Very comfortable, clean and spacious for family of five. The 2 bed has 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 2 balconies, one with a view of the Eiffel Tower, a walk to three metros to city, in good area with restaurants, shopping mall, cinema, grocery shops and a water park. Reception will print boarding passes and attraction tickets with a computer in the lobby and will hold luggage if arriving early or leaving late

The rooms are spacious, we needed to book a room for 4 people and they gave us a room with 2 rooms inside which can host 4 people in total. The bed was comfortable. The location is good, there is a metro station nearby and it costs like 10 euros by cab to Eiffel. It makes more sense to get a cab if there are like 4 people in your company. There was a kitchen in our room, it had all the necessary equipment to cook, even a dishwasher. You can just grab a pack of pasta in case if you get hungry in the evening. Overall the rooms were clean, hotel was super quiet. There is a parking lot underneath the building. Room had a balcony, a big one.

-The bathtub had a weird defect like rust. It was a big spot and we didn’t want to use it for health purposes. -Rooms do not have slippers -Parking costs €25 per night, i find it a little too much. I would be happy with €15 max. -Kettle stinks, we didnt use it

well equipped kitchen, nice interior, lovely to have a small apart while travelling with kids we asked for ne towels and toilet paper@reception and did receive it without paying

it was not clear that the room service only operates once every seven days. that is ok, but towel change and especially more toilet paper should be given when asked for

The staff is great, the hotel lobby has everything you need to wait for your room to be ready or relax after a long day walking around Paris. Metro 12 is connected with everything you need for your stay in Paris, so the location is perfect. The room was surprisingly spacious, and even though there was 4 of us, we had enough room. There is a small kitchen for coffee and breakfast.

The room was clean, but it could be a bit better, the floor was quite dirty and there were some stains on the bedding, but the staff was lovely in helping us replace everything we need.

Ergonomic of the room - even small room provides enough comfort for 4 person. Hotel staff are very nice and welcoming Good view from window. Lobby area is very comfortable- complimentary coffee and lemonade Very good breakfast for reasonable price

Bath nozzle has a leakage and provides not sufficient pressure. Need to be fixed. Drying machine is not drying completely. Maintenance required Would be nice to equip bath with handle. Beds matrases covered by plastic protector which are not comfortable to the body. Better to use some fabric material.

It was a clean new flat, it was exactly like the photos. the stars were very nice and helpful, I enjoyed their way of relation and their try to help us and their kindness, specially the nice gentleman who worked in night.

They clean the room every 8 days, If you want cleaning sooner you need to pay, although they helps us so nicely. The breakfast has not really options. the distance to the centre was not very close but there is close metro station in 3 minutes with take us soon to the center.

Fridge and freezer was a good touch, massive space in the family room. Beds comfy and 45 minutes walk into Paris.

Not enough seats at breakfast or utensils and plates. Also doing your own boiled eggs yourself was very comical to watch. You took an egg timer off the side and went to sit down until the egg was ready. As other guests did not know they were somebody egg in the hot water. So people were just taking them out. One man had his egg stolen 3x he was so mad,

The room was well equipped and there was enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The location was close to the metro and tram, we even walked from the hotel to the Eiffel Tower.

The toilet smelled like a public toilet.

The main thing that struck me was how clean everything was - not just the rooms, but all the equipment. The bed in the bedroom was really comfortable. Ideal for sharing with my daughter, but I can imagine a couple might not like the fact it was two beds pushed together. The decor was new and stylish. There were great facilities for such a small space. The optional breakfast, whilst quite expensive, was superb, and the staff were helpful and polite.

I don't think the sofa bed in the living area would really accommodate two people. It was fine for one. The air con, which you can't turn off, was a bit loud in the living area. The room with the toilet was rather smelly. (We found it large enough, though, despite other guests saying it was really cramped.)

The hotel was fabulous. The staff were super friendly and helpful with our enquiries and were able to help us with transport. The room was lovely and clean and had all the amenities we needed (towels plus spares, hand and body wash, spare toilet rolls, dish sponge, washing liquid and dishwasher tabs, good size fridge and all crockery). The room was perfectly comfortable for 2 without feeling cramped. The hotel is situated near the metro line for easy access to other areas and local shops for all essentials and meals.
