Very friendly warm welcome. The hotel looks brand new and is nicely decorated. The room was very clean and convenient. Nice high quality products in the bathroom (occidental) In the common sitting room, we set to play cards and got a glass of delicious champagne, the, coffee, water en Coca Cola for free! Great good quality breakfast, with smoked salmon, fresh fruits, eggs, cheeses, ….. and croissants

It was all perfect!!

The hotel is in a great location, a very short walk to a metro with lots of bars, restaurants and nice shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lovely touches such as macarons in our room on arrival, a free Prosecco voucher and sweets on Valentine’s Day. The aesthetic at the hotel was modern. Sample L’Occataine products were provided such as shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ hand cream which were lovely

The only downside was a very small bathroom but everything else was perfect

This is a fabulous hotel with amazing staff who are so helpful and friendly .The area is beautiful with so many cafes and places to see. I was there for a special birthday and they made it even more special by putting a banner, gift and card on the bed. They go to such extra lengths to make it a wonderful stay. We loved the promo videos on YouTube and will definitely recommend this lovely hotel to everyone.

Room smaller than we have had before but had everything we needed. Shower is lovely and they supply high quality shower products. Room had everything we needed.

What I loved about Hôtel des Arts Montmartre was the warm, personable service from every staff member—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. From check-in to check-out, they were genuinely friendly and eager to help with directions, restaurant tips, or an extra espresso at breakfast. The common areas and my room were spotless, clearly cared for with real attention to detail, and little touches like fresh flowers in the lobby made the whole place feel welcoming and well looked after.

The one drawback was the room size. It felt cramped even by typical Paris standards, and with two suitcases, there was barely space to move around the bed. Given the nightly rate, a slightly larger layout—or at least more clever storage—would have made the stay much more comfortable. If you value square footage, the price-to-space ratio may feel steep, but otherwise, the experience was delightful.

We spent two nights in this beautiful hotel. The decor is so interesting and creatively Parisian, really adds to the experience. Odd thing to say I know as we’re in Paris but many places don’t reflect that. I organised a Romantic package with a few twists to personalise and the staff were fabulous in happily accommodating this. It turned out to be spectacular - thank you so much to the team, my husband and I were over the moon. The room was beautiful with a view of the Sacre Coeur and Paris rooftops. Exceptionally clean with L’Occitane toiletries in the bathroom. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and so friendly. The location is perfect, quiet but central and well connected to transport services. Lots of cafes, shops nearby. Sacre Coeur within an easy walk as is the Moulin Rouge. Van Gogh’s apartment is just round the corner from the hotel and only marked by a plaque outside, making it very special. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return. Huge thanks to all the team, they are exceptional and most welcoming.

We loved everything about this property but we especially loved the staff. Alessandra was a standout for her assistance with so many things. The young girl with long light brown hair was also incredibly lovely to deal with. They were so welcoming and helpful after a long day of travel to get there. The breakfast area is in a small but bright area and offers a lovely selection of fresh and delicious food. The hotel is situated in THE best area of Montmartre which has so many wonderful places to visit on foot or catch the nearby metro for travel further afield. We walked to The Louvre and to Musee D’Orsay which was a long walk but we through a very pleasant area to get there. So much to see and do in Montmatre and I can’t imagine staying anywhere but Hôtel des Arts Montmatre when we return next.

We loved EVERYTHING about this place.

This hotel is in a very funky lovely attractive part of Paris. The hotel is so proud of this that at registration they give a map of a 2 hour walking tour which was lovely The staff are SO friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond starting with the email a day or 2 before arrival to see if there is anything they could do.. My wife has some walking difficulty and they offered to move rooms to The metro in Paris has changed since I was last there and you need to buy a card. The hotel gave us cards! The room was not American large but Paris comfortable and scrupulously clean. The wifi is reliable and faster that I usually find in hotels The breakfast room accommodates about 10 tables and it's a perfect place to meet people for business or catch up. The concept of an honesty bar has found the last place on Earth where it still lives ! Complementary Champagne from a good maker on arrival was well received as was the fabulous air conditioning on a dreadfully hot summers day After all that it was still the staff which made this one of the very best hotel experience we have ever had though the plethora of great restaurants with a big shout out to Signature, an astonishing Korean French fusion with a glorious wine list and a lovely informed front of house to guide you to new choices

There was nothing we didn't like

The staff were really helpful and friendly, provided excellent restaurant recommendations - particularly Chez Pitou - and went out of their way to make you feel at home. The air conditioned and pleasant fragrance of the foyer and lounge was a welcome relief from the 30 degree heat outside, as was the free afternoon cake and drinks to help recharge your energy for the evening ahead. Montmartre is a wonderful location and the hotel is well placed to help you take advantage of everything Montmartre has to offer. The walking tour the hotel provided was a great way of learning about the area. A solid 10/10!

The one criticism was no mirror in the room itself.

Fantastic hotel, excellent cleanliness, lovely staff members. Very comfortable bed and mattress. In the heart of the city, walking distance to all shops. Great area. Very quirky decor. Lovely top floor room with a view. Soundproofing is great for being so close to the buzz. Great night sleep. Beautiful Loccitane toiletries. Staff texted before arrival to ask what they could do for us, I asked for an iron and it was in the room by the time we've arrived. The room had wifi, tv, coffee and tea maker as well as a fresh bottle of water each day. The cleaners are amazing. A superb boutique place that deserves that lives up to its reputation.

The space for the bathroom sink is tiny, someone bigger might struggle. The pillows were way too soft for me and hurt my neck after 3 nights. It would be great to have options for harder to pillows.

This was our second stay at Hôtel des Artes and once again it was fabulous!!! The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the attention to detail is fabulous, the complementary afternoon drinks and snacks are a wonderful touch but, for me, it's all about the staff, they are just incredible!! They are all warm, friendly and can't do enough for you, they go out of their way to make your stay in their hotel the best it can be. I hope this place never changes!!!

Just the same as the last time we stayed, there the only thing we didn't like was having to leave!!
