Clean room, good location, ok price.

If you want to eat eggs at breakfast you need to boil it by yourself. There are non-boiled eggs, “egg-boiler”. To boil egg needs to put egg to special holder inside egg-boiler, waste 5 minutes to boil it, then waste 20 minutes to cool egg to the level of the temperature that possible to eat. This solution waisted 30 minutes of our time. I think this not applicable to 3 stars hotel, with Ibis brand.

location, cleanliness and breakfast were great

the first room they gave was very small, no wardrobe, but ok as I was alone but the room smelled really bad like something coming out of the sewer. This was room 110. I asked to be moved and they gave me 310 which was the same but without the bad smell.

Stylish, modern rooms. Great location - next to the metro that takes you to the center of Paris in 15 minutes. Underground parking garage. Great value for money. Issy-les-Moulineux is super convenient when visiting Paris by car, and this hotel is our new favorite.

Hot water in the shower kept disappearing in the morning. However, the staff was alert and the problem was quickly resolved. Chaos at the breakfast restaurant. Not enough staff to replenish the buffet. The next morning we came earlier to avoid the rush hour, which was much better.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The shower was fantastic, with excellent water pressure and great temperature regulation. Extremely close to metro line 12 which takes you to the centre of Paris in about 10 minutes.

Soundproofing could be improved a little bit. The black walls need repainting from guests bumping their suitcases into them. If there were more plugs next to the beds it would be perfect.

The sheets were not comfortable and heating was rough in the winter and the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off buttt it’s honestly pretty good if you’re just there with friends for a couple days. Staff was amazing and made Paris easy to understand.

The breakfast is buffet and sufficient

The Parkibg entrance is very small. I paid for 2 nights but when I went to park, my rented SUV will not fit or maybe it is but too narrow. I don't want to risk so I parked outside. I asked for a refund but I did not see it yet in my account

Nice and cosy hotel. Very clean with very nice & polite staff. Very suitable location for us (only 150m from underground station) in very quite and not too busy street. Very correct breakfast, with not too wide offer but sufficient and fresh.

Breakfast was good except for the boiled eggs which were definitely not free range - watery and flavorless, otherwise everything was fine.

There was a noticeable drain smell in the bathroom especially on the first night. I informed the staff on the desk so hopefully that will be checked out.

Nice breakfast with good bread and cheese. Fresh orange juice, all you can drink !!! Free sparkling water 24/7. Nice single room, nice bed, clean, quiet and good size. Metro 2 minutes away.

Amazing hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is the cherry on the top. Selection of good cheeses and ham. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Thank you ! ❤️
