Kind personal, allow us to left baggage after check out for couple of hours. Elevator in a hotel and conditioning in the room are present, that seems to be a rare thing in Paris hotels. 5 mins to metro station.

A bit noisy in the morning, as different delivery services delivering goods to cafes and stores, located near the hotel. Or it was just some city cleaning machines

Had a wonderful time. Location is great, right next to the metro station and nearby several brasseries, restaurants & nice green areas. Staff was really friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the room was very comfortable - great shower. Travelling alone, I found no problem with the room being small, it fit the purpose, and I found the decoration charming. Also, it was very clean and well taken-care of. Would stay there again (:

The hotel is very well located, Batignolles is a very lively and pictoresque neighborhood. I was disappointed by the fact that there was no tea maker in the room (despite it said so in the description), but all in all the staff was kind and the hotel was comfortable, the (small) room incredibly clean (!!!) and most of all the street and the neighborhood were too nice to stay disappointed.

The description said there would have been a kettle to make tea in the room, but there wasn't.

A small and nice hotel not far from the Rome metro station, with a good price quality ratio. The room and the bathroom are quite small, but ok, it was clean, the bed was comfy, it was quiet at night, there were soap and shower gel/shampoo and a couple of towels in the bathroom. No lift, but I think it was mentioned in the room description and it didn't bother me.

The heating wasn't very hot, but I wasn't cold int he room, maybe they adjust it according to the season.

Thank you this hotel for the room. It was an amazing location near Montmartre. The room was spotless and cozy. We traveled with my son (11 y.o.) and enjoyed a lot of this reservation. There were two great bonuses for us: a bathtub in the bathroom and a beautiful view of the small Paris street.

I was not too fond of the damages deposit (165 euros), but the staff said it would be refunded for a few work days.

Gtreat location (up tp 15mins from train station). Cozy room, with mútiple restaurants/bistros all over around. Highly recommend!!

The bed was a little bit small for two persons (140cm) but nothing that cannot be accepted - the stay was perfect!

great for short-term stays. Everything was decent if not really good. Great value for a budget hotel. Lots of nice restaurants in the area with different cuisines. Bars open until late so great vibrant area

Extraordinarily kind and helpful staff. Great location, can reach by bus (which Is cheaper and is 4 min away) everything. The rooms had everything they needed.

Pillows were nice design but not for sleeping on them (not sure they are cleanable)

The personnel were well trained, very polite and the service was excellent.

There was a problem with the drain in the wash basin in my room. They were never able to fix it. They tried a quick fix with a plunger but 24 hours later the problem was still there!
