I enjoyed my stay. Lively area at night, but do be safe just in case. It's a 5-10 min walk from the metro/RERc station. If you are coming from Orly airport there is a metro 14 which brings you there, except for Wednesday nights due to closures. It's about 20-30 minutes to the main city attractions. I enjoyed my room, i was staying solo. It had a double bed but the bed took over most of the space. It can be a little tight for 2 people. There was a wardrobe to put your clothes but that was it. There was no table or fridge or refreshments. It was just a basic room, with a hallway, a double bed, wardorbe and toilet. It was clean and in good condition. It was suitable for my 2 night stay.

There were no lifts so maybe something to consider if you have mobility issues or big luggage. If you are a sensitive sleeper, you can sometimes hear the transport pass by (trains). The walls are super thin, i could hear everything my neighbour was saying on the phone. One thing that bothered me is that there were no reception opening hours. I checked out at 8am and no one was there. I needed to leave my bag while i went out for the day and no one was there or replied to my text on the emergency number. That was quite annoying. Otherwise, i enjoyed my stay

Excellent value for the money. Rooms have mini fridge, tv, comfortable bed. Even if our room was facing the main road, it was not nosiy. Nice bars and very good bulangerie downstairs.(1min walk) Metro station is at 3-5 min walk. The room size was really good compared to what Paris generally offers.

Just one very minor remark : The hair dryer in the bathroom does not work at its best. I know the hotel hairdryers are not great, but particularly this one needed just a little cleaning at its ventilation to work better.

The main thing here is that the room was cheap, very cheap! I was nervous that I may have gone too cheap but in fact I was delighted with the room, it was spotlessly clean and everything worked. It wasn't luxury and the bathroom had cracked tiles and a leaky shower hose (shower was still good), but for the price it was excellent.

Worst point was you could hear everything that went on in the next room, but fortunately the other guest there was pretty quiet so it didn't bother me hardly at all.

The staff were very friendly, the bed was extremely comfortable, there was a fan in the room which was great, and there are shops, restaurants, bars and a laundrette directly outside. It was a very nice and convenient place to stay.

The only slight negative was the bathroom, which was tiny. And this wouldn't have been too much of a problem - the shower was just about big enough for me - but the sink is quite large and it a very tight squeeze to get through to the toilet.

The property is fine but nothing special. the main entrance didn’t look too safe as the doors looked broken. There was a beeping sound coming from the reception area each day and it was annoying to hear that sound while trying to sleep.

nobody came to clean the room, at least they could have take the trash out.

This was the cheapest hotel close to the center and that's why i booked it. My expectations were low. However it turned out a quite comfortable, clean hotel. The receptionist was quite helpful. It deserves all the praises for its affordable price. About public parking, it is too expensive as it is so close to the center. 20 euros per hour for my SUV.

+ location: 3 min walk to 2 metro stations, lots of shops and cafes around + fresh condition of the room: new linen, towels. New bathroom equipment + reasonable price for this location and room condition + hot water always available, central heating + friendly and helpful staff We got exactly what we expected: small simple room with everything needed for a short vacation in Paris.

- tricky situation with heating: when heater is on it's very hot and dry in the room; without heater it gets cold under quite a thin blanket (I'm used to sleeping at 24-25°C) - expect street noise, but it was not too loud for me, I slept quite well. - no shelf in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc

Location is really good, it's near the Montmartre, 30 minutes walk, the infrastructure and liveliness of the district is high. The size of room is pretty big enough. Room is very clean and fresh renovated. Stairs are pretty wide in such type of old buildings. And of course price is really budget.

Despite the budget price I really expected better facilities: electric kettle, cups, hair drier, blanket, but there wasn't. Also the faucet was leaking in bathroom. And also noise from the street, but we knew it when booked and in summer time it could be big problem to sleep with open window.

Adequate accommodation for the price. Friendly personnel, clean bed and bathroom, wifi worked fine, hotel in a good location in "the 17th" not far from two metro stations, just off a busy street with bars and restaurants. No air-conditioning but a fan which made us sleep fine on this warm weekend in September..

Nowhere to put your suitcase of bag (room was not very large) No breakfast possibilities, but plenty of choice close to the hotel.

I loved this Hotel, absolutely excellent location, close to the metro, walking distance to cafe, restaurants, pigalle, montmartre... Also excellent quality/price! The room and toilet were clean and the check in and out so easy. Thank you!
