This was our second stay in Hotel Duette and we had a wonderful stay! Everyone was very friendly, but especially Arthur made our stay wonderful! Such a kind professional, who helped us with tips, made a lovely picture of us on our anniversary, was always happy and just a lovely person. The room was wonderful, with a great bed, good shower and overall a very clean surrounding. No noise from the streets at all, but a hidden gem in a wonderful neighborhood. This was our 21st stay in Paris and we will be booking our room here for the next trips! The restaurant Tigermilk (in the same street) is very nice and they have amazing food for good prices. There are a lot of little lovely stores around, but also a supermarket (or two). Right around the corner there is a little bakery and Noir, a nice coffee place. We can't wait to go back!

In general, staying at the Duette Hotel was a pleasant experience. It is conveniently located to reach all main sights by metro and the neighbourhood is beautiful and safe with plenty of cafes, bistrots and bakery/pastry shops. The room was clean and would be cleaned every day. The staff were pleasant and happy to help.

I think there was a divergence between reviews describing the breakfast offered as fabulous and what the breakfast offered really is. In my opinion, it was just a simple hotel breakfast which was fine with me. It was enough to leave me happy. However, I wasn't able to exprlerience the fabulous breakfast of the reviews.

Just some context, we had to rebook our hotel last minute due to a hotel we previously stayed in Paris (Hotel Grand Chicago Paris), a staff stole 2,200 EUR that was left in our SAFE from us. We filed a police report and no longer feel safe to stay there. At Hotel Duette, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and hotel is in the heart of 17eme arrondissement. The windows are soundproof and the beds are super comfortable. One ironic thing was that on the second last night, I dropped my credit card at the lobby without knowing. The hotel staff went out of their way to return it to me. This makes me feel safe staying at Hotel Duette, unlike the thief that works at Hotel Grand Chicago Paris.

The cleaning lady took away random stuff like room keys and our hand soap, so we sometimes had to ask for replacements. No complementary coffee nor water, but not a huge deal since we can buy them at bakeries / convenience stores across the streets

Location is excellent for travelling anywhere in Paris. Lovely street with very nice shops and restaurants. market stalls at the other end of the street. Breakfast was standard but very nice and plentiful.

Very quiet location except that if you have a room overlooking the street, the bin lorries come round nearly every morning between 6am and 7am, (if you are a light sleeper).

Our expérience was great. The hotel installations are quite new, with a great decor. There’s a small but very handy elevator. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The location is great! Nice neighborhood, with lots of shops, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores steps away - you feel like a local as it’s not around the busy touristic areas. 5-minute walking distance to the subway (lines 2 and 3), which makes it easy to go everywhere. I would definitely recommend to others and come back whenever I’m in Paris.

The only minor thing was that the air conditioner control is central, so we are not able to switch between heat and cool ourselves. So the room was quite warm on the first night. However, we asked the staff about it the next day and they helped us right away making the switch. So, not a big deal.

The location was in a residential part of town. Bustling during the day, very quiet at night. It felt very safe. The staff was very nice. We did not buy breakfast, which was not included in the room, but it looked pretty good,

The rooms were tiny (we knew this in advance). The bathroom wasn't much bigger than the bathroom on an airplane. The worst thing was when I asked for some glasses, they informed me that it was forbidden to drink wine in our room. There is a lounge downstairs and it probably would be OK to drink there, but we were not happy that they didn't want us to drink (or even eat) in our room.

Great location very close to two metro stations. The property itself is very clean and was exactly as per the pictures. The many staff that we spoke to were all very nice and extremely helpful. The soundproofing between the rooms was also excellent as were the mattresses which we all said were the comfiest that we have ever slept on! Thank you for an excellent stay we will definitely be returning.

One of our groups rooms was only cleaned on the first day despite the make up my room sign being on the door. The reception was very obliging though and gave us fresh towels and toilet paper to restock the room.

The please is on a lovely & lively street full of cafes, restaurants and shops, it is 5 minutes walking distance to the metro, the room was surprisingly spacious with a little sitting area - much larger than most in Paris. Most sightseeing places were within 1 hour walking distance. Every member of the staff was genuinely very, very friendly at all times. The place was kept clean on the inside and the outside and the style was beautiful.

A little fridge would be a great extra

Excellent Clean and Safe location with many Boulangeries and cafes within 5 min walk . Helpful and Friendly staff . Spacious room. Good wi fi , comfortable bedding , safety deposit box in room , luggage store .

If I had to quibble - a steam iron in the room would have been helpful and perhaps some small bottles of toiletries rather than 1 large shower gel container which wasn’t quite full upon arrival but sufficient. But overall this hotel was good value for money .

Great Location in Paris, in a quiet neighborhood close to public transport and with an outdoor street market right in front, along with many cafes. The staff were super friendly and helpful - they accommodated us and we were able to check-in earlier. The entire hotel is very clean and nicely decorated - everything is compact as you would expect in Paris but has everything you need. Overall great value for money - we will definitely come back here during our next stay!

There are a few parking garages within a short walk from the hotel, however they are quite expensive compared to other parking garages in the city so if you’re coming with a car it’s a bit of an additional cost - however you can find cheaper garages a bit further away.
