This hotel room is well laid out, modern bathroom, comfortable bed with a choice of pillows and window into a fresh air atrium. Reception staff are extremely helpful, speak good English and housekeeping is excellent. Complimentary drinks and snacks are available until 11pm. Great location close to metro, eateries and supermarkets. This is an extremely well operated hotel with the guest being the priority.

The breakfast was fantastic and the free drinks and snack in the afternoon and evening were very welcome after a hard day of sightseeing! Very close to the metro line (Rome station) and only five minutes from Guar du Nord

The room was very small and dated. It’s by the Rome metro station, which is only on one line so you always have to make a few changes to get to the main parts of Paris.

Location was great, right by a train stop and close to many Parisian sights! Room was comfortable with 3 beds and the breakfast was great, lots of breads, meats, cheeses, and scrambled eggs. Shout out to Tej who went above and beyond in providing excellent service and good jokes! Great location to get to the starting line of the Paris Marathon!

AC was not on in early April and it was pretty warm in the room! I like to sleep really cold so that was a disappointment. Opening the windows was helpful, but we also faced the street and it was really loud on the street at night due to partiers, which was doubly bad as I wasn't able to get good sleep prior to the race :(

I had a good experience lodging at Hotel Astoria. It is centrally located with a bus stop about 5 minutes away that I used to locations such as the Eiffel tower and Louvre. Breakfast was good, but what made it exceptional was the hospitality from one of the staff there, Taj. He was very cordial and ready to assist when needed. It was also great to have a complimentary mini bar with drinks refreshed everyday. In addition to the mini bar at the reception with drinks and snacks.

The only negative is how small the room was for 2 people. But we didn't really mind this because we were only looking for a place to sleep when we got back from our tour of Paris.

Breakfast was very good with excellent diversity. The eating area was cheerful and bright. All the staff interactions were amazingly good. The hotel was generous in offering a number of snacks and drinks for free after breakfast hours were done: nuts, cookies breads, fruit, candy as well as different forms of beverage. The hotel also restocked the room fridges with water, juice and soda at no expense.

My room was too small, as was the bathroom. Both were done up nicely but not enough to overlook the smallness. I chose the hotel with an idea of being close to the train station. But it wasn't as close as I thought from the booking map. No fault of the hotel but my physical struggles made that extra distance more of a hardship than I had counted on. While it may be the common feature in old Paris establishments, I hate having to go down a long narrow flight of steps to the basement to use the public restroom. Same thing in every restaurant I ate in. Another accessibility issue was the small elevator. Again, I understand that old buildings have problems updating things completely. But that does not mean I have to like it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us change our arrival and departure dates , and arranged cabs for us to get to our early-morning tours to Normandy one day, and Giverny on another. The breakfast was extensive and very good, with attentive staff making sure to refill the trays of food and beverages quite often. The hotel is close to the Metro, and the neighborhood was interesting, with close-by boulangeries, small supermarkets and restaurants. The housekeeping was excellent (except for one day when there must have been a substitute cleaning our room.) The free mini-bar with snacks and beverages was a nice touch, and the small mini-bar in our room with free water and beverages was also nice to have. The bathroom was small, but very up-to-date.

Our room was VERY small, with only a few cubbies for our clothes and travel "stuff". 'Not sure if the reasonable price of our room meant that we got a very small one, or that all the rooms are that small. That said, we left with a good impression of our stay at Hotel Astoria.

I had an excellent stay at the Astoria Hotel. I didn't believe what I read in the description utill I saw it myself, starting from the check-in processes till checking out, everything was as described and more at the reception. Stephane is extremely professional, very helpful, and Celine. The room was clean, and guys, it's true they refill the bar with complimentary soft drinks every day, and u have snacks and coffee at the reception all day, and the location is excellent overall, an amazing stay, I will definitely come back

The person who welcomed me, Raphael, was so great, He managed to be professional, warm and helpful all at the same time. He explained everything very clearly and made the experience seem like such a win. He game me snacks and drinks and facilitated my early departure very gracefully. The property is small but comes off as snug and intentional rather than limited and restructured. You don’t get the impression they’re skimping or depriving you. The breakfast was impeccable, generous or even abundant. The coffee was delicious, they have a great machine. The area around the property is the line 2 Metro, Rome not far from Place de Clichy, a great area that radiates intelligence and tolerance, albeit quite busy and with a huge amount of morning traffic.

I was a little taken aback by the narrow hallways. The towels were not soft or cushy. The rug is extremely thin.

The room was comfortable for 2 nights but you wouldn't want 3 people in there for too long due to lack of space for bags. The beds were comfy, air con worked well and the bathroom was clean. The room was supplied with free drinks and restocked daily. There is also free snacks and drinks in the afternoon. The hotel is in a quiet street close to several different train and bus lines, making it easy to get to all the attractions of Paris. 1 paper tickets allows you to go anywhere within Paris on train or bus, so you can buy a few to use throughout the day. Taxis were nice throughout Paris.

People upstairs were very noisy right through the first night. Second night was fine but bring ear plugs just in case.
