Good location in central Paris, however, just be aware that this is a budget hotel in a very expensive capital city. As such, you cannot expect luxury. Overall it is not a bad price. I was travelling for work, and payment had not been taken by booking.com, however, the staff were very helpful and provided me with an option to allow my company to pay via email the following day. This was very much appreciated as many hotels would simply have insisted I foot the bill out of pocket on arrival. As such I would say that staff are great.

The price was maybe a bit high, even for budget option in Paris but good location close to venue for work meeting which was what I needed most.

Reception staff were polite and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. I knew it would be small, and it was, but it had everything, including plenty of hot water and a good shower. The area is lively and busy with plenty of small shops, bistrots and brasseries. Lots of students, so a wide range of cuisine and price. Well placed on the metro and about three minutes walk from the metro point at Place de Clichy. The area felt safe as did the hotel - important for a woman travelling solo.

The staffs were so friendly and made me feel so welcome to the city. The location was perfect with Metro and bus being right there. Also the neighborhood was safe with many people walking around during the night. The room was just right for me as it had everything I needed. I didn't need a spacious room since I was out throughout the day was back at the hotel for sleep. The room was very clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again. Also, 24/7 access to coffee at the lobby was a definite plus for coffee lovers, like myself.

The location is amazing.The service was perfect.The personnel was friendly and professional.You get exactly what you expect as per the description and the reviews without any negative surprise.Even if the room was a bit small but was very cozy, functional and well optimized .The bed was comfortable and clean. I will definitely come back during my next holidays.A very good address to recommend to my friends and family.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was great.Personnels were so polite and understanding. Room was so clean. Location was great for see the city cause it is near to every tourist destination and safe for women and children.You can stay here in peace. Coffees and teas are free for hotel’s guests and they were delicious.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Paris. It is perfectly located, with the metro station Place du Clichy right in front of the door. We walked 17 min to Sacre Coeur. Shops, restaurants, bakeries are all nearby. The hotel itself is small, as most are in Paris, but more than sufficient for a short stay. Clean room, comfortable beds and well isolated windows. We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly as well. Definitely coming back.

Just home from a 3 night stay at this hotel in Paris with my friend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Each member of staff we met/spoke with couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel is in a great location and although it is a 15/20 minute journey from the main sights by metro, the station was just up the hill which was perfect for getting about. The rooms are small but have everything you need for a few nights. We were out from early morning until late at night so the room being smaller wasn’t an issue as we didn’t do more than get changed & sleep in it! The room was very clean and beds were made up every day. We didn’t have breakfast as we wanted to eat out. If I was returning to Paris I would definitely stay again. Thanks to all for a great stay!

The hotel has a great location, with excellent access to metro, bus, and a lot of bistros, restaurants, stores. The Opera and Galeries Lafayette are walking distance. Staff excells. Despite of my early arrival I was chiecked in very quickly and did not have to wait at all. My single room was tiny but perfectly well equipped and nothing was missing. Wifi and airconditioning are very good.

The lift is very small and claustrophobic, but adds to the convenience.

location is near the metro, just 3-5 minutes walk and near the restaurants, the staff, especially in the reception are very accommodating, they speak english so well so theres no language barrier, they assist us on everything. I think there are 3 guys in reception area on shifting duties. They are really, really nice! and the hotel is open 24hrs.

Everything is perfect! - The receptionist is available 24hr and they're extremely helpful. From checking in until our last day of checking out (which was 3 AM since we have a morning flight), the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Really made our trip memorable! - They also provide free drinks (coffee, chocolate drinks) from a machine on the lobby - I love that there's a little balcony in the room - The location is perfect. Bus & metro is within 2 mins walk. Surrounding areas are perfect, not extremely crowded, and there's a lot of shops and restaurants in the area.
