Amazing view, I asked them for a street view and they really honoured my request. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed. There is not much space to move in the room but it honestly went unnoticed because of how beautiful the design of the room is. The designs on the ceiling, the window, the mirror, the bed, the table, the lamps, THE VIEW... everything was so perfect!! The staff was really helpful and kind and there was free water/coffee/tea and candy nonstop. Also, very very clean!!

Unfortunately the room didn't have a mini fridge, but (little hack) we put our food in a bag that we tied to the balcony grill and it was cold enough to keep it cool (we visited in december).

Great location (very close to the Place de Clichy metro but also central enough to walk to many places e.g. Montmartre, Pigalle, Opera...), fantastic breakfast - biggest pains au chocolat and croissants I've seen in a Parisian hotel! Easy check in despite the late hour of our arrival. Room was compact but had everything we needed. All in all a great choice for a long weekend in Paris.

Just a note for anyone who, like me, may be sensitive to smells - I found the air freshener / room spray used extremely overpowering. NB this was only a problem for me in our room (not in the common areas of the hotel and of course I can't speak for other rooms) and is a subjective point - my husband was not bothered by it at all! It definitely didn't put me off staying here again but I would ask them in advance to go easy on the room spray next time :)

Location - metro, as we were using this for traveling to events during the Olympic/ or walking into central Paris. Clean room -room cleaned daily and fresh towels if needed. On arrival we had been upgraded - so had larger room. So cannot comment on the smaller room sizes. It was fine for our needs as we were out most of the day. Restaurants near, main high street area as well side roads. Hotel situated in a quite side road.

We would have liked a suitcase stand as the room only had a single chair and small hanging space - not adequate for two adults stay for 8 days. TOILET ROLLS -This wasn't a problem but you do have to ask for extra toilet roll - at reception . Would have been go to know. Breakfast was a little hit and miss - though out stay.

Fantastic customer service and super comfortable. It is really clean (especially as I'm super anxious about bed covers not being clean in hotels). It is also in a convenient location (only a couple mins walk to the metro). It also has lots of bakeries and restaurants around. Will definitely visit again in Paris

It would be useful to have a water dispenser in the main staying area, as it is currently located in the main reception (where you have to physically go outside for, as the reception is a couple of steps outside of the main staying area). This is sometimes a little inconvenient when you get thirsty and then need to go outside of your main hotel to collect water (although it is only like a 20 second walk so not detrimental). Bringing a water dispenser to the main building with the hotel rooms would just be more convenient and easier

I frequently stay at this hotel due to its proximity to my office, and it consistently meets my expectations. The welcome and the staff are exceptionally pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience. Conveniently located near Gare Saint-Lazare in a vibrant neighborhood, the hotel benefits from an ideal setting. The décor is simple yet elegant, with a recent renovation giving it a youthful Parisian apartment feel (The addition of Clarins products in the bathroom is a thoughtful touch). Breakfast is particularly enjoyable, served in a charming vaulted cellar with a quality, diverse selection. Overall, I have a very positive experience during my stays and hope the hotel continues to maintain this high standard.

I often find myself in the hotel's somewhat cramped rooms.

We loved this hotel! Location was great, quiet at night and within walking distance to tons of restaurants, cafes, the metro and sights (Montmarte, Moulin Rouge and more). The room was larger than expected, and the bed was comfy. Decor were stylish yet simple and the staff was really lovely! They even held a package that was sent for me for over a week until I arrived. Also offered unlimited filtered drinking water (still and sparkling) and coffee in the lobby! Such a great little hotel and we can't wait to come back

Bathrooms were very tiny and cramped, as was the elevator but that's very normal in Europe so not a huge issue at all.

I stayed in this hotel for the second time, and once again I can say that it met all my expectations. all the staff was nice and helpful at all times, you don't find that in many hotels, the room and hotel were clean, and the location is amazing! if I go to Paris, I only go to this hotel, I recommend it to anyone who counts on quality and service! I had everything I needed to be happy! Thank you again and see you soon!!

Nice location, clean, the staff are pleasant and friendly. There are a lot of cool bars and restaurants in the area, all walking distance from the hotel. Overall good value for money.

One of the rooms that we have booked had a strange smell. In another room the sink was blocked and water wouldn’t go away. Rooms are small but for 1 night stay it’s ok. There was miscommunication about checkout time. The person who checked us in gave the wrong information, so the next day another person called us to inform that we should have checked out about 30 min before. It was a bit unpleasant, but we were anyways on the way out. The parking is very limited but we were lucky to find a spot next to the hotel. There was some construction in the street next to the hotel, which made us get stuck in the traffic jam for 45 min on the day we arrived.

Amazing customer service - We changed our booking 3 times due to Covid / a family loss and the hotel were so accommodating! I’m so grateful and impressed with how they handled each request as they were so nice, thorough and speedy each time. Many places wouldn’t have entertained a change in booking, never mind a refund! Great location - just around the corner from the metro, a supermarket, shops, plenty of food places (including little Italy which was delicious!!) and everything you may need. Around 35-40 minutes from the airport by car, around 1 hour by metro & train. Easily located by taxi. Very clean and extremely comfy room. Great shower with toiletries if needed and ample towels. Hairdryer in room and iron available from the lobby. Complimentary bottles of water was a nice touch. Great view from my little windows on the 5th floor - including the Eiffel Tower in the distance which was a lovely surprise! Gorgeous and stylish decor and very well maintained throughout. Lovely little seating area in the lobby and the coffee machine was a treat! Great selection of complimentary coffees, teas and even hot chocolate. Overall - A comfortable and chic stay. Great location in an easy to navigate part of Paris with good links to the more tourist-y parts. Good value and great customer service. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lift didn’t go up to the very top floor so if you have difficulties with spiral stairs whilst carrying a suitcase ask for a lower floor. We did book a triple room but ended up with 2 separate rooms which wasn’t ideal - I believe this is a booking.com error rather than the hotel as they don’t have triple rooms. We were offered an apology and our rooms were located together though.

My Daughter and I were in Paris for a little get away and we loved how quaint and lovely this area was. It wasn’t touristy and the hotel was so lovely! The decor was so calming and sophisticated. The staff was so friendly and we enjoyed the common areas as well. Having the coffee and the filtered water station (with both regular and sparkling water) was such a nice perk.
