France and visit annually. This is one of the best hotels I have visited in a long time.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel very beautiful clean and neat. The amenities was well stocked. The room was very pretty

It’s not that I didn’t like, but the room is okay for solo traveller not ideal for couples. Just another suggestion there should be two people at the front desk during peak times so that guests don’t get frustrated and front desk personnel does not get overwhelmed or blamed for things out of their control.

This hotel is located extremely close to the line 3, which quickly takes you into central Paris, but the price is adjusted to the location, which makes it a good deal for a very clean, quiet, comfortable hotel.

The breakfast room is quite crowded when full. The 'chambre superieures' are literally between two working elevators, which does create some noise - this was indicated in the room listing, but I had no idea what it meant until I actually arrived. However, with earplugs, all was fine.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with easy access to transportation. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was delicious, and overall, everything was just perfect. I would definitely love to come back again! Good location neat metro stop Pereire (line 3). We enjoyed a great room with a really nice balcony on the back side. Clean room, good beds, you can open windows for fresh air, good shower; nespresso machine and a bottle of water free to use - excellent.

The hotel is situated in a lively neighborhood, which is great. But we had quite some music and noise in the late evening (street side) on Friday and Saturday, so if you are looking for a real silent spot at night, this is probably not the best spot. We had a great time though, and later at night it was just ok!

Nice location, quiet neighbourhood closed to the city center. Aesthetic parisian design, very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. We came to celebrate a birthday party, so the staff put a small gift with a note. 100% recommendable!

The only thing that was disturbing was a shower. Every time taking a shower water was coming out to the floor, no matter how you were positioned in the shower stall.

Rooms where clean and room service came everyday. So I always had clean towels a made bed and water to drink after a long day of work or site seeing.

The breakfast wasn’t worth 21 euros a day. When you can walk a block and get a true French breakfast. It’s more like a continental breakfast that’s free at most hotels.

Thank you so much XO staff for a lovely stay. You were so helpful, and our room was immaculate and comfortable. The hotel itself is a short walk from the Arc De Triomphe and a doable walk to the eiffel tower and is right next to a metro which is a 5-10 minute train ride to all of the tourist-y places, so the location is perfect as it is tucked in a quiet area but is still close to everything!

Our stay was faultless, so thanks again XO staff :) we didn't have breakfast so cant comment on that part!
