quiet location but near to good local restaurants, supermarket, bakery and close to metro for access to central Paris. Interesting building architecturally, with art deco feel. Comfortable bed, well decorated room, and large bathroom. Pleasant staff.

This was my first time in Paris, and the overall experience was amazing! The staff was very cordial and helpful. The location is good, close to the Wagram subway and within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe. There's also a grocery store next door. The breakfast was very good, with just enough options to start your day in Paris after a delicious pain au chocolat.

The building was apparently renovated, and it looks very modern inside. However, the room was a bit too small for two people. The only elevator is also quite small, barely fitting one big person with their luggage.

I was very happy with my stay. The hotel was perfect for my few days break. The hotel itself has a 1920’s art deco feel which gives it so much character. The location was perfect with the Wagram metro station a 3 minute walk from the hotel. And if you fancy a nice stroll the Arc de Triomphe is a 20 minute walk away. I loved my stay and would definitely return and would recommend to anyone.

I have no complaints. I didn’t use the breakfast facilities as I was up and about. So I can’t make any comment on that. But the hotel is clean and very comfy.

Very friendly staff, beautiful architecture, buffet for breakfast, very clean and tidy everywhere.

Pillows were too soft for my partner and I to be honest; the honesty bar is a help yourself and declare what you took later situation, rather than a place you are served a drink, for a nightcap/pre-drinks for instance — we were expecting the latter based on the description, but it didn’t affect the quality of our stay; location was quiet and safe, with a shop next door, but leaves a little to be desired in the realm of local cafes, bars, restaurants. There is the Wagram metro very close by though so it’s very well-connected.

I had a great experience. The room is considerably bigger than others in Paris which I greatly appreciated, always clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is into walking distance from the metro, making it easy to get around the city. Although extremely tasty, more options could have been offered for breakfast, after 5 mornings I felt like I had no variety.

The walls between the rooms are quite thin, you can hear the tv through them, or water running from the shower.

Fabulous rooms. We were upgraded to the higher category of room during check-in, and they also gave us 2 rooms close together as requested for our family. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Air conditioning worked really well, super water pressure in the showers. There is an elevator albeit small, which was much appreciated. Free coffee and detox water in the lobby which we loved. Also loved the decor in the rooms and common areas. Location was quiet and away from the crowds - A fabulous bakery across the road with the best croissants. A Coop right underneath which had an amazing salad bar, and was very convenient to pick up snacks.

Location was a little far away from the main sights - about 20 minute walk to Arc de Triomphe, but we knew this when booking. Maybe more affordable eating options near the hotel would have been nice. There was no hot water on one of the mornings, but the hotel was very apologetic and it was promptly fixed by evening. Check-in time was a bit late at 3PM.

Great location, next to the metro station in a very safe and calm area. The room was very comfortable for 2 people and the bathroom was spacious. There is a lift available. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of pastries, croissants, cheese, jams, coffee etc., all made daily. But the most important were all the hotel staff- always very polite and friendly, willing to help you. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure we will stay there again at our next trip to Paris.

The room and bath were large with very nice extras (coffee/tea). The staff was very helpful during check in, luggage storage and check out - as was the elevator to the correct floor. The location is quiet but in a neighborhood with great bars, patisseries and even a lovely market.

If you are travelling to Paris to visit the tourist attractions, this hotel (while only 1 block from the subway) does require time and effort to commute back and forth to other parts.

The room was wonderful art deco design. Very clean, super comfy bed and great bathroom. It was great to have our towels refreshed even though we only stayed for 2 nights. The location was amazing, with convenience stores on the main street for any essentials like bottled water and fresh fruit as we were visiting in the middle of summer. A 20 min walk to the 'Arc de Triumph. 2 minute walk to fabulous french bistro - "Gabrielle" and a boulonger just across the road, not to mention an easy 2 min walk to the metro. The staff were also very friendly and extremely helpful.

A small list provided for tourists of the facilities that are close by eg. Supermarket, pharmacy and a couple of bistro that are close or recommended by the Hotel Mercedes.

We loved this hotel. It is close to many tourist places, by metro or walking, but still in a peaceful area. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to our questions. Our reservation didn't come with breakfast but we still had breakfast everyday we were there, it is buffet style with a lot of options and everything was delicious. The room was big enough for the two of us, very clean and we had a beautiful view. The hotel is beautiful and comfy; every morning it smells like fresh croissant. We recommend this place to stay.
