The most incredible up market luxury boutique hotel with extremely spacious suites and magnificent bathrooms. The jacuzzi & spa in our suite was therapeutic and relaxing. Nothing to not like!

The hotel was clean, quiet, very sleepable (A/C in the room could be controlled), and the location is handy to Gare Saint Lazare and Montmartre.

The hotel is a bit pricey and breakfast wasn't included.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The comfort was top-notch, with plush bedding and a perfectly functioning jacuzzi in a high-tech room. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were superb, always ready to assist with a smile. The amazing breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. Every gadget in the room worked flawlessly, making the stay seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

While the hotel excelled in many areas, there were a few drawbacks. The price point was quite high, and it was disappointing that access to the swimming pool and basic spa facilities (excluding massages) weren't included in the package. Additionally, parking was a hassle, with limited spaces and confusing directions, which added unnecessary stress to the stay.

The shower and bathroom were exceptional. We loved the pre settings in the shower. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Many good food options are in walking distance. Also the room was equipped with all types of outlet plugs, so you have USB, 220, 110 and even the UK outlets. It was very convenient. The hotel is a 12 minute walk from Saint-Lazare train station so you can easily travel outside of Paris easily.

I thought the wardrobe was small. I am unsure if other rooms had bigger ones, but my wife and I stayed for 4 days and had to keep clothes in our suitcase. I would love to see them extend it just a foot and I think that would make a huge difference. The decorative pillows were great but when we wanted to sleep there was no place to conveniently store them.

Room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Well stocked mini bar and the coffee facilities were very good. In room Jacuzzi was excellent also. Room was very quiet and sound proofed ,Electric operated everything from an in room tablet allowing easy lights and curtain control etc . Champagne Welcome to hotel was exceptional and fantastic greeting from staff, who were magnificent all through our stay making it truly memorable. Couldnt do enough for us at all times. Breakfast also very good and freshly prepared with wide choice. 7 star service by all staff especially Bruce.

Our room stated separate bathroom which was not in the room, but the in room shower facilities in the Jacuzzi were sufficient. Surprised no complimentary drinking water supplied in room. Chose the hotel particularly for the Spa facilities only to find a substantial p/p charge applied for limited time, which was disappointing and should be highlighted on the hotel description on the Booking.com website.

In general, the hotel is nice and we enjoyed our stay very much! The room was nice, and the little romantic additions, like the large hot tub and the iPad to control the lights, music, AC, etc – were great. We also took a package with petals, offered by the hotel - a nice little addition to make things perfect. The staff were nice and friendly. And we enjoyed the SPA. The location is great – within walking distance from Montmartre and the hotel is close by taxi or metro to all the central landmarks.

There are a few minor things the hotel can improve on to give the 5* feel. The room had free tea and coffee, but in my experience, all 5* hotels offer water as well. There were some issues with the tub as well, as it would not fill in properly - it was half-empty and it was not possible to make it full, which of course, slightly ruined the experience. We were also surprised that the lunch and dinner menu was Italian and not French. The food was good (but not mindblowing) – 4/5.

We paid for the breakfast as part of our booking and it was extremely fair and value for money. We received fresh pastries, macarons and a variety of cheese meats and yogurts. Then we were also offered different types of freshly cooked eggs with other options. Fresh juices were also available too. So we were very pleased with the variety on offer. The rooms are smaller than they appear on the images, but it's clean, pleasant and everything is available to you upon request that the hotel can offer. There is a smart touchpad in the room which operates a number of controls within the room and the staff were always friendly, courteous and willing to help. It's situated within a quiet neighbourhood within Paris, but the Metro is literally a 2 minute walk away and we could get to most landmarks/places within 15 minutes on connecting transport - it was perfect for us. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel and would certainly recommend it to others.

The option to use the spa on site possibly once as part of the stay would have been a nice touch by the hotel, but I completely understand why it's chargeable. I think that would be a nice touch for those making bookings in the future though.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, specially Raja. The ambience was relaxing and classy. The room was amazing and easy to navigate with the iPad, everything worked perfectly well. The spa was great too, The food delicious, and the bed like a cloud. I have plenty of experience in Boutique Hotels but this one was a pleasant surprise. I could not get enough of it, I am definitely coming back.

The lift needs replacement or fixing, very noisy and shaky. However, it was a minor detail, and kind of adventurous.

+ The hotel had Toto washlets in all the rooms which is an automatic 10 in my book. + The room was extremely spacious. + The in-room hot tub was fantastic, bath salts were also provided which was appreciated. + Large selection of pillows and very comfortable bed. + You can notify housekeeping when you leave room and they were very prompt on making up the room.

- Hot tub was not functioning one night of our visit, but they quickly fixed it after a quick call to the desk. - The View from the room was nothing to write home about, and you could clearly see the hot tubs on the balconies of the rooms below ours. That might not bother you, but it is something to be aware of if you book one of the rooms with an outdoor hot tub. Not really a strong negative, but the elevator system is a bit odd. You can press the call button, but if someone else is in the elevator the button will reset itself. Interesting design quirk that I could see being annoying if the hotel is more crowded.
