Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to visit Montmartre or go to the Moulin rouge (I was attending a gig at le machine). Easy to get to centre Paris from there too. Room was clean and comfy, a bit small but that’s classic in Paris.

There was not free water in the room which something you usually get in 4 stars hotel. They do serve free hot drinks though. Breakfast is too pricey for what you get. You need to order it the day before to “avoid waste” but portions are small and for 18 euros in a 4 star hotel I’d expect a free buffet to choose from. Also there were no cereals and the room is extremely small. Wouldn’t pay for breakfast again.

The reception staff were very elegant and extremely helpful. The place is charming and has a strong sense of history. The cleaning service is truly outstanding — definitely the best I’ve experienced. Hot drinks are available for free all day long. The breakfast area is a bit small, but considering the hotel’s location, it is situated in a very lively area. The rooms are a bit small, but the hotel’s location clearly shows you’re right in one of the most vibrant parts of Paris. The metro station is literally right outside the hotel door.

We were in room 501, and it was a spacious room with 3 windows, a sofa, and two armchairs.bathroom, which is also a good size. The room is on the roof, on the 5th floor with lovely views and just around the corner from the moulin Rouge Theatre. Breakfast was very yummy, pre ordered the night before and serviced to your room if you like. The hotel staff were lovely and professional, they explained clearly all the facilities and made us feel welcome. Lovely place!

The room needs some maintenance, and the shower handle comes off the wall. The bath had some marks, and one of the drawers had no knob. Hangers were not enough, only 4 for 2 people. The lift is very small, slightly claustrophobic

I cannot believe how close we were to the Moulin Rouge where we had booked an evening show, yet so quiet to rest and sleep. Loved the fact you could get a hot drink including coffee and hot chocolate. It was literally a one minute walk back to our hotel from the Moulin Rouge, with getting late night crepes from the corner, all felt so secure and safe as you have to use your card to get into the door and past reception which was 24 hours. We will definitely be using this hotel again! They looked after our luggage both before check in and after checkout with no problems at all, so we could continue to explore. Montmarte and Sacre Coeur is not far and makes a lovely trip out to have a meal. The metro is literally across the road too so was totally brilliant.

Bedside lampshades need a hover

Great room, quite refined room and furniture. Beds were very comfortable and shower was very good. Location of the hotel is excelent, very close to train station and very nice to walk and check the many restaurants, bakeries, shops and other touristic places. Free coffee anytime in the 1st floor.

Elevator is quite old, small, noisy and slow. Telefone to call recepction was not working so I had to go to reception everytime I needed something. One wall of the room had a big repair cement mark that was different from other wall or furniture, which was not in the website's picture.

Staff are excellent. Location for Moulon Rouge is unrivalled. On number 54 bus route from Gare du Nord station or a pleasant 25 minute walk. Very close to plenty of restaurants and Sacre Couer. Good breakfast for small additional charge. Efficient air conditioning.

Room 201 overlooks exhaust pipes (lots of them) from adjacent building. Couldn't keep the window open as strong smell of smoke (cigarettes or exhaust)? No tea and coffee facilities in the room, but a free to use at any time drinks machine in the breakfast room on first floor and there is a mini bar in the room. The wardrobe housed the minibar and the safe so very short - not very good for hanging clothes in. None of the above would put us off staying here again but we would select a different room.

Great location, a small kettle in the room would save going up & down for tea & coffee, all Australian hotels, even 2 * hotels provide free tea coffee milk kettle & fridge in every room, so you can make a tea in 30 seconds in your pyjamas.

See above. One small detail, several times during our stay including on our arrival from a fairly long tiring trip from Brussels with a v long train delay, we had to wait at reception for a v v strange woman who was checking in but loved to talk aboutabsolutely anything which kept us standing there waiting for ages when all we wanted to do was get to our room. Both receptionists were v polite but didn’t know how to swap to attend quickly to us then go back to the timewaster. Perhaps they could be given some training on this.

Great location right in amongst a lively area of Paris. Excellent size room. Comfortable bed. We went for the Olympics and watched the cycling from our room as it overlooked the course. We liked the room on the first floor where you can make your own tea and coffee any time you want to. Blanche tube station is literally over the road so you can get straight onto the tube network to explore the city. This hotel really exceeded my expectations and actually it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in in terms of value for money and the entire experience.

The WiFi we used to stream our TV device was slightly patchy at times

Room was a nice size, and the property is really close to the public transit. Many interesting sites to see nearby including the Moulin Rouge. On floor 1 there's a small coffee room that has water and a coffee machine. This is free to use as a guest, and is a nice option. The property has a small elevator, allowing you to avoid carrying things up stairs.

Shower has a small glass panel to prevent water . Its not large enough to prevent water spray getting on the bathroom floor when showering

Location is phenomenal! You really feel you are right in the middle of the action.

There were Pidgeon's roosting in the rain gutter above our window that made a significant amount of noise early in the morning. I enquired about turning on the a/c in the room but was informed that "it wasn't the right time of year yet to turn it on" & to open the window. This solved the temperature issue, but because of the location of the hotel, is VERY noisy until late at night.
