The hotel is pristine clean, and has a wonderful staff. The desk clerks are super helpful and welcoming. They will help you navigate the city if you are a tourist. The beds are super duper comfortable. The location is convenient. I hope any travelers reading my review keep the hotel clean and nice because I would like to visit again someday.

I do not have any complaints. Perhaps they could offer a cheap breakfast option.

Warm and homely atmosphere, everything you need really for a city break, room was a bit small but does the job. Beds were incredible, comfiest pillows and mattress I have ever slept on and the bathroom is spacious and fancy. Metro station 2 minutes away.

Downside is the location, you are surrounded by a KFC, Krispy Kreme, loads of kebab shops, burger king aswell, HOWEVER, the street that the hotel is on has lots of gangs of men hanging around and I would not feel safe walking here late at night as a woman alone, we had no issues or confrontations but just the vibe of the steeet felt unsafe

I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more and hope to return soon — thank you to the wonderfully accommodating staff. My room was so clean, roomy, and comfortable, with an incredible bed and a shower that felt like a spa-like experience every time. Exceptional value for the money. I also really enjoyed the sustainability practices, like the refillable glass water bottle.

I only tried breakfast twice, but I think the selection could have been a bit better. On both occasions the items were a bit scarce.

Super clean and fun interior, the bed was so comfy. And the shower, including the Penhaligon‘s shower gel was a really nice touch. Staff were also super lovely

There wasn’t really anything I disliked, but there was a lot of communication. The hotel WhatsApp me quite a few times before my stay and whilst I was there and I even received an email to ask if they could help with anything else not really a complaint just felt a bit too much. The room states that you get an iron, but you don’t you have to call down for it and the iron we was given was actually broken and leaked all over our clothes - accident of course.

- lovely decor and interior - 3 min walk to closest metro station, which is extremely handy for getting around Paris - very friendly staff on the concierge - extremely comfortable bed - room good size for Paris - prompt service when calling down to reception if we needed anything during our stay

- quite a bit of street noise at night from cars/people. didn’t bother me so much but was noticeable with our street-facing room - a staff member entered our room whilst we were in there, despite us not displaying any notice on the door to clean our room. I understand mistakes happen, it’s not a big deal to me but might be to someone else

Very lovely design, interiors are pretty. Shower was amazing. The scent of the hand soap was great. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The TV in the room has very convenient casting function and we managed wo watch some sports stream from our mobile device. The room service menu looks attractive but I didn’t have time to order anything.

The room cleaning has to be requested with a door hanger, and we didn’t see it the first day so we came back seeing our room uncleaned at 5pm.

Everything seemed to go a bit wrong in the beginning, suite without desk, strange worn out sofa, airco not functioning well. But an excellent manager pro-actively saw that I was unhappy and had me change an excellent modern fully equipped room. Really happy about that! Whipler restaurant and metro station on the corner of the street. Will return.

The nightshift staff who prevented my friend taking a coffee at 6:45 (had to wait to 7). Just silly.

We absolutely loved the soft bedding, super comfy bed and very plump cushions. The windows in the room also opened which was great to let in fresh air. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of food to eat - beautifully laid out. We also loved the check-in time of 3pm and check-out at midday - meant we could really relax and not feel the pressure of checking out. A fantastic location meant we could reach the metro within minutes, and walk easily to a range of wine/cocktail bars and a number of restaurants; we loved Chez Yvette. The decor of the hotel is also beautiful and elegant. A wonderful stay. Thanks Maison Cassandre!

A small request: provide body lotion in the room.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and the hotel is quite new and modern designed. The room is also very clean. The transportation around the area is also convenient and it’s near Montmartre but a bit far from other tourist spots.

The fire alarm has ringed twice during our 5 nights’ stay and this is a bit annoying and scary. The breakfast is a bit expensive while without too many options. The bathroom is really not designed well, after every shower the bathroom will become very wet and there is not enough place for storage.

Our first impressions were very good! The impressive looking hotel was easy to find and just a short walk from the busy local hub comprising of 2 Metro stations, and a large selection of places to eat. We received a warm welcome by Sebastian on reception and Laurent the manager (all had excellent English which was a big relief!). All staff members we encountered showed a positive attitude and were eager to accommodate and facilitate any requests. This recently opened hotel is finished to a high specification and is exceptionally clean and comfortable throughout. We booked a Superior room and were very pleased with the quality. On rainy days there were umbrellas supplied and on the last day our luggage was stored safely until later in the day.

The full cost of the accommodation shown on booking.com was misleading. It did not include the higher government taxes hiked up for the Olympic games. In future I will contact the hotel direct to confirm the full price before making the reservation. Apart from that we had a very pleasant experience at Maison Cassandre and would definitely consider staying there again should we return to Paris.
