I liked the cleaning service, they make their job very well, the reception was kind, they stored our luggage, the breakfast was correct large variety of local cheeses, but no vegetables like tomato, pepper, cucumber etc. Delicious pastry, gems and fruits.

I liked everything during the stay, i know the neighborhood before, the only few thing i dint liked in the room is the design of the room, with the small side cabinet near the bed, its curved and the effective place to hold stuff is small, also no hangers in the room, the toilet brush in the room it should be a must, the concept of the bathroom is like in a train.

The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of food. The breakfast includes croissants, oatmeal, fruits, tea, juice, cheeses and ham, etc. The staff are very kind people. The room was clean, and the shower was good. The bed was so comfortable and soft that I fell asleep instantly. The location is good, but you still need to take the bus to the center, it will take from 20 to 40 minutes. It is more convenient to go to the Arc de Triomphe with the Ticket+ first, and then you can take the metro line 6 to the Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is on a great location, the city center was easily reachable with various public transportation in a short time. The whole room was very clean, the beds were fantastic and the room was quiet, ideal for rest after a long day. The crew was very helpfull, the language was not a problem since everybody had a good level of English. The breakfast was marvelous and wide variety of selection. It was very good, that the laguages could stay for a few hours after the checkout.

It would be great, if the room would have a waterheater, some tee and nescafee - although there was a possibility to have a refreshment next to the reception.

Location was good. Seemed to be in business sort of area so was clean and felt safe. Close to metro and tram too. Restaurants nearby and fast food options too. We enjoyed the breakfast the hotel provided - lots of options available.

The pillows in the rooms desperately need replacing. They are the worst pillows we have ever used - felt like a pillow case filled with a few bits of fluff. Also the water in the shower would change temperature randomly. It would often go to scolding hot and then cold. Very annoying and also unsafe.

The breakfast was good, the staff were in attendance to add more food every time it became low. The cleaner cleaned the room everyday but didn't change the bedsheet when vividly stained.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't give the right information when asked at the time of booking online. I asked if I could extend my checkout time to 3 Hours later, I was told to arrive and everything will be sorted out at the reception. When I arrived, they said that I will be charged a 50 euro fee for a late checkout and there was no possibility of per hour charge of late check out. It was a disappointment. The bed was standard and we had 1 pillow each for booking of 1 adult and 2 children. The towels were not overly white, it's been used alot and needs replacing. They were just standard towels.

My stay was okay for its value. Very good location, about 35 min walk to Moulin Rouge / Metro 14 just some 6min walk away which takes you to the centre or Orly airport. Bed was comfortable enough, the only thing for some reason it was ridiculously hot, so I had to open the window (fan was blowing hot air).

Breakfast was not the best, not worth the value. Just mostly bread, not a lot of options at all. No eggs or hot food, although I came not in the very end.

Comfy bed, big room, friendly service. Nice cafe/bars nearby. Bikes for hire opposite if you want. Shower gel smells good. Rooms are pretty soundproof

I knew this in advance having stayed at many of these hotels but Ibis dont give you kettles or bottled water in the room, i was only 1 night so couldn't be bothered working out the coffee machine downstairs. Free cold water fountains at reception though if you have your own bottle/ cup

The staff was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to get around.

The foor was dirty, there was not enough toilet paper, the bin was not emptied, the toilet brush was missing. It was too hot to sleep and the temperature controller did not work. It is not safe to walk around after dark

Near by metro and bus station. Beside place to eat such as eric kayser. Hotel was great and clean

Backyard lobby place of the hotel are dark, dont know why maybe light broken (minor)
