The breakfast was beautifully served and we were able to choose which items were included each day. The food was of a high standard with excellent coffee and orange juice to drink. The house was situated in a very pleasant locality and from it we were able to walk to the public transport which took us into the centre of Paris. We never used our car which was securely parked in the gated grounds of the house. It was hard to imagine you were so close to a bustling city in the tranquil house and beautiful garden. The Merlin app on my phone recorded sixteen different birds by their song in the grounds of the house.

We both wished our stay had been longer, we were loath to leave.

The hosts were very accommodating and supplied food for breakfast suitable for me and my partners allergens when we asked. The breakfasts were nice and the hosts had a good system in place to order what we wanted for the next breakfast. The house itself is beautiful and has a picturesque garden.

A bit of a distance to the metro though if you are not using public transit this is no issue.

Luciano is a great host! Very friendly and he speaks English pretty well. The location is very nice. The house is big with a great garden where you can sit. Restaurants are on a walking distance, about 15 minutes. Our chamber was spacious with a good bed and bath room. Breakfast was good, we could choose what we wanted to have and it was there in the morning. Luciano was very helpful and nice. He printed something that we needed and recommanded a great Italian restaurant (where we met him the same evening by coincidence!)

You need to be aware that the B&B is in a area with many hills. We had a smaller car, which proofed to be a little difficult sometimes. Nothing that can be changed of course, but just a reminder. The bed was good, but the matrass was a bit hard. Just a personal preferrence ofcourse, we slept good anyway.

Very friendly and wanted us to be happy and enjoy our stay so he made sure we had everything we needed and answer all of our questions/needs.

It is place to be. never seen before such a friendly host. A very quit residential. With a bike or tram 30 min to all the sights in Paris. Enjoy it

Luciano was great! He communicated quickly, well and was very accommodating to any requests. Lovely old home with good modern updates. Good breakfast topped off a great quick stay.

The property is located in a quiet area and is beautifully decorated, our room was so interesting, it had lovely furniture and the bed was very, very, very comfortable. The garden was well tended to and it’s a shame we didn’t have enough time to appreciate it. Luciano is a brilliant host and made us feel very welcome, no question was a silly question for him! The breakfast was also very good as well with lots of options.

We can’t fault it.

For whose who wants to experience how French locals’ live, this is the place you definitely cannot miss. Hosted by a friendly gentleman and the building has been fitted with lovely artistic furnitures. All good, can’t find out one thing not recommend. Just come!
