The room amenities were well organized and I appreciated how the essentials like coffee pods and tea bags were provided plus basic cooking supplies (oil etc) if you wanted to cook! The gifts (chocolates and shopping bag) were an unexpected surprise ! Great location too!

A little more space by the sink would be nice to put toiletries and hand towel. The bathroom floor got quite wet when you took a shower (even being careful). The bar / restaurant next door is quite lively and having the ground floor room facing the street got a lot of street noise on busy nights.

Freddi was so helpfull. English speaking firstever person in whole France...eventhough people know English they dont speak English want you to understand their French...the home was like our home sweet and warm..bed were so comfortable and clean. Really deserves 10 out of 10. So helpfull understanding landlord bestever place to stay in Paris...Paris roads are so dirty with mice and insects but the home was so clean we felt so well like home..we had breakfast and dinner at home with available kitchen..microwave you can cook fish and anything as it is with special function same what we have at home. we as family were so much satisfied..only internet was not so fast but it was due to weather and France Internet not because of wifi equipments. If we come we only will and can stay in same edgar suites...we had that much satisfied with before and during our stay with their warm hospitality...

Nice apartments with amazing customer service and information provided at every step of your stay and advices of events happening in town. We appreciated the complimentary gifts upon arrival. Also, the big advantage is air conditioning in the room, which is not a common thing you find in Paris during summer time. Close to metro and not far from city centre.

In bathroom the water from the shower flows a lot on the area of sink and toilet floor, a silicone mop is really needed to ease the use of bathroom :) We had some issues with WiFi connection as well for half of the stay, it didn’t work at all.

The apartment was clean and had plenty of space. It had laundry facilities with soap included. My sister liked the coffee maker and included coffee in the morning. The common areas were clean and quiet. When we had an issue, a site manager was available via text. The beds (including the pullout) were clean and comfortable.

The shower/sink and toilet were separate rooms, which is nice in a way when you're sharing the space, but after using the toilet, you need to go across the apartment to the sink/shower area to wash your hands. There was a burn mark on the countertop left by previous tenants; it didn't bother me so much (we put a towel over it during our stay) but it was one of the first things we saw.

The place is clean, airy, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The living room has a large window providing plenty of natural light (if desired, as the curtains, when closed, are sufficient to block out the outside light). The air conditioning also works perfectly. A baby bed was provided for my 2-year-old son. I assume it's comfortable, because he slept very well during our stay. Communication with the administrator was impeccable. In short, we felt very welcomed, which made all the difference in making our trip a success!

The kitchen doesn't have an oven.

The space was just perfect for 2 people. Very easy access to cafes, supermarkets and boulangeries close by. The apartment was very well equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, basic pantry staples, a microwave and even a stove. Vergel was a great flat manager, very responsive and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. You have your own space, while feeling very very safe in the area and your place. The location is decent, we were looking to live near the Paris expo so it was perfect for that - only a 12-15 min walk. But it’s around 20 mins by uber to the major attractions which was not an issue for us. Will definitely revisit and recommend Edgar Suites to anyone traveling to Paris looking for a comfortable home stay.

While the Street View Apartment says that the occupancy is for 4, I believe the space would get a little tight. It was perfect for the 2 of us with one taking the room and the other taking the sofa bed. Nothing that I didn’t like - it was awesome

Nice location in a neighbourhood a bit away from Paris center. Check-in went smoothly by way of door code, although you can choose to be greeted by a manager too. We were welcomed by a little handwritten note, chocolates, and a free tote bag. Paris rooms tend to be on the small side on average but this room’s upside is a good kitchen in which you can actually cook something should you wish to. In terms of tidiness there was nothing to complain about at all. I almost never saw or heard anyone else in the apartment building and despite there being some kind of bar next door I had zero complaints about noise. You can find necessities in convenience stores, some good Italian, Spanish, Korean, Japanese restaurants among others and a great bakery (Boulangerie Mozart) within < 5-7 minutes. Lourmel station is also a short walk away to take you to Paris center. TV of course is there as well with Netflix and what have you. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and shower has Rituals shampoo and shower gel.

Issue upon arrival of only one room communicated, hard to raise issue to resolve and took valuable time and energy to begin to enjoy the experience. Fridge sometimes noisy Don’t think the light on bathroom mirror worked TV could have been simpler to use, but nice not to use. Early morning noise from building work opposite and felt overlooked by builders working opposite.

The Flat manager Joe was there to welcome us at the property and was very helpful and courteous. Welcome note and a small chocolate box was a warm gesture. The room was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped. We could use the laundry room in the basement which was really helpful. The locality was safe and accessible to super marts and other Stores.

Atleast 1 cleaning facility should be available complimentary if it’s for a stay of more than 2 days. Cleaning if required was chargeable as mentioned in the terms and 1 cleaning was free for a stay of 7 days.

The location and the overall neighbourhood is great. The suites are all evidently newly furbished and well taken care of, we felt right at home. I would like to especially praise the attitude of the staff here. We had a technical issue in the suite we stayed in, but they handled it exceptionally well transferring us into an upgraded room. Well appreciated, thank you!

The technical issue we had was with a window that could not be closed properly, which was particularly annoying, because our room was facing a street with a bar that was open until 2 am. But once again, the staff handled it well and quick.
