Nice and tidy room. The breakfast was quite good and varied but as a four star hotel you would expect even more. The location is quite far from the center of Paris, but the nightly price was also cheaper. Good public transport connections, the tram stop was next door. A small grocery store in the same block, where you could get food if needed.

The air conditioner in the room did not work. I set it to blow cold (blue cooling icon) and asked for 22 degrees, but the device blew hot air. I turned off the device and kept the windows open for a while, that helped. The boiled eggs at the breakfast didn't feel very fresh. Fresh fruit juice would make the breakfast even better.

Hello, we had the best two weeks in St. Germain-en-Laye and Paris, mostly due to the excellent service provided by the hotel staff, and the new comfortable clean and quiet room, we would also like recommend Nilesh and Nicolas (good Portuguese language skills) for their prompt response, efficiency and professionalism. We are sure to revisit in the future. Thank you!

Breakfast although excellent is a bit costly.

We had booked for 2 nights in an apartment capacity 4 persons but we were only 2. It was very spacious. The decoration was simple and modern, with a minimalist feel (it almost had a Korean feel to it), which we liked. It was very clean, and very bright thanks to a lot of windows in the living room and in the bedroom. (We liked that there were large blackout curtains on each window though). Bathroom was super clean, with a large heated towel rack, which you could adjust the temperature of. There were plenty of towels, which is a plus. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

The bed was comfortable but small for 2 persons. Given the size of the apartment, we would have expected at least a king size bed (uk sizes). To add a little touch of comfort, it would be nice to provide guests with slippers.

Modern apartments in a hotel format. Best of both worlds - manned reception and all the facilities you associate with a hotel, but independent living. The building is pretty new so the room was pristine. Lovely shower room and very comfy bed. Also very well sound insulated. We heard the trams (not too loud) because we kept the windows open and turned the air conditioning off. Had to do that because the heating is pre-set at 21.5, and resisted all efforts to turn it down! We chose this place as we wanted to drive, to be able to get into Paris easily, and go to Versailles by car. It is even better than I expected - new tram system right outside the hotel takes you seamless onto the RER station concours for catching the frequent fast trains right into Paris (I timed it at 35 mins from hotel to Arc de Triomphe including the tram part of the journey). There is a spacious well lit and reasonably priced car park in the hotel basement. The lifts run from the basement straight to each floor of the hotel, so it was very easy to load/unload the car. The younger reception staff in particular were exceptionally polite, cheerful and helpful. Few eating options nearby - apart from fast food & the supermarket next door. However if you fancy a more pricey but memorable meal I highly recommend Le Bistrot Logique a 10 min walk away at 8 Avenue Carnot. And the market in town on Friday mornings is not to be missed!

The aircon is really a heating system so I imagine it can get stuffy in the summer. An observation rather than a moan - as I say, we were fine with the windows open and the heating switched off.

Brand new development with modern and stylish interiors. Very convenient with parking available in underground garage (extra charge but very secure and with a lift straight up to the reception or guest floors). Accepts dogs and it is possible to walk them in a small area of forest across the road. Lovely boulangerie nearby which opens at 7am and a small supermarket with basics that is open until 10pm if you do decide to use the kitchenette. It's also possible to get some basic microwaved food served by the reception staff even late at night.

I imagine being quite a new hotel these are just teething problems and they will soon be solved. There appeared to be issues with some of the technology. Check-in was very slow. We paid extra for the dogs (20 Euros). I have no problem paying for extra cleaning but maybe one charge of 10 Euros is enough. It was also incredibly difficult to open the fridge (handle was recessed).

Nothing that I did not like But would say the lack of toilet paper and additional charge for if so I think a pool or sauna would have made this hotel a 10/10

Fair breakfast, good location with public transport closeby.

The daily cleaning of the room can be better. Empty water bottles could be removed, the floor can be cleaned after a stay of 5 or six days.

Brand new, underground parking, location next to a train stop, for 20 min you can go to the centre of Saint Germain and have a dinner there. Neighborhood is very beautiful, full with expensive houses, so you are safe walking late in the night. Reception opened 24/7, the tv has a Chrome cast, so you can watch all streaming apps. Bath has a separate radiator, which warms up perfectly. You have a coffee machine in the kitchenette, works with specific brand capsules, but you have 2 complimentary ones. We went to Paris next day and it took us 25 min by car to Aiffel Tower’ s parking.

The thermostat of the airco in the room was programmed badly and our temperature room was 16-17 degr. The receptionist could not help, but they gave us a blanket and waved the parking fee of 12 eur for the night. In my son’s apartment temp was 24 degr.. and perfectly warm with outside temp. of 11 degr.

Staying at this hotel made my little holiday in St Germain even better. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the RER A station, but very close to the railway station in the town. Nearby, you can find a good variety of restaurants and brasseries but you are very welcome to have snacks and breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast is excellent! It's a buffet that accommodates both sweet and savoury tastes and has a good variety of fruit juices and jams. The staff is very kind and contributed to a very relaxing two days in St. Germain.

Air conditioned, clean room! The gym was great to have! Computer and free printing. The supermarket and tram next door .

The kitchen needed the basic salt, pepper and oil! Non of the pots had cover! The pump noise for the air conditioner every 2 minutes was annoying! My house has the same pump and it is very quiet and pumps out water when is full! Together with a little sofa to sit on to relax would probably have given this place a 10!
