The staff are so accommodating and the place is close to Metro, shops and restaurants. Family friendly and in a safe neighborhood. This is our second stay here and we were not disappointed.

The room comes with a very comfortable bed, A/C, large closet space, and a large bathroom, all up to date. The greatest selling point is its convenient location near the Batignolles neighboorhood, as well as access to several bus lines (such as the 66 & 94) and metro stations at Villiers or Pont Cardinet to access the rest of the city. Very competitive room rates for summer in Paris.

They provide you with a bulky key instead of a keycard.

Our Parisian stay was a dream come true! The staff was incredible, surprising my wife with birthday flowers! We found a hidden gem - a quiet side street hotel near charming markets and shops, all for a fantastic price (cheaper than most places in Paris!). Metro stations and bus stops were right there, making it easy to zip around the city. Plus, the Champs-Élysées and Eiffel Tower were close by! To top it off, they even stored our luggage after checkout. We can't recommend this place enough!

The only thing to note is that the rooms, while clean, might be on the smaller side for some travelers. However, for the price, location, and service, it was a fantastic value.

I was very happy with the breakfast. I like plain unsweetened yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese, eggs, cereals for breakfast and all of this was available and high quality. Also, they had tea bags of a nice brand that I liked rather than "just" Lipton or Twinings, which I really don't like. Staff was friendly. We were able to get into our rooms quite a bit earlier than the official check-in time. It is very quiet, which I much appreciated. It is located in an interesting part of the city that is worth exploring on foot. Also, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.

No complaints! (If I want to get nit-picky, the room was too warm at night).

Location was brilliant. Close to two metro stations. Area wasn't full of tourists but locals. Local restaurants were lovely. Quiet at night. Very lovely small boutique hotel. Room was small but was very clean and was just what we needed for a quick trip. The staff were very helpful every time we needed them, their English was great as our French isn't!

I booked this hotel for a short Paris trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary (which I mentioned in a message right after booking). They really went all the way for us! the room was on the top floor, upon our arrival it was filled with rose petals, heart shaped balloons and a plate of macarons! The next day's breakfast was complimentary and really excellent so we happily paid for the 2 next days. The location was perfect in a nice neighborhood and finally the sauna was just what we needed after a day's touring in a very cold Paris!

Absolutely nothing!

The hotel location is really good, there are tons of food stalls nearby and train station is also close by. The hotel provides all the necessities as well as daily house keeping so we could travel with hassle-free. The room is also clean and tidy, the street is also very quiet at night which is a big plus.

Its not a big deal and just merely a suggestion. We booked a double bedroom to accomodate two persons but we are only provided with 1 water bottle, might be good if there are 2? Noises can be heard from the room above late night throughout our stay, i suspect it could be customers checking in, not too sure. It lasted only a while so it shouldn't be a problem (i am just very sensitive to noise)

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the shower had good water pressure. Hotel is close to great restaurants, metro and bus lines, the location was great for us because it was close to central attractions and yet away from the noise. We also received free breakfast from the hotel for one of the days that we stayed here, which was very much appreciated.

Room is small, but a bit larger than others by Parisian standards. A fridge in the room would be nice and water bottle for 2 people instead of just 1 bottle when the room is booked for 2 would be good. Would still highly recommend

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The location is extremely convenient with a market, shops, restaurants, grocery store and the metro station near by. The hotel was quiet and our room comfortable.

Our room did not have a small refrigerator which would have been convenient.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. good coffee. Comfortable bed. Superior double room on the upmost floor has the balconette.
