The staff was mostly bilingual and very helpful. Hotel has France-US plug adapter than I borrowed. Ordering a taxi for going back to the airport went well. Hotel met expectations of Google review read before travel that stated it had all the basics for travelers.

There was a mold smell in my room when I checked in. When the cleaning staff serviced the room, they sprayed air freshener and decreased the mold smell. Should have been done before check in. Interior bathrooms without windows appear to lack fans that run during showers to prevent mold smell. Fans in bathrooms are requirements in humid areas such as North Carolina.

Smart people book this hotel if they're looking for a trip to Paris, because you will save hundreds of euros by staying here in Chatillon and still go to Paris city centre easily by metro. Also fun to see the life a bit outside of the city noise. Also very surprised we could even see the Eiffel tower from the hotel room! Supermarche is next to the hotel with all sort of groceries you won't find that easily in the city centre. Clean and practical place, and the shower is very good too. You get a lot for what you pay here. Recommend!

We are a family of 5 (2 adults-3kids(14,12,3), that needed 2 rooms, at check-in the staff was able to put us in a joint room, which made our stay great! The rooms were clean. Eiffel Tower view from one of our rooms. Breakfast consisted of croissants, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, orange/apple juice, coffee/tea machine. Staff was very friendly. 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop. 40ish minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Elevator worked well. Neighborhood seemed safe.

Breakfast was good, but some more protein options would make it great.

Everything was great, the staff was really friendly, the hotel was clean, the room was awesome, a little bit small, but enough for a couple staying for three nights. The location was a bit far from the city center, but it was not a big issue because there was a tram just in front of the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Being close to Paris, I expected it to be a bit run down but the rooms were super clean. It is basic accommodation but perfect for budget travelers. In terms of location, you have to take a tram to get to the train station but the trams are frequent even late into the night. There is a super market right outside the door. The hotel breakfast was OK (just some baked goods). Could add some fresh fruit option (banana, apple etc).

Nothing specific.. Everything was as expected (the cleanliness was much higher than expected).

On a budget. Value for money. No frills hotel. Nice clean and safe area.. Supermarket and restaurant nearby. Close to the tram taking you into Paris in 35min. You get to see the Effile Tower if you choose the room facing the street.⁹

Some decorations on the walls and entrance carpets.would be nice. Very sparce like a student accommodation.

Very rich healthy breakfast. Cozy room enough to recover. Good stuff well considering the customer sake. Next to supermarket and tram station. 15 minutes walk to IRSN.

No telephone in the room, but we can use internet instead.

The location was perfect. Transport to city centre to site see was great, across the road was the tram. A supermarket and restaurant sports bar beside the hotel was fabulous. Option to checkout later was perfect for our family who had a late international flight.

Nice simple hotel, very close to a tramway station in Chatillon. I had a business meeting nearby, but it can be an affordable solution also to visit Paris, because you can get to the city center quite quickly . Even if it is on a street, it is very calm during the night. I have slept very well.
