Comfortable beds for each of us. Loved the cellar for breakfast and the choices of food. Friendly and helpful staff.

My room was lovely as was my friend. My friend’s bathroom smelled of sewer so had to shut the door during the day and night. Plus her hairdryer did not work so I allowed her to use mine. The sockets I my friend’s room were a bit temperamental when using it to charge her phone. Being on the top floor there wasn’t a water bottle in sight as we were thirsty in the middle of the night at the first night so couldn’t really go down to the ground d floor to get a drink! Other than that it was comfortable, clean and helpful staff.

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. They expedited my request for an early check-in. Best feature was a water dispenser on the ground floor offering complimentary refills of still or sparkling water for our water-bottles! Very cool!!

The air-conditioning was sub-optimal; not cool at all. It would be hell in the middle of summer; but thankfully I was on the 5th floor, so could just leave the window wide open at night and it was all right. Unfortunately one of the evenings was when Paris St-Germain won the European Champions League ... so all thru the night bikers rode up and down the street honking in celebration. Oh well, being a football fan, I understand. The breakfast offering could do with a bit more variety.

The airconditioning wasn't working and it was exceptionally hot on 30 & 31 of May. I was told that it's due to an EU order/law that they could only sart A/c's after 21/6. If that is true, then they could be practicing false advertisement that there is airconditioning in the room for which you too know, I paid more for that room. Therefore I am entitled for some refund for these 4 nights without any airconditioning, but only a fan instead. You understand this is interpreted as a ripp off and has to be handled approprietly and soon.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Ibis Styles Paris Batignolles. The hotel is chic and cozy, room was very pleasant, clean and warm during our winter stay. Breakfast was great and diverse too! The location of the hotel is a plus, as it is very near several metro stations, so it is easy to reach all sorts of cultural and touristic spots from there. Nothing to complain about! As a matter of fact, a big thank you to the hotel staff who was so helpful and kind - one of us had to leave very early in the morning and asked if there was any chance to have a breakfast to go, and indeed that was possible, at 5 am nonetheless! Went happily to the airport with a generous breakfast box in hand, coffee too etc. There was one guy at the reception area that did seem a little aloof (artsy guy, you know who you are :))), but if you take it as a cute example of Parisian snobbishness, I guess the guy was harmless, after all. All in all, a lovely place, warmly recommended.

The location is great for the metro and RER. The area is also good for restaurants and supermarkets etc. It felt very safe wandering around in the evening. The hotel is pleasant and the room very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The staff were excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. The only thing we missed in the room was tea and coffee facilities but despite that the hotel great and very good value for the money. Would definitely go back!

One of the most amazing stays I've had in all my years of traveling around the world was at this hotel. The location, style, cleanliness, and everything about it was incredible. It was near the metro and had awesome beers. I really enjoyed the nearby restaurants, local bakeries, and shops, all within a 10-minute walk. I loved that you could walk to the Moulin Rouge and other nightlife spots in just 15 minutes. If you're a traveler looking for nightlife, this area is perfect. There were so many options and restaurants. I love this hotel, and it’s in my top three.

I wouldn’t say there was anything I disliked, but the room is not very big. However, it worked out great because the bed is a good size, making it fine for two people. You don’t need much room or bathroom space if you're going to be out in the city. You just need good sleeping space, and the bed is a good size and height off the floor. The TV kept cutting on and off, possibly due to a timer, which we couldn't control or fix, but we did notice it. Overall, no complaints and nothing bad to say.

Rooms are spacious, super comfortable queen bed, good and clean shower, air conditioner with cold and hot air was really handy and easy adjust temperature we needed. Super tasty breakfast with egg boiler, freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee, pastries etc. Staff were kind and helpful. This hotel was better than we expected. Location was good, there is metro station 2min distance and many shops, restaurants, cafes in the area. Location is safe, quiet and really pleasant.

The staff were helpful and kind. They allowed an early check-in free of charge. The breakfast included a variety of options and was nice. There were a lot of restaurants near the hotel in walking distance. Access to metro was available with a few minutes of walk. The necessary items for a short stay were available inside the rooms.

Despite having a room on the third floor, we couldn't use the elevator as it was out of service for the whole duration of our stay.

Good location near the Metro. The street and surrounding areas are full of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, brasserie, and patisseries. The staff is very nice and the place is clean. Nice breakfast and beautiful common areas.

There are 2 buildings, and the second (where we were) didn't have an elevator/lift, but this was not a problem. The room has the Ibis Styles layout, but it seems that something was missing from the room. However, this was just a minor detail that didn't bother the experience.

The room was quite big for Paris standards, good simple breakfast. The hotel is near metro stations so the connection with city center is smooth. The hotel has not so many rooms, so it has this boutique hotel vibe, which was nice. It was calm during our stay as well. Good wifi.

The shower stream was very weak at times. It's a shame that there was no free option to get a cup of tea after the breakfast. I had stayed in Ibis chain hotels before and if there wasn't a kettle in the room, guests could go to a common area and make themselves tea/coffee for free. When I asked for a cup of tea here, the staff asked me to pay.
