This hotel provided all the comforts of home to allow us to discover Paris with minimum stress. I requested a room on the main or lower floor, so they provided us with a handicap/accessible room, which is the only room behind 1 door next to the dining area. We thought perhaps we might hear the noise from the breakfast crowd, but quite the opposite (as in none!). Bonus: the room had a little patio area that opened in the middle of the complex to take a quiet break outside of our room. Besides the complimentary hot breakfast, drinks (water and soda) and packaged snacks are free and available almost all day/night. so we packed a few snacks to enjoy during our all-day outings, With the hotel being part of the Astotel group, one could actually go into any of the other Astotel properties (a map was given) and also enjoy drinks and snacks there (unfortunately, we were unable to experience with our brief 2-night stay). Our room also had flourescent stars afixed to the ceiling , so we gazed up at the stars as we drifted off to sleep.

All the staff we interacted with were very helpful. The building has been recently renovated, and the rooms were well equipped—everything was thoughtfully designed and fully functional. The beds were as chosen during the reservation and both were spacious and very comfortable. A nice touch was the free minibar (with water and soft drinks), complemented by free snacks available in the lobby during the afternoon. The breakfast was excellent for the price. It might not be varied enough for a longer stay, but we all found something to our taste. The location is also very good—right in (or very close to) Montmartre, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby and good access to public transportation.

Not a big issue: one of the rooms was on the smaller side (but perfectly normal for Paris). The other room was kindly upgraded for free and was very spacious, although we personally didn’t love the toilet being separate from the bathroom.

The free drinks in the fridge and all the free snacks and drinks that were available. The room was a good size and had everything we needed and was pleased with how clean it was, they have excellent housekeeping. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help. They kept on top of clearing and resetting the table at breakfast. Chose the hotel as it's super close to the moulin rouge so perfect for those going to see the show. I would visit again.

The only criticism I have is that the kettle we have was so loud, it actually did make us laugh as it made the funniest sound. And the carpets were faded and there were some marks on the walls, also our toilet seat lid was chipped, just standard wear and tear basically

Loved the stay! booked last minute to stay an extra day in Paris and it's a great little experience. They had lots of snacks and coffee out which was refreshing and my room was more than adequate. Price was perfect for the setup. good litte bar / restaurant district as you go a few blocks south and east from property. Night staff was awesome and let me store my bag until i caught a red eye flight.

closer to the Moulin Rouge, the neighborhood gets seedier w/a couple massage brothels, but they are totally avoidable. hotel location felt overall safe

When we came to Hotel Joke, we had 3 different reservations. The staff did a great job in consolidating our reservations and even upgrading our room! We got a beautiful room with a little walkout for us to enjoy. The neighborhood was fun to walk around and some much to do. Montemarte is close by and so is the Metro to get around the city. There were so many restaurants to eat at nearby and so much to do. We enjoyed it!

The TV was an issue. It kept on turning on during the night unnecessarily. There was also this weird Chromecast request that was hard to use, so that was the only weird thing.

When i arrived the receptionist was really welcoming and friendly. there were many free snacks to help myself to including packets of crisps, biscuits, fruit and pastries. the mini bar non alcoholic drinks were free, I could control the heating in my room. I could easily walk to the moulin rouge (which was the purpose of my visit). i genuinely really loved this hotel and my room. .

The morning staff were not welcoming, they assumed i would know to take the plate from my table to use at the buffet area. They did not say good morning, or acknowledge me, even though I was the only one there. Breakfast is meant to be from 7 - even by the time I left at 7.30 they still hasn't prepared fully and were still bringing out hot buffet items. This is why i deducted a point. on a side note, the area is not covered by metro, only public bus.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. We ate breakfast at the hotel one of the days which was supernice, otherwise loads of lovely cafes and bakeries around for breakfast options. L’ouvre lies in 25ish minutes walking distance. The Hotel offers free afternoon tee/coffe options with a selection of local pastries, fruits and crisps which was a life saver after a long day exploring the city, especially for the kids. 🩷

Me and my wife stayed for five days and loved everything about the hotel. The room was really clean, bed, towels and pillows really confortable. It has little perks like The all day free mini bar and snacks and Apples free. The whole Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Moreover, what a stunning breakfast. I would definitely go back there. And the hotel is really close to Subways: place clichy and blanche and to buses: 68 and 74. It was really easy to move around with public transportation.

The hotel staff made us feel special as soon as we step In the hotel they all had a beautiful smile and were happy to answer all our questions about the neighborhood and transportation. The hotel is located in a strategic neighborhood where easily you can take transportation to all the important places to see in very beautiful Paris. The room was also very clean and we were happy with the size of the room and bathroom. The breakfast was nice with plenty of food to choose from, protein , fruits and many kinds of breads , believed me you have many things to choose from. Love the drinks , water, juice and soda that we’re waiting for us in the room. I am very please to recommend this hotel 100%. I will like to offered my gratitude to the lovely Vietnamese lady, sorry I do not know how to spell her name and also to the Rocio for taking care of us. To all the workers of the hotel thank you so much

I am very pleased with my stay

The Hotel seems new with very helpful stuff. The rooms are very nice and the heating system works very good. The bed and pillows are comfortable. In the Lobby you have gratis snacks, coffee, tea, water etc. gratis 24h. The breakfast could be a bit better eg. muesli without suggar but the variation is ok. The Hotel is closed to Moulin Rouge.

The cleaning stuff should be learned that if you ask him to leave the card in so that the electricity works, he will remove it anyway and took the card with him. The room then cools down.
