Room location was great, the cleanest and the service from people was awesome

The breakfast was different to my expectations, actually I think that it could improve a little more

I stayed at the Ibis in Paris, and while the location is excellent and the housekeeping service was great with fresh towels and bed linens changed daily, unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired.

The front desk staff was quite rude, and although I had informed them that we were on our honeymoon and kindly requested a small gesture to mark the occasion, they did absolutely nothing. Not even a simple note or greeting, which I believe wouldn’t have cost them much. To make things worse, early one morning around 6 am, we were woken up by loud noises in the hallway and someone aggressively knocking on our door as if they were trying to break in. We went down a few minutes later to report the incident, but the staff took no action about it. Overall, while the room was clean and the location convenient, the lack of courtesy and attention to guests' experiences was very disappointing.

Great hotel in a perfect location! Just a few minutes walk to Moulin Rouge and 15 minutes to Sacre Coeur. I've got a room on 9th floor and a view from the window was stunning! If you are French culture lover, this hotel is real treasury. Montmartre cemetery is a diamond, where rest a lot of geniuses - Edgar Degas, Hector Berlioz, Adolphe Adam, Leo Delibes, Emil Zola, Heinrich Heine, Stendhal, Theophile Gautier, Francois Truffaut, Dalida, La Goulu, Vaslav Nijinsky, Marie Taglioni, Alexander Dumas fils and many other prominent personalities. Huge thanks to all hotel staff - you are very polite and helpful. Also very clean rooms, towels were changed every day. Breakfast - really good and very tasty: great loose tea, fresh baked croissants, selection of cheeses and savory things as well (sausages, eggs, omelette). Also you can always refill your bottles of drinking water in the lobby. I loved this hotel from the bottom of my heart, so highly recommended! This was my 10th time in Paris and since now I'll be staying only in this place.

The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it was conveniently located near public transport, within walking distance of restaurants and pubs.

The first room we were given on the second floor had several issues: the shower drain was blocked, the air con didn’t work, and the furniture appeared quite dated. After raising our concerns with the receptionist, we were moved to a room on the fourth floor. It felt like we had switched to a completely different hotel. This room was noticeably newer, the air con worked perfectly, and we didn’t find any further problems during our stay.

So many great things! Firstly, the location. Minutes away from the metro, 15 mins away from Montmartre Basilica, 10 mins from Moulin Rouge. The area is full of cute cafes and shops, with a lot of parks and other hidden gems. Then, the room was simple and nice. Though, a lack of kettle startled me. Small TV, one chair, and a side-seat near the table. Reception staff were friendly and very polite, and cleaning staff did an excellent job. There was a water refill station at the reception, and it served cold and room temperate water, which definitely came in handy. Also there is parking (separate to hotel) right near it, which was great too. Pet friendly, and has a tourist gift shop right outside the doors. Would definitely come by again!

Please note that below is just my experience and not actual disadvantages of the hotel. There was no kettle. Hot drinks machine in the reception was out of order and I didn’t figure out how to use the snack machine, but I guess this one is more on me than the hotel. Albeit nice, room was small with a view onto a cute little square and other people’s windows. And cold shower was more like a contrast shower, while the hot shower was at a constant temperature.

First and foremost... absolutely wonderful, helpful and serviceminded personel. Also when extremely busy. And considering the location, it was pricewise mopre than we expected. Lovely added extra with free water, still or sparkling, with which to fill own bottles. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen in this category hotel; good choice, well organised and filled up. We were worried about parking... but it was UNDER the hotel in a public parking house...with foot exit right by the hotel. SO handy if a wee bit pricey.

well...nothing!

Very good location, easy access to all transportation route and reasonable price, breakfast was also okay, but it would have been better if the price is included with the room rate they provided.

-Very limited power socket in the room. -Few staffs we’ve encountered who are rude when we asked for help and some informations (reception & dining hall). -It would be more helpful if their coffee machine on the ground floor (where we buy and pay by card) has an English translation on instructions (paying) so that we don’t need to ask help from reception who would tell us “you do not know how to use it”?

Subway nearby, seperate beds, easy to use shower, everything was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Graveyard view was pretty cool ! It was quiet, which is extraordinary for such a big city. The room was just the right size for the two of us :)

The door to the private hallway where the rooms were located didnt work one time (but a staff member helped us wonderfully!), there was only a power socket on one side of the bed, not on both but those are luxury problems and definitely didnt influence our wonderful stay at all! It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't open the window though.

Room was specious, with nice view over old cemetery and we could even see Sacre-Coeur from the window. Check in and checkout was easy and receptionists were really helpful and nice. It’s popular as accommodation for groups but we were placed on the last floor, so there was no noise. We had really good stay. No problems at all.

I was missing having some cups, tea and electric cattle as complimentary facility in the room, but receptionist was kind to boil water for me since I had my own traveling cup.

Good location, with nearby cafe's, metro and several bus routes around the city. The moulin rouge strip is nearby with plenty of bars/restaurants. Room is a decent size (for Paris) with clean ensuite and good hot shower. The breakfast buffet was a pretty fair with a reasonable selection of cold meats, cheeses, fruit, cereals and mini pastries. The hot offering included scrambled eggs and sausages.

Hotel bar doesn't open very late, but plenty of bars nearby. The rear of the hotel overlooks a cemetery (not an issue for me, architecturally its quite interesting to look at, but if that bothers you ask for a room which doesn't overlook it).
