The apartment was even better than it looked in the photos. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Also helpful having the washing machine with two kids! Apartment was in a great location with easy access to lots of cafes , restaurants. Hosts were very helpful and provided great communication throughout our stay. Also made some good recommendations for places to eat out including Hardware Société in Montmartre - where we enjoyed a wonderful brunch!

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights , 2 couples. The place felt very spacious and comfortable with secure entry , easy self check in instructions were provided . 2 bathrooms was a big plus as it meant no sharing, one with a very large bath to enjoy ! Decor and furnishings are well thought out, modern yet functional! Also had 2 small garden areas to enjoy . Comfy Beds and cooking equipment available. The apartment is within the area of the Moulin Rouge , lots of good bars and restaurants in the area and metro station very near by which take you into to city center. We did request a late check out and although this wasn’t available , we were provided with an extra hour free of charge which was much appreciated given our late flight .

Quite pricey for a 4 night stay however this place is beautiful and worth paying a bit extra .

The apartment was absolutely perfect, exactly what we were looking for. It had everything we needed, even a washing machine and dishwasher. The property was very clean and we loved staying there.

It is on the top floor with no lift - this wasn’t an issue for me and we were aware of this so not a complaint (and I loved seeing the rooftops) but something to be aware of with heavy bags as it was hard work getting some of the suitcases up there. We couldn’t carry a suitcase up the spiral staircase in the apartment as it was too narrow so just left the case downstairs and carried the items up. The spiral staircase is very steep and narrow, so again, was absolutely fine but something to pay attention to if you do struggle with things like that. The internet didn’t work in the apartment even though it worked downstairs so think it might be a bit far from the router

It was a very compact but, tastefully furnished and decorated apartment. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was everything you needed for a short stay for 2 people. It also felt very secure due to pass codes on the gate and then again to get into the apartment itself. There was also a patio area directly outside. The location was nice and quite quiet. Yet it was very close to many restaurants, bars and shops. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Good value for money.

Maybe the noise of others in the building coming and going as the bed is next to the door. It didn't bother us much as most people were quiet and we were so tired from our days out exploring Paris that we slept like babies.

My 2 daughters and I stayed on the top floor in a one bedroom air conditioned unit that also had a pull out sofa bed in the living room, a kitchen (with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), and bathroom with a shower. The accommodation is beautiful, stylish, clean, comfortable and spacious! Upon arriving you enter through a door from the street w/ a key code, walk through an entrance to a small courtyard w/ a 2nd door and key code, and then enter a foyer with a winding staircase up to the apartment (we felt safe). Host: the host was pleasant and communication was easy through booking.com. The host provided cleaning with fresh towels mid visit which we appreciated. Location: Rue Ballu is a quiet street in the 9th, but there is a market and several cafes around the corner. We walked everywhere but could get to the metro (Place de Clichy or Blanche) within five minutes when needed. We absolutely adored Montmartre and frequently visited in the evenings for dinner, to meander, attend a show at the Moulan Rouge, etc.

We loved the apartment and so these are just some suggestions to make guests more comfortable ~ The entrance between the street and courtyard needs lighting at night (we used our phones). The courtyard was undergoing construction so hopefully a light will be added when complete. More coat hangers in the closet would be helpful. The apartment next to us has two floors - we could hear the guests above us walking/sounded like they were moving chairs early in the morning. Otherwise, very quiet.

We loved the location it was only 5min walk to the metro or 3 min walk to the bus line that heads to the Louvre. There are lots of restaurants around the area and little supermarkets for supplies. It is a very pretty district. There is a bit of building work going on and some buildings are scaffolded but there wasn’t any building work noise that was an issue. The construction workers were very respectful. It did not detract from our stay. The property was spacious with 2 large bedrooms, spacious bathrooms x2 and a large living and dining room with 2 small courtyards. It was clean and comfortable. The addition of a toaster would be handy in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and the dishwasher was great so we didn’t waste or precious time in Paris washing dishes. I loved the entrance to the building and the access instructions were easy. Communication was fantastic. There is shampoo and body wash in both showers and hand soap at each sink. There is a washing machine with washing liquid there, we didn’t use it but it’s good to know.

The kitchen needs a toaster and it would be good to have some USB ports in the apartment for charging. Otherwise than that, we loved it!

This is an exceptionally stylish and light-filled space with plenty of room for a large group. THe building is at the back of a courtyard off the main street, so lovely and quiet. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. There is a supermarket, boulangerie and numerous coffee houses within 100m and a metro station, bus stops and the Moulin Rouge just up the street. Montmartre is a pleasant 15 minute walk away. This apartment had everything we needed for a stay with kids, although we didn't do any cooking there. I would highly recommend, as long as you are OK with stairs.

The blind on the upstairs mezzanine was broken so it was light much too early in the morning.

Beautiful spacious apartment with large windows that let lots of light in. Quiet neighborhood near many metro and bus lines. Apartment was very clean and so was the modern bathroom. Great shower. Good communication with owner and easy check in and out. Bed very comfortable. We only stayed 3 nights, but they provided a few sets of towels which was appreciated. Kitchen well equipped. When we were there, they were having trouble with the WiFi which they were trying to fix. They gave us one night's payment back as reimbursement which we thought quite generous. Really great apartment.

The biggest negative for this apartment was that our room was up two flights of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage or if climbing is a problem, this might not be for you. Also light bulbs a bit dim and no drawers to put clothes into.

The location is superb. The room is spacious and very clean. We had 6 weeks touring France and this was the best appartment we stayed in.

Not too much to dislike at all.

The place is generally quiet. The bathrooms are nice and the whole apartment is clean. There are plenty of towels and the double beds are comfortable to sleep in. The appliances seem to be relatively new.

The walls are thin. The rubbish bin was broken and we couldn't get the coffee machine to work. As others have pointed out, there is a significant shortage of kitchen utensils. The sofa bed squeaks a lot. Note that the beds are only equipped with double blankets, but plenty of pillows. We missed a short introductory welcome note about the apartment when arriving.
