The hosts couldn't have been more accommodating, we celebrated a 40th birthday in Paris and they were so welcoming. The accommodation is perfect, amazing bathroom and shower. Brilliant coffee machine and the bed was so comfortable. The room is decorated beautifully. A lovely addition was the communal fridge filled with soft drinks that you could have. The breakfast selection was INCREDIBLE and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble and the location couldn't have been better! We watched the sun set from the top of the Arc de Triomphe! I fully recommend staying here. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

There isn't anything we disliked. It was all perfect.

A hot breakfast was served everyday. When they said breakfast was included I imagined it to be just a simple continental breakfast or hot breakfast but very limited. lo and Behold what a surprise,. Carine , the beautiful and very accommodating owner of the place gave us a menu checklist of what we wanted served to us every morning. Menu was extensive. We had scrambled eggs, croissants, cheese, toast, 3 different juices, milk, cappuccino, latte, yogurt, hard boiled eggs etc. That was just the food, now the room we occupied was the family room and we loved the space and the dining table and windows looking out to the gardening the spacious bathroom. the water pressure in the shower was also good. the beds were super comfy and place is very clean . The fridge in the receiving room was stocked with soda, juices, water and milk for everyone's consumption. The best part also is they have a helper named Ronalyn who was very patient, hospitable and attended to what we needed. We had a wonderful time at Paris Square and will definitely recommend and be back. Thanks Ronalyn, Carine and Alexandre.

The breakfast was exceptional in that the choices were varied and many, the quality was excellent and the service was outstanding! We loved the intentional personal touches of our hosts for the guests to experience an authentically luxurious and memorable stay in magical Paris. Espresso, delicious teas, water and soft drinks were readily available. Each detail was lovingly prepared, including an excellent choice of restaurants and cafes. Our host was very professional but warm and had a great sense of humor. We loved our stay and will be returning as well as highly recommending PAris Square. 🎶🌹🍾

We visited Geneva, Zurich, Interlaken, Milan and Venice before we came to Paris and it was an exceptionally great experience because of their services and hospitality. Loved the accommodation and surely will stay again if we are back in Paris in the future 😉

We stayed in the apartment for new year! Location is very close to the Arc de Triumph, which is perfect for watching fireworks. Metro station is very close.

This was not a hotel, as we expected. It’s a room with a bathroom in a big apartment. The breakfast is served at the exact time you choose and in the room, which doesn’t give flexibility.

The hosts were really friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent. Despite being so close to the Champs Élysées once inside there was little noise from the city! We are a family of 5 with our youngest being 9, the adjoining rooms we had were ideal with plenty of space for 3 of us in the main room. The sofa bed took no time at all to set up each evening. Breakfast was great and there was plenty of choice.

Our train was delayed and Carine responded immediately to my messages. When we arrived she greeted us and walked us around. The location is top notch. It's near major attractions. We ordered what we wanted for breakfast and it was perfect everyday. The room was a nice size and it was just lovely.

It was a little difficult to find because it's not labeled and the stairs getting up to the apartment were a little sketchy. Other than that, it was perfect

Nice building with a good size room and bathroom. Was great having our breakfast served in our room! Wonderful host and hostess. Also loved having coffee maker in the room and water. Also nice to have access to mini fridge in common room. Also was nice of them to keep our luggage in main room while we were out doing a tour after checkout.

Having to enter through three different doors, was a little confusing at first.

the room is clean and the furnishings are new, friendly and caring host, espresso machine in the room. The bathroom is clean and there is always hot water. location is great.

its name is written as a hotel but this is not a hotel, this is a room in a house, actually they rented a room for us. but the fact that they sell it as a hotel was deceptive to us. We didn't mind and stayed because it's okay for 3 days. Also, the hosts are friendly and good people. But on our next trip, we won't stay because they lied. I say to those who will prefer, this is not a hotel, it is a room in a beautiful house.

Beautiful apartment, the hosts were great and the location was perfect. Alexandre went out of his way to help us get a taxi to the airport in the middle of a taxi strike, forever thankful we didn't miss our flight.

Mattress was a little firm but otherwise perfect.
