Great staff, best support and attention! The staff is very kind and attentions, specifically Ines (Concierge) and Nicolas. Ines helped me with a medical emergency, called a doctor, arranged for Nicolas going to the pharmacy and checked if I was ok after I returned from the hospital. All the star was very supportive and it was my best experience in a hotel. Besides the great staff the hotel is very well located, just a few blocks from Champs Eliseé. The breakfast is excellent with fresh fruits and fresh juice. The rooms are very clean, room service is very good. Everything was perfect! Thanks Ines and staff for all your support, I hope I can return soon!

Absolutely loved my stay! All the staff were amazing—always welcoming and carried a smile on their faces, which made the experience even more special. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet area, perfect for relaxing. This wasn’t my first stay, and it certainly won’t be the last. I’m already looking forward to coming back and staying even longer next time!

Loved the friendliness and kindness of staff. The location was great and walking distance to many attractions.

The rooms need a refurbish. Nice size for Paris for the top level room. But the decor is old and the carpet needs a clean. A refresh would make all the difference to staying at this hotel.

At check-in we were told that our room was unpaid for and had to produce confirmation of payment from our booking agent. We arrived at the hotel at 4.00 pm and had to wait until after 5:00 pm to go to our room. This only occurred after several visits to the reception counter to get update. Each time we were told it is nearly ready. When we did, the cleaning lady was still in the room and had the TV on. We note hotel's policy is check-outs by 11:00am and check-ins at 3:00 pm.

Great staff and location, amazing room service quality

Room decoration is quite boring, almost clinical, in comparison with other brands and towels don’t smell fresh or just lack of perfumed conditioner. Room products are delivered by pumps which is a bit low key for a €500 per night and the pumps are not working well. The restaurant is not open on weekends

The top three reasons to choose Sofitel Arc de Triomphe are location, service, and beds. Sofitel has the world's most comfortable hotel beds, the reception is full of helpful people, and the location is perfect; you are only a few minutes away from Champs Elysee. The first suite we got had a narrower bed than stated on Booking.com, but with big smiles, we were changed to a new one. The receptionists also dealt with any other requests that we had.

The only negative experience we had was with the restaurant. We ate there the first evening, the food was not good, and it was also far too greasy. But, by all means, this experience is overshadowed by everything else that is positive about the hotel.

The location was brilliant. The service we received from the moment we arrived was nothing short of fabulous. The staff always went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even remembering our name when greeting us each day. They were very accommodating with a late checkout request. When we return to Paris, this will be our first choice of hotel. Thoroughly recommended.

the location, staff, size of the room

the shower was very difficult to figure out, bathtub looked gorgeous but it was all uncomfortable. The air conditioning was difficult to figure out but I didn’t realise till late at night when I woke up heated up. the temperature just used to change itself

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. My whole family was delighted with the staff’s friendliness and help. We booked 2 rooms for us as a family and then we were told that we have been upgraded to a suite to accommodate the 4 of us so we can be together. Absolutely superb service and they’re so knowledgeable about everything we asked them. Very professional.

Location, staff! All amazing! Doors were always opened on arrival , assistance with shopping, amazing concierge always friendly and kind. Wouldn’t change a thing !
