Close to the train station, nice neighborhood, the staff were supper friendly and helpful, the room size was nice, good WiFi and amazing breakfast. The bed wasn’t the best but was comfortable. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet so you would not hear noise. It is a really good value for prize.

There were only two pillows (one for person) while you can request more, it is nice when the bed has at least 2 per person. The carpet was really old that seems dirty (even if it’s not). They fixed our room the second day and only left one towel while we were two.

Arrival in a place where you are really welcomed with a big smile and a really warm welcome. It's a real pleasure especially whether the receptionists or the housekeepers, all the hotel staff are super nice. The receptionists are really friendly and explain the proper functioning of the hotel in detail. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the hotel. The location is well located, very secure and close to everything, whether for the metro, the bus, restaurant or supermarket. I recommend this magnificent and peaceful place to anyone who wants to go there 2000% it will be without regrets❤❤ With great pleasure for sure i will come again with my eyes closed🙏🏿👌🏿 A big thank you to all the staff.

The location is great, with convenient transportation to the city center of Paris. The room is spacious, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and the bed is comfortable.

I hope the hotel can improve the training of housekeeping staff to ensure better attention to guests’ requests and more professional service. On the third day of my stay, I requested room cleaning and specifically told the staff that I only needed the trash to be taken out, towels replaced, and the shower gel and tissues to be refilled. However, she still proceeded with a full cleaning as per the standard routine. What bothered me the most was that she threw my pajamas onto the sofa while making the bed — a very unprofessional and uncomfortable action. Moreover, she didn’t empty the bathroom trash, nor did she refill the shower gel. This significantly affected my overall experience and left me quite dissatisfied.

I can’t describe how happy I was in this cozy, clean, handy, wonderful and well organized hotel. All the staff are incredibly kind, and I loved them, they felt like family. Yassin was extremely helpful; every time I asked him about something unrelated to the hotel, he went out of his way to assist me, He even upgraded my room, which made me so happy. Marina was very kind, and I truly enjoyed interacting with her, I had a small issue with my reservation, and she helped me resolve it, Rahmah was also very understanding and cheerful. Lastly, I would like to thank Linda for her warm hospitality and offering me some coffee. This will definitely be my first choice whenever I travel to Paris again. Thank you!

We spent 4 nights at the Campanile hotel in Clichy while visiting Paris during Christmas time. The staff was very friendly, English speaking and kind. Our room was rather big for Parisian standards, clean, modern and comfortable. The bed was very good, I can say I slept very well. Location is really good, 5 minutes walking to the metro station, even less to the bus stop, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries all around. I'd gladly come back.

Everything was perfect. Just the city tax must be added to the total amount to be paid, directly at the hotel, and it's quite expensive. It was written on booking.com e-mail, but I didn't notice it while booking.

First, I wanna say: Marina was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. The other staff was every kind too, but she was so so nice. I speak a little french, but my boyfriend doesn't and she made sure he also understood everything. The room was nice and comfortable, and they changed our towels every day. Well situated, with a metro station just around the corner - within 20/25 minutes we were in the centre, this little hotel is just what you need for a few days in Paris. The breakfast didn't have the greatest variety, but everything was fresh and good (especially les pains au chocolat!!!) and restocked frequently. Highly recommend and if I am ever to go to Paris again, I would probably re-book. They also had service to keep the bags after the check-in so we could enjoy a little bit more of the city before leaving.

the rooms were clean, staff were friendly and it had everything that we generally needed. It was a quick city break with us being outside the room for most of the trip, but we were a 7 minute walk from the closest tube station, and it takes just under 30 minutes to get into the heart of Paris which is really good.

First night was a bit hard to sleep, there was screaming and shouting outside which is not the hotel fault, just drunk people having a fun time. It was a Saturday night so again cannot complain when people are celebrating and having fun, after that everything else was fine - no errors to the hotel at all/

During my stay in Paris, I resided at this hotel located in the charming neighborhood of Clichy. The hotel impressed with its quiet and clean rooms, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation after exploring the city. Situated in a great neighborhood, the hotel offered easy access to local attractions and amenities. One of the highlights was its excellent connectivity, with convenient metro underground links that made navigating Paris a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's great breakfast was a delightful way to start each day, setting a positive tone for your Parisian adventures.

Notably, the rooms were relatively small, reflecting the compact nature of many Parisian accommodations. The hotel itself did not provide on-site parking, which might be a consideration for future visitors, but the nearby Indigo Parking facility offered a fair, secure and reliable option for those arriving by car.

The rooms are super comfortable and always clean. Thanks to the double windows it's always quiet in the room. We were there on a weekend when there's a farmer's market right beneath our windows and we didn't ear anything at all! Breakfast was also delicious with croissants, crepes, baguettes, brioche, pain au chocolat, cheese, eggs, juices, etc. Location is about 30 minutes from the city center but it's a super quiet and safe area. All in all great value for money.

The room was pretty good and clean, the bar also seemed to be a good space to spend some time (although we didn’t use the area). There are many transport options near the property, you can get to any tourist attraction pretty fast.

The room hair dryer was not working, we didn’t have any previous information about this, I only found out after trying many times and finally deciding to contact the staff. Although they let me use another room to dry my hair, they told me they would get me one hair dryer soon, but I never did. Besides that, the room was too warm for the temperatures outside, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature (I believe the heating system is centralised).
