The location is excellent. The rooms are very nice. Abdele was such a nice manager for the building. I also loved the little kitchenette with a coffee machine and electric water kettle.

The only drawback is that it's not a hotel. You don't get new towels or your room cleaned. Also since it's not a hotel you need to get your own shampoo, toilet paper if you run out and also the trash can gets full and the coffee pods are not enough.

The facility was very clean. Next to transportation and shops. Mr. Abdel, the person who greeted us was very kind and helpful. For us to be more comfortable, he provided special pillows. He helped with our bags.

They gave us an email address to communicate with the staff. I sent them several ones, no response!

First of all, the apartment is metres away from the centre of the main street in champs elysees without any sound of the traffic. Shops and restaurants all around. And what's a good accommodation without an amazing host? Speaking French, English and arabic we was greeted with the most optimistic and energetic Abdel who we fell in love with just as much as the location itself. The room was spotless. Not more than months old. Shower kitchen bed balcony was all 10/10. The perfect Abdel hosting the perfect apartment, hats off and I would recommend to anyone who wants to experience the best of Paris

Terrific location - very central and safe. The apartment is new, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the coffee from the Nespresso machine and having the view of the Eiffel Tower from the roof top terrace.

I just completed my 10 nights stay at this place. Location is perfect! Not too near Champs-Élysées where it can get very crowded, but very near enough for a walk down the street or metro. Service by Abdel is top notched. He made sure we had everything we needed. Communication via their website was clear and I had my bath linen (nice and big!) and toilet paper replenished promptly whenever we asked for it. The room is a bit small but no issues as we're out most of the time anyway. The bed was super comfortable. Air con worked well during the last few days as it got warmer. The shower area was big and the water pressure was good. The rooftop area was a nice surprise as we could see the lighted up Eiffel Tower at 10pm. We appreciated the coffee machine and mini fridge which we used often. All in all, a very worth it stay. Highly recommended!

our stay at the Finestate Colving was beyond what we had expected, located perfectly in the most touristy area Chanp del Elysee. Restaurants, stores and bakery right next to us. The room was small but perfect for a couple, it was safe clean and you had a huge lounge to share with others staying there yourself, with tv, kitchenette laundry and we never saw anyone use it. my husband said if we return he only wants to stay here, which i totally agree! 10/10

we had a few issues with the TV but not because it didn’t work, it takes about 2 or 3 minutes before you can view anything.

WE LIKED EVERYTHING!!! This property is highly recommended! We stayed for a one week, room on 6 floor was spacious and with a great view. Very clean! No noise from a street. 5 min walk to a metro station and to Champ Elysees! Places to grab some food on the same street! Location and accommodation couldn´t be better. STAFF - wonderful host, he will take a great care of you and communication through WhatsUp is quick and reliable! We stayed as well in a smaller room on a 1th floor with a terrace - a pearl!!! Very comfortable and cosy!! The same ratings for this room. Pictures of this room will follow.

This property is PERFECT. The location is just off the Champs Elysees. The rooftop has a nice patio with great view of the Eiffel Tower. The studio Apt has everything needed; kitchenette, fabulous bathroom, comfy bed. The internet and TV with all FREE APPS access is superb. A Free work center with printer. The place is immaculate. The free washer/dryer is large and FREE 24/7. The Staff, *Adele* is beyond friendly, polite, and easy to message all the time. The WhatsApp messaging is available with instant replies.

No point of contact during day for issues just a what's app thread. I was given a key card that did nit work and left my room without phone. It was only through luck I bumped into the supervisor. Otherwise I had no service location within the buying I could go to. I had to clean all my dishes on arrival as the last occupier had not cleaned them properly. Thus had not been picked up in a cleaning check! I found the sliding door between kitchen and bed just annoying - design issue.

Staying at Finestate Coliving was perfect for me! I was attending a 3 week summer school in Paris and thus preferably looking for a studio. But everything I looked at was either too expensive or too far away from the city centre. Finally I got lucky with Finestate ! It was clean and comfortable, had all the amenities I needed, complete with a kitchenette, laundry facilities and even a gym! Its less than a 5 min walk to the George V metro (and to the Champs Elysées of course!) or to Balzac bus stop and has great restaurants around. There's also a convenience store right across the street that remains open till late at night and others round the corner. But most of all, I greatly appreciate the kindness and support of Abdel, the wonderful host! He was always there for anything that I or anyone needed (via whatsapp) and responded quickly and efficiently. Will definitely return to Finestate next time I am in Paris!
