Excellent location in montmartre. Clean and relaxed DIY breakfast area.

Our room was on the lower ground opposite the lift so could be noisy and also our room was on the terrace level which if it had been used by other guests could have been a bit of a problem and because of the location our natural light was blocked by misted glass windows. I’m sure if we’d asked they could have moved us so it wasn’t so bad and we would stay again. Breakfast kitchen area could get congested with guests trying to figure out how to use the facilities

The reviews and hotel information were an accurate representation of what we found. Although the room was a little small we knew this in advance, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room clean and there was everything we needed. The use of the dinning/kitchen area and outside courtyard was a bonus. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was also quiet, located on a side street and no overnight disturbance.

Coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms would have been a bonus but we could access everything we needed downstairs. A small safe/security box in the room would also have been nice but was not an issue for us.

Security Very secure location with a 24-hour manned reception desk. Location On a quiet side street close to Rue Lepic. 5 minutes walk to Metro station Blanche and multiple bus stops. Too many great restaurants and bars around. Comfort We had a triple room. Enough space for all of us. Beds were incredibly comfortable with quality mattresses. Good size bathroom with great shower; easy to use and hot water available 24/7. Kitchen/Dining Excellent breakfast available from 7am.Food laid out in a "help yourself " situation. Good quality baguette and croissant. Can boil your own eggs. Access to kitchen and dining room available 24/7. Staff Absolute professional. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and very professional. The cleaning staff were highly effective and efficient.

Excellent location, in the heart of Montmartre, 5 min walk from Blanche and Abbesses Metro. Lots of restaurants, boulangeries and bars around. Also, for those who like to walk, walking distance from the centre, the Louvre is about 2.5 km walking. The hotel has excellent staff, helpful and friendly. Comfort bed and clean room. Not too expensive for Paris, especially during the weekend. Overall, a very good option for Paris. We will probably book again next time we go.

Our double bedroom was clean, but barely enough to fit the bed and a small table. It was quite small. Also, we had no view, only a window opening to a far from romantic courtyard. Next time I will make sure to ask for a room with a better view. But it was quite. The bathroom perhaps was the one thing that was difficult to adjust to. It was tiny and the shower really too small for a medium size person to be comfortable. But if one does not plan to spend much time in the room, and can put up with the mild discomfort of the tiny (slightly claustrophobic) bathroom, this is a very good hotel. We will probably book again next time we go.

The hotel was ideally located in the Montmartre area of Paris. Although small the double room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the hot weather the fan in the room was most welcome. The breakfast was typically continental and self service.There was plenty of choice plus all day access to tea, coffee and fruit juice. We stayed 2 nights whilst attending the Olympics and the hotel suited our needs perfectly.

The hotel is a typical small 3 star bed and breakfast. If you travel expecting anything different you will be disappointed. However it had everything we needed for our short stay.

Great location in Montmarte, newly renovated hotel with clean rooms. Great staff, very helpful. Breakfast OK. Wifi worked well everywhere in the facility. Room not very big, typical in city "Paris" hotel. If you are visiting the city, plan to spend all the time outside and use the hotel for rest-shower etc. only, this is a very good choice, definitely value.

Rooms do not have air conditioning. They provide electric fans (summer) and electric heater (winter). Room is not big but efficiently spaced. No closet or mini-fridge in the single room. A cabinet to put the suitcase and clothing available...

Easy to find, close to multiple stations. Great location for food/shops. The bed was better than average for the UK/europe (which is to say, it wasn’t literal misery to lie on 🤣). The elevator was great when I needed to move my luggage. The heat was nice, a radiator in the bathroom and bedroom which were both adjustable. The shower was spacious and the water stayed at the temp I set it with no fluctuations. Large windows that opened in the bathroom and bedroom. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Friday night my room was a bit noisy. I think the restaurant across from me had something on. I played a podcast while falling asleep to cover the sound.

I love this hotel as a solo traveller. This is my second time here and would come back again. It feels clean and modern, great for the price. It’s also in the best location also walking back on my own I feel completely safe. The breakfast has enough options in the morning to set you up for the day! It’s also so easy to get back to the metro and about 20 minutes to the Eurostar.

I would say it can just a little rough round the edges, which I don’t mind as I think the price is great. But hopefully to help.. the curtain wouldn’t fully shut in mine, and considering my window was onto a courtyard full of restaurants and people’s home, you need the curtain to fully work for privacy. Both times I’ve stayed when I have gone for a coffee in the afternoon there’s an issue with the coffee machine, and there’s no kettle in the room, so it would great if it was maintained as a compromise.

Really good location, easy to find, 24hours reception service made me feel safe and I actually enjoyed going out at night to have a dinner and walking the area where it's lively but not noisy feeling safe lots of attractive restaurants, cafe, bar, bakery and grocery shop where I 've got chestnuts tube for souvenior. The room is nice and clean, size is a little bit compact but good enough to chill out. Shower is nice and hot, the room temperature were comfortably warm. Breakfast is also good quality like Kusumi tea and gave lots of choices. I love to come back again!

The lift was broken so if I had heavy luggage, would've been nightmere. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

A very poor breakfast, any salad or vegetables. I still don’t understand why I had to wash the dishes myself or deal with a full dishwasher like in hostel while i’m in hotel for more then 100 per night.. I was shocked to see a huge open trash bin placed right in the middle of the walkway and the dining tables in the morning.
