Super clean, well-appointed, and great location. The kitchen was very well-stocked and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The Metro (Abbesses) was about a two minute walk, and we took the Metro everywhere. The location is just amazing. Montemartre really has a wonderful neighborhood/village vibe. We loved everything about our stay and plan to return to the Montemartre Residence for our next trip to Paris. The management was also excellent -- very professional and courteous. Also, really appreciated the elevator so we didn't have to schlepp our luggage up the stairs.

Property was super clean and in a great location. The apartment is modern and has a washing machine which was so helpful while travelling with my family. All the necessities supplied and the staff were very helpful, messaging and making sure we had all we needed. The property is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Very short walk to the metro station. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when coming back to Paris. Air con was a real treat during the Paris Heatwave.

You cannot beat the location of this place, not to mention the added comfort of having air conditioning, plus a full kitchen with dishwasher, great water pressure, and a washing machine in the apartment. There is also an elevator/lift to help get to higher floors, but we did not need it. The hotel is right next to a lovely strip of restaurants and shops, and there are two train stations within a 5-minute walk (Abbesses and Pigalle), so getting around town was easy. Even on nights when we came home late, the area is so busy that it never felt unsafe. We did initially have concerns with being somewhat close to the Pigalle area, but it was not an issue at all. The Classic Apartment was beautiful and perfect for our family of 3. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed in the living room, and the staff had already made the bed for us when we arrived. They even picked up a few groceries and had them already in the room for us; SUCH a big help when you are tired from traveling! If you need anything else, there are so many little bodegas/shops nearby. We loved being able to communicate with staff via WhatsApp text messaging, too, and all the staff we encountered spoke English, which was nice for our first time in Paris. Upon check-in, you are given access codes for the main hotel entrance, the second indoor entrance (extra secure!), as well as the code for your apartment. Upon check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at Reception and walk around a bit more, and they even called a taxi to take us to the airport. We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we visit Paris!

We unfortunately were unable to use the washing machine due to it having some mildew buildup from previous guests (perhaps someone just forgot to leave it open to air out), but there was a laundromat a block away that also had dryers, so it worked out better for us anyway. The nonstick pans in the room were also due to be replaced (pretty scratched up), but the rest of the dishes and cookware were just fine. One night there were some loud patrons outside cheering at a nearby cafe until about midnight, but to be fair, we were in Paris during the Olympics, so that may not be typical. All the other nights of our stay were quiet.

Apartment had everything, including little things like cotton swabs, laundry detergent, etc. We were very pleased. The only things I can think of that is missing would be a tall broom, though a dustpan and small broom were available. Maybe another set of water glasses would be great.

The hosts were excellent. They provided great restaurant recommendations. Available in person 9-6. Safe residence. Excellent location. Very easy to check in and out. Offered transportation help if needed. Overall terrific experience. Worth the price. Larger room than any hotel room in Paris!

The only criticism is the construction noise in the early AM as the property is renovating 3 upper floors. But this will not last forever. Only reason I would rate a 9/10 instead of 10/10.

Everything was perfect. Very nice location, close to Abbesses metro station, so you can reach any important location in Paris quickly. Apartment itself was clean, quiet, door opens with a code. Staff working on the reception is helpful, they talk english and if you have any question (through email) they respond immediately.

It was close to metro and central to shops and restaurants. Very easy access to everything but tucked away from stepping out the door onto main strip. You just walk around the corner and it’s perfect. Everything is right there.

Location, helpful staff, comfortable bed, size of the apartment - it's huge for paris! And spacious anywhere. The view is quintessentially Paris. The apartment has old world paris charm while being modern on the inside. It even has a bath! It comfortably housed my husband and myself plus my grown up son and his girlfriend. We did have a problem with the washing machine detergent dispenser not being clean - there was a build up in there, possibly mould but the staff were SO helpful SO quickly that I honestly feel every washing machine will be inspected and this will never be a problem again.

Location is perfect. It’s closed to Metro, bus station. There are many good restaurants around. Host is friendly, helpful. The room has very nice view, spacious
