I was truly impressed by the comfort, convenience, and location. The experience exceeded my expectations — everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant and easy stay. Highly recommended!

While the stay was generally pleasant, I was disappointed that the cleaning kit was not provided at check-in. I ended up purchasing some items myself. Only on the day before my check-out, after asking how to dispose of the trash and requesting new bin bags, did I finally receive the kit. It would be much more convenient if the hotel provided this kit as a standard upon key handover to avoid such inconveniences.

Great modern, newly built aparthotel within a fairly new and very pretty community area in Clamart, which is great for families and feels very safe. Has a supermarket and great food (bakery, cheese shop and restaurants) nearby, as well as fountains and a lake that make it really calming and lovely for meals out at the restaurants. The rooms are decent size and very clean. They also come with kitchen areas so you can stay in and cook. The bathroom is basic but nice and the beds are very comfy. It isn't on the metro, but it's a 1 min walk to the tram which takes 10 mins to link up with the metro at Chatillon..Very happy indeed with our stay.

The only issue was location on certain days. Everything in that part of town was closed on Sunday and Monday. That means you had to travel into the city just to get a drink or breakfast. Aside from that, can't really complain about much at all.

I really liked the neighborhood and it felt safe - it is newly developed area with the best bakery, cheese shop, supermarket, pharmacy and flower shop. And there is a tram station just nearby - which is safe and clean. After 4 days, I moved to a hostel at a city centre, but for the same price, I was able to have two beds, table, kitchen, and shower room just for myself. Restaurants in France are expensive (20-30 euros per meal at least) so it will save you money.

It's not necessarily what I didn't like but it is 50min away from the city centre so when I came here with luggage, I was unsure and it felt complicated. But when I get used to it, it felt so much better. After all, the public transportation in Paris is very well. There are two ways to come to the accommodation - RER B & Bus or Metro & Tram. I recommend RER B & Bus if you have heavy luggage, because then you will have a lift. But for other times, I used Tram & Metro and I think it was better to get around.

The apartments are new, they are comfortable enough for a long stay. There are many services around and a tram which connects well with metro to center of Paris.

The staff at reception. I wonder how they run such a place, it can be guests are kind enough to make it work…. We had some issue with the refrigerator and went to claim for it 3 times, they never took action. No offense, but I think the staff at front desk is too young or lacks experience for hospitality services, they just looked at us and not even speak up, so it felt weird, maybe they didn’t understand us, but didn’t communicate this either… as we are not native French speakers, but they didn’t speak English or Spanish either. until we found the technician who took action and changed our room to have a refrigerator working. And all was fine, but I have the impression no one is helping although there is always a person at front desk, which is positive if they were reactive.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighbourhood south-west of Paris, this area has recently been renovated and now it looks really cool. Because of the elevated position of Clamart, the views from the terraces are great (even if not facing Paris). The staff were very cool, they didn't even ask for the deposit, a huge plus in my point of view! The rooms are impeccably clean, new, all appliances work, the bed is super comfortable. In my opinion, it is much better to stay here than in the overpriced and shabby hotels in Paris proper: you can be in the city centre for 30 minutes.

The room surface seemed a bit smaller than the advertised size, possibly the terrace is included.

24hr check in which was amazing given the state of international rail journeys and delays experienced. The room was exceptional value for money. Booked a 'family room' for two couples travelling together. We got a room each which we were not expecting. Great location in a stunning local setting. This area is the Paris I see in my dreams. LOVED IT!

Shower drain had an issue - shower pan kept filling up. Didn't report it, just dealt with it!

I would like to point out the friendly staff who really put an effort into making this a great stay for us. The location is fantastic with a supermarket in the same building. Restaurants, a bakery and many other shops are located at the same square. We were there by car but the tram station in close to the hotel will also get you into the city fast.

The breakfast selection can be improved but overall, they had everything you need and the quality was great. Especially the croissants! But what else can you expect from the French ;)

The area and hotel were very clean and well designed. Having a small kitchenette was really great. Very clean apart from the air con.

Wanted twin beds. Bad smell of damp from kitchenette - improved a little by blocking sink holes. Closed door to kitchenette and turned off air con and it improved more.

The location is right next to the lake. A beautiful colourful residential home. The rooms look exactly like the pictures. They even allowed me an early check in. The place is convenient in terms of travel because the train and tram station is just a couple of minutes walk.

Main places to visit in Paris is in Zone 1 - Eiffel, Louvre, etc. However, this Residhome apparthotel is in Zone 3 - a bit far. Even though travel is convenient and easy, however, be prepared for the same.
