The location was good. The staff very responsive and polite. The communication via their App Sonder worked just perfectly, for any questions you might have, the response comes immediately! The rooms was ok for our needs! If some amenities are missing, you ask the receptionist and they will bring it directly, such as slippers in the room, extra umbrella for the rainy days or clean towels. Loved the daily fresh crossants and danish pastry by the reception offered complimentary for the guests, as well as the detox water throughout the day.

There is not too much space to open up the suitcases. We had two big suitcases as a family of 4, and it was very difficult to walk around the room, basically walking on top of them. The children would sometimes stumble or fall. But considering it’s Paris, I would say it is understandable the small sizes of the rooms, same as everything else, i.e restaurants and bar spaces.

Hotel was close to the Metro station and several restaurants. Staff were present daily and were very helpful for restaurant suggestions and directions. Location was clean and welcoming. The rooms were amazing: spacious and all set up with kitchen facilities for multiple day stays.

There seemed to be a smell coming from the shower drain early in the stay.

Location was fantastic. It’s close to everything but not busy. It was safe to walk outside. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Housekeeping was not free and had to be arranged 1 day before.

The loft was perfect for our family. The young teens were comfortable on the sofa bed. The mini kitchen was perfect to cook a simple meal so we didn't have to spend so much in restaurants. The location was also good and very accessible. Lots of shops around too

The stairs in the room scares me a bit but I'm sure it is safe. With the sofa bed open as a bed, it is a little cramped but in Europe I would say it is already of decent size. The room is at the balcony of the building so you have an outdoor space outside and that when it is raining it would be a bit hassle but this is not very bad at all.

We stayed for a week, and the Sonder suite was exactly what we needed -- bedroom, living room, ample bathroom and dining area with mini kitchen. One major clean was included and towels were changed every day. Supplies were available on a self-serve basis (coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, toilet tissue etc.). Two major pluses were: the front desk staff who were always available and helpful, and the location: calm and quiet after the crowded, busy areas of Paris we visited during the day, and next door to rue de Lévis, the fabulous food shopping street only a block away. It was a real joy to shop there at the end of the day for fruit, bread and pastry and prepared meals to warm up at the Sonder suite. We also enjoyed nearby Parc Monceau and the Nissim da Camondo Museum. The Villiers metro station is two minutes away.

There were a few additional items we would have liked to have in the kitchen but the basics were there.

The staff was very helpful and present which made us feel comfortable to ask questions as well as check out bags in early before the afternoon check in time. The apt is modern and comfortable, clean and had a tiny kitchenette if needed. We never used anything except the refrigerator and kettle but it was nice to have. I believe you pay extra to have someone take care of your room, etc which we did not need. However what was helpful is that the base price included someone coming in to take out the rubbish on a daily basis. The building is in a fairly quiet neighborhood but filled with restaurants, cafe, three cheese shops, grocery- just about everything you need to enjoy your neighborhood. The Parc Monceau is nearby and absolutely beautiful. The building by is about a 20 min walk from central Paris but there is also the subway nearby. You can’t beat the location for a neighborhood experience while being so close to things. Again, the staff was friendly and helpful and the apartment was very comfortable. We will be back!

Staff members were exceptionally knowledgeable and were able to speak with us in English which was not expected! The beds and facilities were spacious with comfortable linens.The breakfast buffet was delicious with everything from pastries, fruit, yogurts, cheeses, meats, eggs and a coffee machine that made great cappuccino!!! It was a bit pricey but served as breakfast and lunch… Hotel was immaculate with staff always friendly and anxious to help. Location in the 17 th Arr was fantastic, and walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and to Montmartre one of our favorites!

We were doing a tour and Sonder was the best place we stayed in. Location is next to metro and a number of cafes and shops. Hotel is nice and clean. The best thing was the staff. They welcomed us nicely and were very helpful. They also helped us with telling the directions and whatever we asked for specially Mr. Philippe a very nice gentleman, Ms. Iontserrrat (not sure about the spelling sorry), Ms. Laura, and another lady in the reception who helped us with storing our bags ( forgot to ask about her name).
