The hotel is just simple made for travellers who like to got comfortable place during they exploring of the city. Stuff was very helfpfull and try to fullfill all our needs. They working like in the background, but I must admit the level of taking care, and cleannnes of the room! Was smth extraordinary. We eat a breakfasts on the city on choice, so I cannot say anthing about their cusine, but dineing hall is located on -1 floor and I assuming is so delicious like in similar places in compare. On Washington Street are located many restaurants so choice is open to visitors.

Good location, easy walking distance to Champ Elysee and public transport system. Plenty of shops, cafes etc in walking distance. Beds were extremely comfortable. Shower was hot with nice amenities supplied in the bathroom. Room was clean and staff helpful for directions and late check out.

Room was quite small but this wasnt really an issue since we were only stopping for 1 night. It was also very well thought out for storage solutions with the limited space we had so i wouldn't say this was a huge negative in reality. Only ohter thing was we couldnt get the room temp down, but the window did open, so again, not a huge issue.

location is the best at champ elysees , near from LV Hotel , LV Champ elysees , arc, and all the staf is NICE, KIND, HELPFULL, i stay when new year and its perfect! we just walking to arc and celebrate new year. pretty sure will be back there! in every month is perfect to stay there. breakfast is wondeful. Zien one of the staff is realy kind and we can put our luggage 4 at hotel when we checkout about 2 night and go to milan after that back to paris. THANK YOU. always Being wonderful .

Room was very decent - cozy but good size. New shower. Good breakfast, a lot of different options. Location was great. People at the reception very friendly. Women at breakfast very friendly and helpful. The L'Occitane cosmetics were very nice.

I haven't seen it mentioned in other reviews but I'm pretty sure the bed was... shorter than standard size. It was a bit uncomfortable to have my feet almost hanging from it. Pillows and sheets could be better but I'm a very fussy sleeper.

The hotel and the staff were extraordinary. First of all, the staff from the receptionist to the lady at breakfast were very welcoming and warm. The location of the hotel is perfect, a street away from Champs-Elysees. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety and good quality products, more than I would have expected. Overall, we loved it there and plan to stay there again for our trips in the future.

Location is supreme. Everything is close by, restaurants, luxury shopping stores, and train stations that helped guide us through the city as we visited tourist areas. Our first time visiting Paris and Arc Elysees was the best choice for our stay. We were incredibly close to all the train stations in the area. A few minutes walking distance from restaurants, shopping stores, and of course the Arc de Triomphe! Our room was a great size, and very comfortable for our stay. The hotel managers and cleaning staff were super friendly and kind to us. A smile each day, day in and out. The rooms were soundproof as construction was being done a block away from our stay and we didn't hear a thing until we walked outside. The only downside to our stay was the double bed, which is no fault of the hotel or staff, it is common to use double beds in European hotels, and our bathroom had a lingering drain smell, which would come and go throughout our stay. Overall, an excellent stay that will definitely have us visiting again in the future for our next visit!

Double beds, beds were comfortable, however, we would've preferred a whole bed instead of two to make up for one. This is in no way management's fault as it is a common practice in European hotels and a lingering drain smell in our bathroom that would come and go.

Everything was great, including the super gentle and efficient staff. The metro was a short walk away, everything clean and functional, wide choice of everything one might want for breakfast.

If I really have to to mention something, that would be that the room was small and narrow. But it was not the smallest room I stayed in, so...after all, who travels to Paris to stay in the room? :)

They give us quite a big room for 3 person on the top floor with balcony. Room looks new must be after renovation, room and bed is very accomodative for family of 3 person, clean and quiet. Walking distance to the famous Champs Elysées, Hop On Hop Off bus stop, George V Metro and Arc De Triump. Staff is very friendly and accomodative.

A little bit pricy may be due to high season and in downtown Paris.

Small hotel in a great location, modern confortable rooms, nice breakfast, everything you need to stay confortably in Paris. Was running the marathon and they gave a kit with gel, marmelade and water bottle: very attentious!

Views were amazing! and the cabin was in excellent conditions very clean and comfortable - I loved all the amenities. Kitchen was excellent and love they left cleaning supplies for us. Also, the host is very friendly.

1. the location is not convenient if you don't have a car and are traveling by train and need to rely on public transportation you would have to walk uphill and/or take the Bus - note that Bus systems stops after 7pm and is not very frequent. There is no Uber service and Taxis are very expensive and not easy to obtain. 2. there is no AC and windows do not have screens, therefore we could not open the windows during the night as there were a lot of bugs coming from outside and the cabin gets pretty warm during the summer. 3. The property is not on the ground floor as indicated in the picture - the picture of the entrance of the property is misleading. There are stairs you have to carry your luggage down the long stairs which is considered the first floor.
